My dog hurt his eye and this is the closest clinic to me. They refused to make even 5 minutes for him, I told them I'd bring him back for a full exam (even though I sent records of his most recent just 6 months ago to prove he is healthy), but they said they were too busy to look at my dog that cant even open his eye. Instead, routine appointments are more important. Do NOT recommend this clinic.

Love this place, super staff, Vet for my canine Eddie. Highly recommend to friends, family and neighbors.

This is where you should bring all of your fur babies because they treat you like family.

They are friendly and compassionate and have always treated my dogs with a great level of care.

They are great with my Zoe, I will add they are probably more expensive than other vets but the Vet techs & vets always kind & good with my dog.

The staff are so amazing and nice, from the receptionists to the tech to our veterinarian. They have always taken such great care of all 3 of my cats when I take them in. Definitely make me feel comfortable taking my cats here as they seem well knowledgeable in cat care and handling. So many of them gush over my boys and that makes me feel even more comfortable my beautiful boys are in great hands. So happy they were eventually able to start accepting new clients so we could start coming here. Thank you Dr. Kelly Harrell and everyone else who have taken care of us. RRAH is the best! Very responsive, highly professional and they are so compassionate with our doggos! We have been going here for almost 10yrs now and they take excellent care of our special needs senior dogs (diabetic, autoimmune disorder, heart disease). Everyone is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful!

Entire staff was very professional and patient. Veterinarian was vested in my pet and my concerns and addressed very satisfactory. I would recommend.

This place is awesome! All staff have always treated us and our pup with such enthusiasm and joy. They are honest regarding treatment options and up front with pricing. We have consistently visited these vets for the past 10yrs with no plans to go elsewhere.

I have been taking my dogs to Round Rock Animal Hospital since the mid-90’s (I don’t remember the exact year). I have had nothing but beyond exceptional care for my dogs. They are caring and provide excellent care (Dr. Hocher was the only who could finally clear up one of my Cocker’s chronic ear infections!) I have no idea if they are considered an “affordable” vet compared to others, but they seem to be to me. I always feel I am getting more bang for my buck when I take my dogs here for care. On an immediate note, I had to have my dog put to sleep yesterday, and they handled everything in a way that I cannot describe. From calling for the appointment to walking out the door they were amazing. They were caring, sympathetic to me and my sweet Hayes, and just wonderful about the hardest decision I’ve ever made. He wasn’t obviously “sick” - he was doing the “I’m going to be a good boy and not show how miserable I am”— so I had to make a conscious decision to do the best thing for him (and a very hard thing for me). I could not have asked for better handling of a horrible experience. Thank you to all the staff at Round Rock Animal Hospital. When I’m ready for a new dog you will be the first stop on the way home.

Samantha, whom I assume is the receptionist, was Very dismissive of my pets issues after the previous place I called told me I needed to get him in immediately with his symptoms to an emergency clinic. She simply told me they would not be taking new clients, did not offer to help me in any way by referring to anyone who might be taking new clients. I wouldn't be trying to get him in on emergency if it wasn't just that. Disappointed since all the other reviews were great, just not really great experience for me, lacked empathy. I work in medical for humans, can't imagine if I treated a patient that way when they or their family member were ill.

My dogs skin is infected to the point of a bloody mess and they would not fill his prescription for 4 days because it was missed? Then I’m told they will take care of it within the hour.... 30 min later they say Nevermind we want to see him first. All the dog needs is antibiotics and it’s the exact same thing from a few months ago. This is ridiculous. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I have always received excellent care. We travel about 20 minutes to get here, with plenty of other veterinary clinics in between.

Seen right away. Vet vet very thorough and caring. Highly recommended.

The staff here are very kind and knowledgeable. I know my pets are in good hands whenever I have to bring them in.

Caring vet techs and vet

I am not the type to leave bad reviews, but I don’t want other pet owners in a situation like mine. This is a clean and pretty clinic, great for getting meds, or wellness checks, or to get your dog cremated (speaking from experience), but not if anything serious is needed. I am on my second dog at this clinic but that stops today. My dog had been lethargic with a poor appetite for 36 hours. Spoke to the emergency clinics last night. They told me what to do, what to watch for, and to bring her in to my regular clinic the next morning. Instead of stepping in to help where they could, with me at the front doorstep at 8am (meaning there was no crowd), Rather than even putting eyes on my dog, I was turned away. Just terrible patient care. My dog is being seen elsewhere as I type this and will be fine, but no thanks to Round Rock Animal Hospital.

been taking my pups for 12 yrs now. Dr.Eddy, Dr. De Ciero, Dr Hoelker and staff are wonderful!

10 min hold over the phone as my dog needed stitches... and they told me I had to fill out papers online before a nurse can do an observation... that was going to be 115 dollars..... I called my friend who was an EMT to do emergency response... I will never recommend these uncaring buisness vets !

RR Animal Hospital is always so great! Clean and staff is excellent with the animals!!

This vet makes you feel like apart of the same and you can't beat the price! All vet doctors are very smart and caring and the receptionist know you

Great vets and techs. We've been going here for years and our pooches love the treats they get after their exams.

Great staff. They helped really make us feel better when our dog passed away by providing a paw print and a lock of his hair for us to hold onto. It meant the world to us.
