The owner was very rude and unprofessional when we spoke to her. I won’t be bringing my pup in here to get groomed just for that. Extremely rude did not appreciate it. So disappointed

They always take good care of our pups. Reserve your times early.

No one answers phone calls. I arrived at 3:50pm and Google says they closed at 4pm. The doors were locked! Wow! Just wow!

Pretty Pup is my go to for my dog’s grooming. They are great, very friendly, & do an excellent job on my dog. I will recommend them to anyone.

Over 10 years, I’ve used this location to groom a 15 year old golden retriever, an over hyperactive mini Aussie, and a care free lab... all of which love this place. So what, they have a little dirt on the entry and the holding cages are out dated...pick your dog up when the grooming is done. It’s not a daycare facility!

Amazing Groomers!! They took my Chow Chow as a 1st time client. They don't have any breed biases or assumptions. My dog loves his groomer and was as happy at pickup as he was when I dropped him off. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BETTER GROOMER. ????????

Rebekah and Sarah have always provided us with excellent service and we have always been 100% satisfied with how they groom our dog. They love our pet as their own and we feel very secure with leaving our dog with them. We've done business with them for more than ten years and will not take our dogs anywhere else. If you're not using them, you should!

I've tried 4 different groomers in Rowlett and u finally found Pretty Pup. The owner is the best and the groomers can't be beat. They treat your baby like their own. Highly recommended .

I really don't know how this place gets more than one star. I took my dog to Pretty Pup & More about a week ago, and I am very concerned about the change in my dog's personality since visiting. I called needing a last minute grooming appointment for my malti-poo. Over the phone, the staff seemed nice and assured the groomers were professionally trained. All in all, his haircut turned out OK, however, I'm more concerned with the appearance of the staff and overall conditions of the place. I am surprised they pass inspection. When I walked in, I was very hesitant of leaving my dog there. The cages/ kennels look like they were found in an alley or local dump, and the workers looked even worse. The place looked so bad, I literally said a prayer in the parking lot before I left, for my dog to still be alive when I got back. When I picked him up, he was alive, but he hasn't been the same since. My dog has always been very active, upbeat and energetic, and since he's left that place, it's like he's gone into a deep depression. When I asked the staff about him, all they kept telling me was how "ornery" he was, which leads me further to believe he was highly uncomfortable. Since I've had my dog, he has NEVER thrown up, but when we left Pretty Pup, sure enough, he did. I honestly don't see how this place stays in business. Based off my first experience here, I will NEVER go back. If you're looking for a nice, clean place to send your fur baby, take my advice, and DO NOT send them here. You'll be sorry you ever did.

Awesome place! They are so professional and kind, and make you feel at ease leaving your fur child in their care. Christina did a great job on my Bella! I think our search for a permanent groomer is finally over!

They are great. They were patient and persistent with my large fog.

I have taken my 3 dogs there since before they relocated. They always put each dog with the groomer that groomed them before. They are very polite and treat the dogs well.

This place is awesome - they are great with patience of nail trimming with our dogs whom want to bite into their arms. Great Place

My Lab is a hyper dog and they work well with him. His nails are always nicely done (usually a struggle for any other groomer.).
