They told us it would be 75$ for a neutering for our cat. Paid 50 for the consult and then the gave us a 300$ bill to set it up. Dont go here.

Honestly a great place for pet health. Staff is very insightful and helpful, plus the scratchpay option is a definite plus for sudden issues. I definitely recommend!

My first time taking my puppy to the vet. My whole experience was awesome and everyone was so friendly. And the price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank Dr. Fisher and McKayla for helping me! They work so well together, my fur baby was having issues and I really didn't know what to do. Dr. Fisher and Mckayla both gave me the best explanation and were able to give it to me in words I understood. I truly felt like I wasn't crazy explaining my baby's symptoms and like I wasn't judged. Dr. Fisher gave me a run down and McKayla gave me the run down on the meds, even threw some tips in there on giving meds. I truly believe the both of these women are here because they love their job and love for animals. Finding a clinic I can walk into and feel as if these have been my baby's Caregivers since birth is so amazing! They are honestly a dream team! I've found my fur-ever Vet and tech! I'll be posting this to any other sites that will let me brag on this team!!

My dog tested heart worm positive and the whole treatment can be confusing but the vet there sat down with me numerous times to help me understand so I felt comfortable treating her. They treat me and my dory girl like family❤ I'm happy they have our backs through this whole thing ❤

What's coming in from OUT OF TOWN was running about 10 minutes late. They have a 5 minute grace period on appointment time. All I needed was a vaccination shot for my dog that would take them about two minutes. They didn't care they canceled my appointment. I've been in business 36 years I don't treat customers that way very unprofessional. I'm sure they've had people they may wait more than five minutes for their scheduled time but god forbid you're a little bit late on your appointment.

Make sure you get the thrive plan to get a cheaper price. People were helpful and quick. My cat was very calmed the whole time

Went here as a first time customer and didn’t get a free pet exam(Not even offered one) by any staff. To neuter my dog (who’s like 57 lbs) it was estimated $400, which is a bit high. I feel like they reel you in by making you pay for a initial exam and hope you cough up whatever estimates they give you. I do not recommend going here. So much for priding yourselves in being affordable vet care.

I absolutely LOVE this place. We are brand new to Thrive, but we moved to them following several HORRENDOUS experiences with Banfield. Banfield was refusing to refill my dog’s seizure medication because of an error in billing for the monthly plan, and we had recently gone to Thrive for my dog’s cough so we decided to see if they’d fill it for us. They not only did so, but did it IMMEDIATELY when they found out that Banfield had been refusing for over a week to work it out with us and help our pup, because they (thrive) said they don’t want him to seize. We will stick with them from now on, because they truly showed their love for animals and clientele today. ♥️ Thank you, Michaela @ Thrive for being so wonderful!

Efficiency is their strategy and excellence was their result. I brought myn two oldest dogs in for a full check up. I have to say I was impressed with the entire staff. Thanks for taking care of my girls, they mean the world to me.

The front desk tech registering on (Sunday) 3.21.21 was so extremely sweet and helpful. She walked us through everything and was very understanding. Thank you for all the work you do and caring for everyone's pets!

I bring both of my dogs and my cat to Thrive. My 9 year old Chihuahua, Newt, was very very sick. The whole staff was excellent in providing the very best care they could to him. Thanks to everyone, Newt is once again happy and healthy.

Whoever answered the phone today had the worst attitude. I don't remember if her name was regina, angelina or something but she was horrible. Absolutely rude. To start off the call she answered very sluggish and blunt. I said "hi i was wondering if you could tell me about your vet services and maybe even prices?" She kept being like " what? Huh? What?" Over and over. It took three times for her to understand that all I needed was to ask questions. I had questions about the services thrive provides wondering if i should change vets for financial reasons and when I asked what they charge, she seemed very annoyed that I would ask. It's your job to give information about the company you work for so that i have a better understanding of said company. Then after she put me on hold, she told me the prices in a very ugly tone. Like bro i just wanted to know the prices i didn't think you hated your job so much that i could hear it through the phone. To end the call I told her i would think about it and that i think that's all I needed so she didn't say "okay thank you or are you sure that's all I can help you with" she went straight the closing line (some companies have a closing line to say like thank you for calling blah blah hope you have a wonderful day) she went through her line so fast I didn't know what she said and she just hung up. The prices were ridiculous by the way compared to my vet. Not only is my original vet MUCH cheaper, but they answer the phone with enthusiasm and kindness. I gave 2 stars because petco itself is good.
