I don't live in rockwall anymore but still drive my dog out here because they have always been great and understanding with my reactive/anxious pup.

Did not get an estimate email for the spay of my dog, was told over the phone $450.00 when I picked her up it was 750.00. Was not happy.

I had a cat with a dislocated hip and a broken tail. It had been to urgent care overnight, and I needed to see Dr. Loftis as soon as I could for next steps. I called the receptionist first thing in the morning. I could not finish a sentence -- she would let me start explaining the situation, then put me on hold to answer another call. This happened three times in a row. When I finally explained what I needed, she said she would have the doctor call me back. I never got a call-back. I've taken my other cats here in the past. I wasn't super impressed leading up to this incident, so I won't go back. Seems like they're too busy to care.

Never actually went, so this is not a reflection on the Vet. It was the lady on the phone I dealt with. She was rude, snippy, acted irritated the whole time and kept interrupting me. I wouldn’t choose them just based on who they have answering their phones.

Max is 14 now. He's been seeing Dr. David since he was a pup. Wouldn't take him anywhere else!

We love Dr David and his friendly staff! We've been taking our pets to see them for about 25 years. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about the well being of our pets :)

Dr. Edwards is the best. She took the time to get out some terrible mats my dog had. She did it with a lot of compassion. I take all of my pets to see Dr. Edwards and her assistant Hilary on Friday's. The staff is always so nice when we stop by. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Edwards as she is only available on Fridays weekly. Their pricing is very reasonable. ????
