We used World Pet travel to relocate our 5 year old Vizsla pup from the US to India. They were very professional and helped us throughout the process and our pup arrived safely in India amidst changing rules in a pandemic. I would use them again myself if we ever have to move again.

My cats made it across halfway around the world with very little wear and tear. :) The onsite team in Costa Rica were amazing, and I felt very comfortable entrusting my pets with them. I would recommend WPT to my friends and family.

We shopped around before deciding on World Pet Travel to help move our dog from Houston to Bahrain. Everyone we spoke with was over the top friendly and helpful from the first time we contacted them until our Max made it to us in our new home. Yes, it was a lot of money, but worth every penny for the care and attention given us along the way. Highly recommend the Laura for all she did to make this a smooth transition for our family.

World pet travel shipped my jack Russell Frazier to London Frazier was well care for the staff was so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company for all your pets travel. They handled all the paperwork and transport to and from the airport. You can’t go wrong with World Pet Travel

From the very start, In spite of our concerns, the World Pet Travel team did a great job. All our concerns were put to rest. Not only keeping us informed but included pictures along our dog’s journey. We have never shipped a dog, so we were concerned about Fiona’s health and safety. We picked her up in San Jose, Costa Rica, just as WPT said , healthy and happy. All concerned were happy to see each other.

This owner is clearly insane.My wife and I have no idea who the owner is stating in her reply. Our reply is genuine like all the other reviews calling her a fraudulent company. The Texas State Attorney General Office should shut down this company. PLEASE read the reviews below "THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD." It steals from everyone making them pay in advance then loses their dogs. Please reply with your experiences with this company. This company stole from me also and owner Angela sent me an obnoxious reply attacking me and NEVER replied again. The travel itinerary to what was previously discussed and agreed upon with World Pet Travel was NOT what transpired on the day of travel for my 2 fur babies. I had no idea where my pets were for over 24 hours after boarding their flight, as the itinerary provided by World Pet Travel was missing details and not accurate. After calling and emailing several times, I finally maintained communication with Angela, owner/manager,who was less than pleasant and didn’t want to rectify the situation as she had a flight to catch herself, not bothering to address the situation at hand. Several days later, she sent an email in attempts to mitigate the terrible ordeal plus refunded a meer fraction of the thousands of dollars I spent for their underwhelming service. I have warned my friends and family to avoid World Pet Travel!

I am appalled that World Pet Travel gives an automated response to any bad review. Please see actual emails in the photos below. My wife, Carey, left an honest review regarding our horrible experience with World Pet Travel, and she received feedback that “we can find no record for a move for you.” Don’t trust them!!!

We used World Pet Travel to get our husky to the UK from Texas. We already moved overseas and was waiting for temperatures to cool down before moving our dog. Anyone who is trying to move an animal overseas knows how stressful it can be with paperwork, crate dimensions, etc. From the time we chose this company to the time our dog arrived at our front step, we had no regrets. Worth every penny and I was not stressed one bit! They answered emails quickly and answered all questions we had. They handled all of the paperwork and brought Stella to her vet appointment 2 days prior. Once she got the “good to go” from the vet she was well taken care of until her flight. I was most stressed about the care she would be given during the down time but I got updates and reassured she was in good hands. I didn’t shed one tear! Only when she finally arrived :) I highly recommend this company!

4 bunnies from Texas to Dubai! I can not thank World Pet Travel enough - communication was great and guidance was even better. I could not have asked for a more stress free experience. Laura was our agent and Roger was who picked the bunnies up from me here at my home in north Texas and got them safely to DFW airport, checked in and on their way. My four big dogs made it safely from Costa Rica to Egypt, thanks to World Pet Travel and its super efficient team that were able to coordinate a complex transfer from San Jose to Frankfurt and then to Cairo, Egypt. They managed to make it happen in a very organized way, offering assistance and support all along the preparation phase and the trip itself. They managed to perfectly coordinate the arrival, the custom procedure and the transport of 4 specially built huge crates to my home in Egypt. It was a very hard task, and it was perfectly organized and supervised. THANK YOU WPT , my dogs and I are very very grateful. It only takes a high level of professionalism of perform such a difficult task, thanks again and God Bless.

During a time when the world is shut down and logistics are failing everywhere in every sector, they were able to get my precious Daisy Mae down to Costa Rica. I will happily recommend their service to anyone looking to relocate their pets. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but I knew Daisy Mae was in good hands. Very responsive and professional. They helped ease my mind during a very stressful process. I can not express how much this means to me, to all of us, to be able to stay together as a family and move to Central America and start our new adventure.

Stay away! This place is a fraud! We contacted them to help reunite us with our dog. After good correspondence at first, via phone and email, they disappeared. Plans were in the process, or so we thought, but then nothing, even now weeks after our discussions. Our representative did not respond to emails or voice messages. We contacted the main office and still no updates on our pets move. If you can’t help, at least have enough professionalism to update potential customers. I do NOT recommend this service at all!!

World Pet Travel is the rudest person ever. They'll attack you with profanity at the most innocent question. AVOID.

World Pet Travel helped in transporting my dog from Texas to Costa Rica. World Pet Travel handled all the customs clearances for our canine Appa who also needed a larger kennel & had to fly into a different airport because of his size. They had a pick him up from my front door and all I needed to do was meet Appa in Costa Rica, which they were there to assist me with Costa Rica customs. Appa arrived in Costa Rica without any issues and hey sent pictures of Appa during the trip and kept me updated on him. I could not be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone need to arrange pet transport. Thanks so much for all your assistance and safely transporting Appa.
