We just moved to Austin and had 1st visit with Dr Willis and staff. Everyone was wonderful and so glad i found a great place for my Pittie Puck.

We have been using Great Oaks Animal Hospital for over 20 years. The staff is always helpful and professional, but most of all caring.

I had a cat with suspected UTI. I called a different vet at first, and they actually recommended Great Oaks. I was able to get an appointment the same day, along with the necessary treatment. The vet explained everything extremely well and answered all the questions I had. Would highly recommend, especially after a negative experience at another vet (Banfield, that place is honestly evil). My only gripe with Great Oaks was the price was a bit higher than I was expecting.

This was the first time at Great Oaks. It was a great experience! I highly recommend. They were very patient and professional with Broski who is terrified of vets. This being his first visit Dr Erin was very patient, professional and went above and beyond to accommodate for him. Five Stars!

Would not take my pets anywhere else. Have been using these great Vets for over 25 years and they are the best. Staff is so friendly and helpful during their routine care, but even more so when they are ill. Thanks for being such a caring animal hospital.

Unfortunately today (Black Friday, right after Thanksgiving) we had to put our dog down. I know that Great Oaks would definitely prefer happy visits, but I was blown away by how amazing they were. Everything they did was aimed at making it easier to process. They took care of all the paperwork first so that we could just leave after. Also, they gave us plenty of time to say goodbye. It felt like the vet was a family member and we truly appreciated it. I guess what I am trying to say is that they were genuinely compassionate. I would recommend them highly.

The weirdness of drive up vet services still gets me, however they have mastered the process! Took two cats in carriers and everything went smoothly

Always a wonderful experience! Dr. Kingston is amazing with Lonnie and personable with her and I! We have been coming here for a year and a half. Highly recommend him and the facility to any pet owner, especially new pet owners. Entire staff is excellent and patient.

They always have done their best to accommodate appts if your pet (family member) needs immediate assistance. They really hear your concerns and try to work within your budget also. Can’t give the clinic enough praise in being thorough in treating the fur babies with care and dignity!

They are fantastic! My puppy recently had some health issues and the staff was amazing! Our usual vet is Dr. Kingston, who is amazing! This week our dog was cared for by Dr. Baugh, who was just as wonderful :) My pup is feeling much better today, thanks to the wonderful care she received!

Dr. Baugh is amazing! Our poor Lilly has skin problems and ever allergy under the sun and her vet has been with us every step of the way. The staff here is also awesome!

Great Oaks Animal Hospital is wonderful! Dr. Grimm is so caring and attentive, always taking the time to listen to concerns and discussing your furry babies. She’s a treasure. Buddy and Sofia are always calm and happy after their visit with her. The team there is also helpful and patient with all of our concerns. We are very happy to have them taking care of our little ones.

The people at Great Oaks Animal Hospital have all been helpful and friendly. They’ve worked with my schedule and fit my pup in several times at the last minute. Dr. Meola did a great job diagnosing and treating my sick puppy and communicating with me about it. The service here is top-notch, and the rates are affordable. I really couldn’t ask for more from a vet. The only problem is, I have to take my 2 (demon) cats in soon, and I feel a little guilty subjecting these nice people to that kind of treatment.

I've been with Great Oaks for years, Dr Willis has consistently provided superior medical care for my three dogs, one of which is a senior Pug with several medical problems. I don't live near by the vet hospital but making the drive is always worth it.

Dr Grimm is always so good and sweet. My dog is very afraid of the vet and she and the staff do their best to keep her as calm as possible. She is very knowledgeable . I love bringing my animals there.

Very efficient, extremely friendly staff and doctors. They were very helpful and didn't nickel and dime me to death. I'm "recovering" from a bad chain vet experience so this was definitely refreshing. I think I dealt with 4 people total and they were all really friendly which says a lot for the management there.

doctor was great but i brought my dog to get his cherry eye fixed. spent almost $1000 for the procedure just for his cherry eye to pop back out 1 month later
