I had met Dr. Durga when my MIL needed some growths removed from her little dog. I was very impressed with him so we took our 2 large dog's. He was excellent. They were there for their yearly check up and shots were due. Dr. Durga got down and sat there examining them. Neither dog acted like they had gotten shots. It is very easy to get an appointment also. I would give him 100 stars if that was a choice.

Everyone was great from the minute I walked in the door. They were very informative and professional. I would definitely recommend them for you pet needs.

The Doctors and Staff are all so very kind and very knowledgeable, they have the best team. Very responsive and timely on all matters for your loving pet. They took care of all my new puppies needs and even did all of the necessary paperwork and visits for us to move our pup to Maui, Hawaii. They are the best

We recently had to put our beloved dog down. The staff was empathetic and so very kind. My girls were very attached to our dog Sable the staff made a difficut choice palatable. From the vet to the staff they were all so kind. My girls were able to cope because of the staff.

The vets and staff are so great. Have a special needs puppy and they are so helpful and take time answer all my questions. Wouldn't take him any where else.

I was recommended to this vet by a friend. Have been unhappy with the last two vets I have taken my dogs to. From the moment we stepped into the vet, they were very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Durga listened to all our issues and was very knowledgeable and quick with solutions. He was kind and friendly to both myself and my babies he was treating. I highly recommend bringing you pet here!

I have been taking my herd of pets for their low cost vacations every year for some time now and everyone is so nice and patient. I recently had an appointment with one of there qualified vets and my boxer was diagnosed with cancer. Obviously this can be an emotional and overwhelming experience but the vet spoke calmly and explained in detail my options. Rocco will be having the cyst removed at a cost much lower than I ever expected. All the staff are incredibly nice and I would highly recommend Liberty Grove Animal Hospital.

Everyone is so friendly and professional at LGAH! John is great he’s so friendly and always willing to help with appointments or questions. Gail thr groomer is the Best! I completely trust her with my dog and know that he is not only going to be groomed beautifully but that Gail treats him with loving care! And knowing that means a lot to me because we love our pets!! I always get a call as soon as he’s ready so my dog doesn’t have to sit for hours waiting for me to pick him up! I highly recommend Gail! Would not take my dog any where else!! ❤️

I only trust my dog's care with the awesome staff at Liberty Grove Animal Hospital. We are always greeted warmly when we walk in and the facilities are spotless. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable in recommending the best care and took the time to explain the procedures in a way that I understood, and detailed the aftercare plan as well. I can tell they love Gus as much as I do, which is very important to me. 10/10 would recommend!

Dog went in for a dental cleaning. They did the cleaning well but the miscommunication is frustrating. They never called us back to pick up our dog after his anesthesia wore off and when we went in person to check if maybe they stayed after hours the door was left open and anybody could have walked in. We ended up picking our dog up the next day. He was still sleepy and was shaved bald on his tummy and arm for some reason?? They also did that wrong he is bruised in those areas. I'm thankful for the dental cleaning but I'm never taking my dog back here again.

I have used this veterinary office for 6 years, I even stayed with them when the ownership changed. I have paid the extra fees when boarding so that my dog would not be in a crate, and would have a large space and more personal attention. I was promised photos each day, and have not gotten them the last several times I have boarded her, and now they are no longer boarding with no notice to their customers VIA mail or even an email. They have all of our information, our addresses but no communication really bothered me especially since I'm having to leave town last minute notice and I'm having to find a caretaker for my dog that she is not used to

This clinic saved my puppy a few years ago from kennel cough that progresses into pneumonia and they've provided excellent care and advice ever since, even through a torn CCL. I have recommended this clinic to many friends and family members over the years.

Quality all around from reception to medical care. My dog was extremely scared and dr. G calmed her down. I highly recommend

So I woke up Saturday to find my dog with a horrible limp and her foot was swollen and looked like a mickey mouse hand so I frantically took her to 2 vet houses who both turned me away because they couldn't find the time between giving yearly shots to tend to a possible broken paw and an animal in pain. Finally I called my father who told me to go here because they had taken care of my parents dog Benz a while back when he had got a stick caught awkwardly in his mouth and was in a lot of pain ( and when my parents went to pay them they said "don't worry about it" and sent them on their way), so I get there and the guy at the front desk was awesome and I was able to get Cookie into see the vet in a couple of hours and she's now at home happy and loving as she was before she hurt herself! I can't recommend this place enough!

First of, the receptionist Amber was very nice and welcoming. Easy to talk to. Good customer service. I am here to get the shots and do the permit for pet travel. Dr. Michele Hoag was very professional, very gentle with my dog. I adore her. She is a believer in a messiah as well. Very knowledgeable. Thank you very much for everything. I wish I would have found you guys sooner. Good job.

This place has been a godsend to me and my family. The facility is very nice, spacious and SPOTLESS! Their prices are very affordable and they gave the lowest quotes around the area east of Dallas. Dr. Durga is the BEST vet I have ever been to and we have been to many around DFW. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs...and I wish I had known about him sooner. He was very gentle, kind and very thorough with his research and prognosis of my senior cat who I had to bring in for kidney failure. He explained everything so that I 100% understood what was going on with my kitty. Every single member of the staff was very caring. To say they provide excellent customer service is an understatement. I could see that they were ALL very compassionate towards pets and people. They were also very attentive to our needs. The boarding room is very nice and clean. The cages are spacious and the staff uses that area for multiple functions so the boarded animals are always in sight. I never ever thought I would find a place I could trust enough to board my dogs and cats. Now, I have! I gave this place 5 stars but I would give more if I could. Losing my senior cat is very difficult for me and they have made everything as easy on me as possible. I cannot thank them enough. I VERY highly recommend to anyone needing vet care or boarding.

The staff at liberty grove is amazing! They were all so nice, welcoming, and so great and patient with my little dog. Any request I had they made sure to accommodate. We will be back for sure.

Dr. Hoag and her staff are truly amazing. I am very happy with my recent visit to their clinic. Everyone I met was extremely helpful and courteous. The clinic was clean and well presented. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The technician was thorough and took an interest in my dog. Dr. Hoag was very knowledgeable and took her time to talk with me about the health of my dog. I really appreciate her attention to detail and concern for my dog's continued welfare. I am very comfortable making Dr. Hoag my new vet and will be visiting her clinic again.

If you love your animals, don't let Dr. Hoag perform surgery on any of them. We took our German Shepherd in for removal of a tumor. After the $500 surgery was performed, the next day our dogs incision was wide open. We called the Liberty Grove office and were told that they were too busy to see our dog. They asked us to visit their sister property. We visited the sister property to learn that the incision site of our dog was infected. We had to pay another $50 for the appointment and an additional fee for antibiotics. The worst part of the experience was when the doctor at the sister property told us that our dogs incision site had been super glued closed. After all of this, Dr. Hoag did not call once to check on the welfare of our dog. Dr. Hoag did not apologize for closing his incision with super glue. Dr. Hoag has no business performing surgery on any animal with her total disregard for our dogs well being. Below is a photo of our dogs incision 5 days post surgery and after 3 days on antibiotics. What kind of doctor super glues an incision closed? The doctor nor staff members suggested or offered a cone post surgery.
