Love this place! Brittany is super awesome with my dog and always does a great job! Pets can be uneasy when getting groomed so it 's nice to have someone who is good with your fur baby!

Pamper UR Pet is GREAT! The scheduling is easy and they have lots of grooming options. The mobil grooming is very convenient and easy to customize. Our groomer, Lisa, is a mobil groomer. She's ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL and my dog, Maverick, loves her! She's gentle with him and knows how to make him comfortable. She's very thorough and will let me know if she finds anything concerning. He always seems like he's smiling after she's finished which is evident in the before and after photos that she takes. ???? I'm glad to have found Pamper UR Pet and thankful to have Lisa as Maverick's groomer!

Both Sarah and Savannah are extremely caring about our nervous dogs and concerned not to push them farther than they are comfortable during the grooming process. They are both excellent groomers, and we are very happy with Lucy’s and Cooper’s haircuts!

I use pamper your pet for my mini golden doodle. They always do a fantastic job! They are professional and arrive at the scheduled time.

Sarah provides the personal attention for our dogs that was missing at other groomers. She cares about their well being as well as their grooming needs. She greets them with a smile and returns them happy and looking beautiful. I highly recommend Sarah!

Pamper Ur Pet is so great! We have 2 elderly dogs that don’t care for traveling anymore. Brittany with Pamper Ur Pet comes right to our door, takes the dogs one at a time, and gives them the best spa treatment! The dogs are happy to see her and she handles them with care! They love getting groomed and we enjoy the convenience. It’s great for everyone!

Our shih-tzu is in his senior years. He needs a little extra care for his older joints. He knows when Lauren is there for grooming day - he does a little dance and gets a smile. He comes back so happy and looking great. Our golden gets her nails trimmed and loves jumping into the truck for a quick visit. Lauren does so great with making the experience positive for them both. We appreciate the convenience, professional service and auto-scheduling. They’ve always been flexible when we need to make an adjustment. Highly recommend!! :)

Our entire family loves our groomer Savannah! Our pups, Poe & Pepper, can be a little extra between the ball of energy a Border Collie is & the vocal drama a Husky mix is ???? Savannah is always so happy to see them arrive. Our pups are tails waggin’ to say hello even if they attempt to get back in the car ???? I feel comfortable & confident with my pups being in Savannah’s care as well as in the care of Pamper Ur Pet. They run their business with such care and love for the animals they groom. Ease of use for booking appointments, seeing previous invoices & paying invoices. If your looking for a new groomer or overall animal friendly business (as they do offer other services), check them out, highly recommend ????

I first called Pamper Ur Pet to inquire about a nail trim only and ended up deciding on a grooming package for my two large dogs. Based off the conversation I had with Sarah on the phone, the price I was quoted included a bath, brush out, blow dry, nail trim, and teeth brushing. Not once during our conversation was it mentioned that there was a possibility the services I’m paying for wouldn’t be completed, or that the groomers would not perform grooming services dependent on the dogs’ stress level. I received a text that my dogs were ready to be picked up and instead of getting two dogs groomed as described in my phone conversation, I got one dog who had a ‘gentle bath’ and a light brushing of his coat. No nails were trimmed- which was the main point of my call in the first place. Even though only one of my two dogs received a bath, I was sent an invoice for the full amount I was quoted on the phone and an additional $35 ‘meet and greet’ charge for my second dog who was too anxious to have any grooming done (the listed price on the website for a meet and greet service is $0). I was frustrated they chose not to move forward with what I had initially booked and still expected me to pay for services I did not receive. I voiced my concerns over the invoice in person when I picked up my not groomed dogs and was told the manager/owner would follow up with me regarding charges. All communication was done via text message, which is a little unprofessional in my opinion, and quite frankly not very customer friendly. As a business owner Pamper Ur Pet has every right to choose their business practices and I fully support that right. They should, however, communicate that clearly when clients are booking services to ensure their expectations are met. If you choose to book here, be aware your dogs might not get groomed and you will be expected to pay full price regardless.

Best place to take your fur babies to get groomed. Sarah is the best groomer in the business and takes such great care of our two dogs. She always does a great job on their haircuts. She is the best!!!

I have never been dissatisfied with my Fur baby’s cut. The technicians are always done in a timely manner. Most importantly, my Athena loves them. When we pull up she starts jumping at the window. Kinda makes me jealous!????

I have only had positive experiences with Pamper Ur Pet. Our sweet boy’s groomer, Savannah, always grooms him so well. He is a rescue who gets anxious very easily with new people and/or overwhelming situations, with this in mind, I feel extremely comfortable leaving him for several hours with Savannah. She is kind, calming and very sweet to Jax. On top of that, he always leaves his grooming appointment so handsome! We have used several groomers over the years and none have done such a nice job as Savannah.

I love Pamper Ur Pet! No kennels or crates and their one on one service is wonderful. It is so nice to know that Ben is being cared for by Savannah. She is so gentle, patient and caring...doesn't rush him, is concerned about his comfort, and does a great job of communicating with me. Savannah does a wonderful job of grooming. If you are looking for a groomer who truly cares about your pet, Pamper Ur Pet is it!!!

I really wanted to like this place but with the lack of unprofessionalism, experience, and unwelcoming environment it was hard to. I’m pretty upset that I wasted my time with them. We tried the mobile grooming and in salon. A total of four times out of those four times my pup (year old) was only able to be fully groomed once. I completely understand not moving forward in a grooming process in order for the dog to not be stressed but I honestly do not believe that these groomers had the experience and patience to groom a anxious pup. Our last visit consisted of my pup being in their care for a total of three minutes before they brought him back out to me and said they were unable to groom him and I would need to sedate him in order for him to even be touched!! I was completely shocked. One with the amount of time they had him and two with the immediate recommendation of him being sedated. They even told me that my pup tried to bite when being touched which completely blew me away because he has never once showed one single sign of aggression ever! I would not recommend this place. They made me think my pup was just “to much” and would never be able to get bathed. Today I tried a different salon and HE DID FANTASTIC and was able to be fully groomed. Everything Pamper Ur Pet said he had “troubles” with were completely non-existent here.

We just had our first “spa day”, pet grooming session today, at our home with Pamper Ur Pet. WE ARE THRILLED!! Tucker our 4 yr old Golden Retriever, has a wonderful visit with Ashley, his groomer. She was attentive, listening to our request with professionals coupled with compassion, great customer communication and personable care! Her skills in knowing just how to style a Golden Retriever is excellent!! So many local groomers are clueless when cutting a Golden Retriever! We are so excited to establish this wonderful new pet care relationship! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I just moved to the area from out of state and finding a new groomer is like finding a new barber. After combing through several grooming places and reading reviews, I decided to give them a try. They had a cancellation and could get to me in two days. What are the odds? I have never tried mobile grooming before. Vicki our groomer sent a text and updated us on her arrival time. She was very responsive and did a wonderful job with our pups. They do not like kennels so the fact that she took one dog at a time eased my stress and theirs too. Vicki was great and we want to rebook with her in a recurring schedule!! Thank you so much! You guys are awesome!!

We absolutely loved our groom for our golden doodle, but the main issue was reliability in regards to maintaining a schedule. We had an appointment scheduled just before we were leaving town and someone called in sick so we were going to have to wait another 6 weeks before we could get the next groom. They scheduled all of our future appointments without asking if the days or times worked as well. Update as of 5/28/21: It won’t let me reply back, but we used your mobile service for our dog Riley Jo.
