Took our three year old cat in because she wasn't eating. All they wanted to do was keep running tests on her and charging us and never offering a solution to why she wasn't eating. Dr. Rouse called my wife while she was at work and told her that her only options was more pills, an expensive hospitalization, a specialist, or to just euthanize her. Horrible manners. We took her to another vet and she was able to come up with a solution that worked and now our cat is eating again and feeling like her old self. This place used to be great, but has gone down hill over the past 10 years. Our friends had recently put down their dog and almost immediately after she passed, they were hounding them for payment while they were still grieving. Will not be returning because all they care about is money now instead of trying to treat the animals brought to them.

My puppy needed attention quickly. They got me in the same day. Everyone from the first phone call to check out are absolutely amazing. It takes them a minute to answer the phone but let you know they'll be right with you. They explained everything I needed to know about the visit and informed me of what the near future visits would entail.

They lied to us about our dogs condition and made us spend $300 on meds that would not help her. They were mean and brutal to us when we went back because our dog was not getting better. Our dog had a tumor the size of a softball and they lied to us. They have no hearts. They treated us with no compassion and clapped at us for leaving with our dying dog.

Really love the staff and so loving. They take time with their patients and Dr. Nottingham is terrific with my baby Blue. It really makes a huge difference cause they make the patients feel like family.

This place is amazing. I have a dog with kidney, liver, pancreas, and glucose issues. Every time he crashes and I think it is over....they are able to return a healthy dog back to us. They are providing an excellent service for the community.

I took my dog to get spayed at the vet clinic. After the surgery she started having some negative symptoms, so I of course, called the vet to explain what was going on. They informed me that since they couldn't know if the symptoms she was not having before the surgery were a direct relation to the surgery they would have to charge me to bring her in. To me this is not ensuing the best care they could offer. My dog was not having these symptoms before and now she is and they want to charge me to see her, for the check up and for any medicine she might need. This seems unprofessional and like they only care about how much money they can get out of me, not about my pet's health. Would give zero stars if I could. Will never go there again.

I have used this vet for 20+ Years and have never had issues like today. They had always been so great and pleasant to take my animals to. The lady’s that talked to me were very hateful and belittling. If you don’t want to be treated with respect and like your animal is the priority, then this is the place for you. Doctor Nottingham has never ran this office like this ever before! The new lady’s running it need to go learn some people skills before they kill the business that Nottingham built. I suggest anyone that has a animal emergency do not waste your time here and just go see Dr.Gatlin in Reno because not only are they nice human beings they actually care about their patients.
