Grooming: I got a groomer who doesn’t know what a Scottie is & cut ALL my poor boy’s hair off. She also chopped off his beard. What dog groomer does such an idiotic thing? You’ve been warned.

Best groomers. I love the ease of drop off and pick up.

Always have what my little guy, Bowser, needs. A little on the pricier side compared to other places but the treats for the dogs at checkout are a nice touch!

Nice friendly place to shop for pet products

This was our first and last visit to this store. They had a great selection. We bought a lot more than we intended to. However, the customer service was very poor, and the store wasn't busy at all. We cuss in this house. IN THIS HOUSE. Not in public and, certainly, not at work. The young "man" with the F-bombs all over his jewelry needs a good talking to from his mama. He needs a lesson in class and respect. It's amazing how one employee can totally ruin what started out as a fun experience for my family.

I think my dog’s groomer name is Cedrick. He did an amazing job with our German shepherd Lulu! She was well taken care of. She smelled amazing and her cut was perfect. Staff communicated well and everything was done at the time promised. I will definitely take her to this location again!

I am very surprised at the level of customer service at this location. We have taken both of our dogs to this location many times, this time we scheduled a service for just the one. I showed up a few minutes late because I am trying to wrangle a 2 year old and a golden doodle at the same time when I get to the door, it is prior to store hours so I ring the bell for an appointment. I patiently wait for someone to show understanding that they may be busy, when someone does finally show I am not greeted in any way other than "I am on the phone with your wife because you are 15 minutes past your appointment we need to reschedule." I said I'm sorry I am a few minutes late but I rang the bell and have been patiently waiting out here with my son and the dog. To her response "Well there is nothing we can do for you, you need to reschedule." After speaking to my wife she was told that there is nothing that they can do because the groomer who we were scheduled with called out, which was never communicated to us. Otherwise we could have rescheduled. When she asked to speak with a manager, she got another employee (Jared) who works for pet smart told her that the grooming department is a third-party company and he can't tell them what to do. He then came out to explain the same thing to me in the parking lot (needless to say he had a big ol dip in not very professional in my opinion) so I let him know that they need to take into consideration the representation that their third-party groomers are giving to Pet Smart. We will take our business elsewhere!

My dog was a matted mess. Ashley, did a great job! My dog and I was very happy.

The groom here was really bad my dog has never been so poorly taken care of.

I love going to this Pet Smart. The cashiers are always friendly and ask about your pets. Very nice and great people at the front!

Took our dog to Petsmart for his appointment for Shotvet and even though we were late, but thankfully pre registered, the vet and staff were kind enough to give our dog his shot. Wonderful service!

I am so annoyed with the grooming staff. I had my mom take my dog in to get groomed. I selected for him to get a bath and brush, along with nail trim, hygiene trim, and teeth brushing. While picking him up, the lady told her she didn’t do the nail trim OR the hygiene trim because my dog wouldn’t let her????? BUT WERE STILL CHARGED FOR THOSE SERVICES. Those were the 2 main reasons he needed to go and they couldn’t perform them? My dog is not aggressive at all and I understand that dogs can act out when put in situations like this when grooming, but I’ve never in my 4 years of having this dog, have someone tell me they couldn’t do those 2 services to him. Will not be returning.

The team of ladies that booked our appointment at the last minute for a dog groom, Mackenzie, Renee and Madylyn. They were nice, courteous, and professional. Would highly recommend this grooming place.
