Dr. Armstrong did a fantastic job with my puppy's neutering. Very patient and answered all of my questions.

You can't go wrong with a Vet from Texas A&M. Dr. Bowen is patient, knowledgeable and amazing. Takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns about my Senior Boxer and my puppy Malinois. You can tell he cares deeply about my dogs health and wellbeing. You couldn't ask for more in someone who you entrust the care of your fur babies!!

We brought in a puppy foster and the team was patient in getting him to cooperate! Lots of whipped cream and treats to keep him occupied and comfortable. Dr. Betsy Garza was transparent about what to expect throughout! Will definitely be bringing my personal pets here.

We love this vet. They always help to get her in within 48 hours. Our fur baby loves being there ❤ They always take care of her❣

I’ve had 2 very different experiences at Firehouse. My first visit with them was for an emergency. Dr Moreman and Morgan did the best they could to save my family’s dog. She was loved/cared for while in their care and I’m forever grateful for that. Dr Moreman was very kind, honest and a great communicator. I’ve never had to experience something like that before but they made the process bearable because you could tell they really cared. Second visit was with Dr Garza for a ton of issues with my senior Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix. She’s easily one of the best vets I’ve ever been to. She addressed all of my concerns in depth and the shampoo she prescribed my dog was amazing. I cannot recommend her enough! She was on board with combining holistic healing with modern medicine and gave me a recommendation for laser/acupuncture therapy to give my girl’s body some relief. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend giving them a shot.

We switched our two cats to Firehouse approximately 6-7 months ago and let me tell you, that was the best decision we’ve ever made. We have a young cat who is wild as heck and when it comes time to go to the vet, she loses her mind. She runs away, hides, will scratch trying to get away but when she sees Dr. Garza or Dr. Moremon, she is as calm as can be. I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Garza and Dr. Moremon. They both are so kind and gentle with both of our cats (our older cat is super laid back but you can tell how much he truly trusts them over our old vet.) the way Dr. Garza and Dr. Moremon speak to our animals and to us truly shows how much they love and care about animals. We will not use another vet office ever! I’ve seen some people say they are a bit more expensive but that hasn’t been the case for us. They’re the same if not, a tad bit cheaper than our old vet but the care is 1000% better. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a vet or wanting to switch. DO IT! You won’t regret it.

My first time with my adopted dog Pistol. He wasn't very happy being there and with the staff. The Veterinarian called me and asked what steps they could take to calm him down. After I took him home, they followed up with a phone call to check on him. I will continue to use their service.

Amazing, passionate vets and techs here. Dr. Brianna Armstrong clearly communicated how each exam would go for all three of my pets. She made sure each pet was comfortable before examining them. She also took the time to ensure I understood the X-ray images they took during my visit last week. We will be back for sure for all our pets needs.

I absolutely love this clinic. Everyone is very kind and seems to genuinely care. I love how they make a point to review the cost of everything and discussing what works with your budget and what you are able to do right then and what might need to wait. Also, it doesn't hurt that you get a free bottle of wine at your first visit :)

Dr. Davies is the best Vet. All my animals absolutely love her!!!! Her kindness and gentleness with my especially neurotic cat is priceless. The staff is also very sweet and kind. I would not go to anyone else!!!

The Karen I witnessed today motivated me to write a review about my experience with Firehouse. We have had nothing but great experiences with this vet. They answer my one million questions and they take great care of our pups. Are they expensive? A bit. But you get what you pay for people!!! This is not “the Walmarts”. We want quality care for our pups so thats why we see Dr. Davies. In my experience, ANY kind of “cheap” healthcare sucks… you get what you pay for! Simple as that! We love our pups more than that and so should you! Shame on anyone that goes into a professional place of business and rants and raves about a few bucks. Shame on you! I applaud the front desk for maintaining professionalism and staying calm, cool and collected. Firehouse is lucky to have such employees. Great job guys! :)

Everyone here was so friendly and it was easy to see they are all animal lovers. They were very upfront with costs and informative about what each service entails!

Out of the blue, last February, my middle-aged cat stopped acting like himself and was not eating or drinking. Firehouse fit us in right away even though he was a new patient. Dr. Armstrong and her team were amazing and got him back to his normal outgoing, food-motivated self within a few days after having subcutaneous fluids, antibiotics, and appetite-stimulants.They did not give up when the cause was not readily apparent after doing blood work. They fully explained all of the diagnostic and treatment options and cost estimates for same. Dr. Armstrong treated my little guy like family and handled him with care. Even though he wasn’t feeling good he warmed up to her immediately. Would definitely recommend Firehouse.

I've trusted Dr. Davies for years with all our dogs. Would not go anywhere else.

Our two new pups, Bowie & Zowie, have visited a few times over the past 2 months and each visit was spectacular! Everyone is kind...and accommodating....and knowledgeable...and thorough...and caring!

I have a rescue dog who is terrified of the vet. We're doing happy visits to prevent fear before his big appointment to get shots done in a couple months. I appreciate the staff helping us reduce fear and make him comfortable. Edit from a year later: we couldn't have done this without the team from firehouse. My dog has made great strides and we have now taken him to boarding at Firehouse as well. Thank you for all your help guys

Dr. Davies and Dr. Moreman are AMAZING, knowledgeable and very caring, they are always helpful and so willing to help, the quality of service and care is excellent! I feel comfortable taking my pet there. I can't think of anything that I have had concerns about, everything is GREAT as usual when I go there and i have been going there almost 3 years/ Everyone is VERY attentive and friendly.

The staff are the kindest and most genuine people I've met. My dog, Cora, actually gets excited going into the vet because she feels loved! Also, no veterinarian can compare to Dr. Davies. After a dental procedure that required Cora to go under antesthetics. Dr. came to my house (because there were no 24 hour pharmacies around us to call in meds) dropped off medication to stabilize Cora's regurgitation post-surgery as an adverse and rare reaction to the anesthesia, and did a physical examination to eliminate any other factors; on her day off! Only the greatest humans put others needs above their own. I cannot emphasize that enough. I'll always recommend Fire House Vet at Round Rock and will continue to commute 20 minutes just for Cora to have the best care. Update, 2021: Still loving Firehouse!!! Firehouse is amazing. There's nothing that could be done better! Our dog Cora has really struggled with vet visits in the past and since switching to Firehouse in Round Rock, she's jumping with glee to see her vet team (even when she's getting shots)! This just goes to show the love and care that's put into her treatment and oversight. Thanks for caring for our dog like we're part of a cohesive family Dr. Davis and Firehouse Team! We are so grateful for you.

We've been taking our cat and dog there for a couple of years now. I love the place. The vets are great and the staff is awesome.

Staff and doc are great. Doctor takes her time and really gets to know pet. Appointments were not rushed and we were able to ask all of our questions. The doctor has even taken time to email us a few follow ups on items we asked about. Our new puppy felt safe and comfortable with the staff. Couldn’t be more pleased with their service.

Everyone here truly care about our pets. It’s obvious this is not just a job to them they are passionate and compassionate. They are also thorough, competent, and the doctor and assistant take their time , listen ,and thoroughly explain in simple terms. Last but not least this big bright cheerful place is immaculate! Love this place! I have every confidence in the care our fur babies receive here. We will soon be using their pet resort so we can go visit family out of state.

They always take good care of my Bella and they’re so friendly and sweet with her. Their prices seem a little high, but they give great service and the place is very clean, plus they do all the vaccines and examining in the room with you so your pet is not as anxious.
