You can tell from poor communication and planning that occurs before your appointment that this is a place that hates people and simply doesn’t like animals. You can schedule an appointment a week in advance and they will wait until 6 hours before your appointment to ask you for specific paperwork. Then when you send it they don’t even read it. Then when you finally show up they have instructions on the outside of the office which are out of date. They commit fraud on their website when you book your appointment causing your to believe one thing but when you show up it’s something entirely different. Then when you meet the front desk staff you see the carcinoma of the office who is literally destroying what was likely a good place at sometime. Then when you finally meet the vet she doesn’t even touch the animal while doing a “wellness exam”. But of course charge you full price. Fire the front desk staff, quit committing fraud and I might bring my animal back here.

Great place. Very professional. Dr. Jill is attentive never in a rush and always available for any questions about your pet. Highly recommend Animal Care Clinic.

We had our 1st appt and took our baby kitten, we really loved this clinic. They were clean, awesome Vet and everyone upfront was really nice. We had a great 1st experience!!

I began taking my elderly dachshund to Dr Hensley in 2015. My dog had quite a few health problems but she worked tirelessly to help him. She was able to get us another four years with him that I will cherish forever. When I had to let her know that he had passed she took it as hard as I did. Even though I have since moved to a neighboring town I will continue to drive a few more miles to have my new dogs seen at Animal Care Clinic. In addition the techs and front office staff have been great as well. They always call and follow up after a visit to make sure the dogs are doing ok and have done a great job squeezing us in for emergencies when needed.

I'm so thankful to have found this gem. Staff is friendly, kind, and professional and they operate with covid safety in mind with flexibility to meet client needs. I have two senior dogs, each with their own health challenges. The team here does an excellent job of accommodating my nervous girl (props to Nathalie for her flawless fear free blood draws), hearing any concerns or observations I may have, and coming up with a solid treatment plan and consistent follow up on any testing results. My dogs are family and I know we're in great hands here.

Animal Care Clinic has been here for me since I’ve moved to Pflugerville. They have cared for my cats and dogs for regular check ups, as well as life saving, hospital admission visits. I’ve taken week old kittens to them all the way up to my 13 year old puppy. They explain everything that your pet will need after the examination and show you the cost up front to help you work with them on providing the best, cost effective care. It’s so stressful finding a doctor that cares for your fur, or in my case furless, children in the same way they would care for your actual children. They’re stuck with me for as long as I have pets…so forever!

I have taken all my pets to Animal Care Clinic. Some visits were emergency and others just usual preventative visits. The staff is so friendly, professional and personable. They really take the time to listen to your concerns, answer questions and provide quality service to thier pet parents. Highly recommended!

We had tried several vet hospitals and clinics to help us with our toy poodle, who was extremely sick and we did not think she would make it through the night. No one would see her or we were told they could give us an appointment in 2 weeks. This veterinarian clinic said bring her right away, found the issue, got her medication and scheduled her surgery for 3 days later! It was great and she is back to her spunky self!

Dr. Jill has been our vet for over 18 years. She is so thorough and she has really taken the best care of our fur babies. If we can’t get into see Dr. Jill, every vet at Animal Care Clinic is great!

Veterinarians not multi-tasking but focused on what your pet is experiencing in it’s life, what your pet needs from you, and from veterinarian care to give them their best life from beginning to end. I trust Animal Care Clinic. Don’t forget to appreciate each person you encounter with kind words. They are carefully helping you and your pet with whole-heart love for animals.

This was our first time using Animal Care Clinic in Round Rock. We have been with Thruve for a long time but they couldn’t get us in for over a month. My dog Cinco had had a recurring UTI and I needed a vet fast. I was absolutely thrilled with our experience. Of course during COVID you have the option to do curbside or come in to the lobby. I chose curbside and the entire appt took less than an hour. My technician and Dr were absolutely on top of my dogs care. I’ve now changed from Thrive to ACC and I look forward to them taking care of my other pets. Thank you!!!!!
