I always feel good when I drop off my fur kid at Dogtopia. She is always so excited to visit her friends! I love that they have nap time to recharge and outdoor time to get fresh air and a chance to play in the pools when the weather is nice. The webcams give me such peace of mind knowing that I can check in on my pup at anytime to see how she’s doing. Their app is easy to use and confirms appointment requests quickly. It is so convenient to be able to have her groomed while she is already at daycare for the day so I don’t have to worry about making an extra trip. Dogtopia offers exactly the kind of play day I had hoped for. While other daycares keep the dogs boarded most of the day, I know at Dogtopia my pup is getting the exercise, socialization, and attention she craves.

Dogtopia has COMPLETELY turned my energetic Blue Heeler Ollo into the Bestest GOODEST boy ever! He is more social around dogs and people!! We moved from living on an acre of land to apartment living so it was a huge worry of mine that he wouldn't get his energy out, but all day at Dogtopia, few times a week makes him a lazy boy. I am very sad that they took away membership half days because it worked great with my work schedule of him being watched for a few hours so I could have quite morning meetings while working remote. Nonetheless, every person at the Crestiview location is so pleasant! My husband & I really love watching him on the webcams and their hours ARE perfect for those who work early OR late. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby boy.

Most professional daycare staff I've ever met; this is the only place I trust to leave my dog. Love the enthusiasm and how the staff knows my dog by name. The place is clean and I love that they wipe down dogs before getting picked up. My pup used to have to be carried to get into the building but now she is excited to go to daycare and get to play.

I can only rate it from the bit of experience I had dropping off a friend's dog I pet sat recently. The staff was friendly and helpful. The reception area was clean and any accidents from nervous or super excited pets, was cleaned up quickly. I liked watching the doggies playing or just hanging out via the cameras in each play area. Ours was in "the sandbox" room. He seemed happy and lots of energy had definitely been expended. I thought they did a great job.

Everyone I encountered at Dogtopia clearly enjoys animals and is focused on providing great care. My dog is super sweet & shy and had a bad experience at a different doggie daycare, so I worried about her anxiety levels. After only having a meet and greet, she dragged me to Dogtopia’s front door for her first day. When I picked her up, she was smiling and wagging and had clearly had a really great time! Whew! Very happy and relieved that she now has a place to be with dogs and peeps for a fun, safe day.

The people are very friendly here and make a sincere effort to accommodate your requests. The prices are moderate and it is nice to be able to check in on your pet on camera during the day!

We LOVE Dogtopia of Crestview. The team is empathetic, understanding, and they clearly love the dogs. Mabel enjoys the Romper room and made so many friends. Our favorite thing is that we got to watch her play via the webcam. They host so many events and the canine coaches are sure to interact with each dog throughout the day. It is also very clean and doesn't smell bad when I go to pick Mabel up. Boarding is reasonablly priced and scheduling was a breeze. We even got a few pictures of her during her stay! Thanks, y'all!

The entire staff provides a very personal experience. It’s obvious they all love dogs, and my dog loves them. Also, being able to watch my dog play with the webcams is great!

Dogtopia @ Crestview is amazing! Wonderful staff...they are all so nice and professional. They are great with the dogs and really know what they are doing. Highly recommend this place for boarding or daycare needs!

We are on day #3 of daycare, and we love it so far! The staff is so friendly, and every staff member already refers to my dog by name every time we come in. My little guy is timid, but I can see on the webcams (which I love!) that he always is having a great time. The staff members in the playrooms are constantly interacting with the dogs, and I have never seen someone on their phone or looking distracted (I have heard complaints from people that use other doggy daycares that they have experienced this.) Happy to be part of the Dogtopia family!

My puppy Love this place!!

They take such good care of my dogs! They were able to accommodate a last minute evaluation to get my dogs into daycare the same day after I called all around town with no luck. Very friendly staff and I love that I can check in on the dogs via webcam. So convenient that I can get them bathed and their nails done all in one place.

Duke loves this daycare he would go everyday if he could! He always gets excited when I take him. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. One of the best daycares in Austin!

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to brag about the folks at Dogtopia. We had our first paid day today after doing our free evaluation last week and I cannot speak highly enough about the the team here! My dog Millie and I just moved to Austin and she's been struggling with the transition and all of the staff have been so so sweet and nice to her and made sure to make her feel at home and make me feel at ease leaving her during the day. We had a less than stellar experience at a different daycare in the area and when I told them about my concerns the ladies at Dogtopia were quick to assure me that Millie was in good hands with them and that she was so happy to play with the other dogs and workers. Access to cameras is also so great because I was able to check in and feel confident that she was having a great time. Can't wait to go back next time!!

Amazing place with an awesome staff! The webcams are great for checking in on your pup, the facility is always clean and they are great at caring for your pet when you can’t be there!

I'll preface this by saying I am extraordinarily skeptical of petsitters and pet daycare/boarding places (having lost two pets before in a sitter situation). I love Dogtopia, and am so happy they finally opened a location here in north central Austin. I love that they have webcams -- I feel more confident about the level of care my pup will get, knowing there's that oversight. They keep the facility clean, and it's air conditioned. On the Crestview location specifically, I have spoken with the manager and assistant manager (I think those titles are correct), and feel confident in how invested they are in a high quality level of care of these dogs.

Me and my dog like this place. Staff is super friendly and so helpful. Stella my 4-month old puppy wags her tail and gets so excited coming here. She’s made friends and it’s been a great place for her to learn important social skills.

Absolutely amazing. First I will start with the staff. You can tell that everyone here loves dogs. Each time I come in to get my dog, everyone always has a smile on their face and I truly appreciate that. Second the facilities. They offer good size rooms where dogs are split up according to size. They will take the dogs outside for an alotted time if weather permits. The dog caretakers are always alert and interactive with the dogs. Thank you Dogtopia of Crestview! I can leave my little one and know he is in great hands!
