Petco Rockwall, Texas

I went late night to check out the cichlid fishes, which is not a fish for beginnersn so i needed someone who had a little more knowledge to assist me. I was assisted by Catherine and she did an amazing job helping me out. Will definitely be looking for her to assist me with future purchases.

Love this store. A little expensive but I can catch some items like apparel , yes I dress my girls sometimes . Anyway I can find stuff on clearance a lot . The people that work there are very nice and never have to wait in line. They are on the ball. Even if I get the far away glare in my eyes they can see it and come to my aid. Lol I swear there are so many choices it can get overwhelming at times. But with attentive workers it makes it a lit easier to chose which treats or shampoo is best .

Got a snail but the service was way faster.

Micha was extremely friendly. He communicated effectively and had a wonderful attitude the whole time (including with the people before and after my checkout).

11 am appointment, to have our dog groomed, staff said, he will be ready 2-3 hrs. Hence, 3 hrs later. They put our 100lbs dog in a small crate, never groomed him, not even water. Never again. Lack of care, cleanliness, professionalism. Abusive environment

I selected a product I wasn't really happy with and the cashier offered me a different product that I didn't realize they had. Very helpful and friendly.

Just went to pick up more dog food. All staff that I interacted with was professional and courteous. Always a positive experience.

The store looked clean except the floor. Petco really needs to replace the buckling floor tire. Cashier barley looked up from the time I got in line until I checked out. Took my Pomeranian there for the first time. Groomer was great. Did an excellent job on bathing and nail clipping. Will use Groomers again as they all seamed friendly. The was the first time I picked up my Pomeranian and she wasn't stressed. Thumbs-up for the Groomers, thumbs down for the rest of Rockwall, TX Petco.

Crawford made a big difference today. I appreciated him taking a few minutes to talk with my kids about some of the animals!

People that work at petco are pet people and that makes them caring and so helpful when you are lost.

Their pick-up service is terrible. It took more time than you buy and check out in an old-fashion way. SUPER SLOW and not convenient all.

Kind friendly always nice to my baby boy

It was ok the workers did not ask us if We needed anythang. My wife and myself only saw one worker in the store. That worker was at the register. Someone could come in that store and steal some products. Not saying I would. Because the Lord is watching every move We make.

Understood needs of fish and were helpful enough in help choosing a fish

Everyone is Always very friendly and helpful!! The grooming staff is wonderful and patient with my not yet fully trained pup .. he’s working on sitting still .. Sam is awesome at getting him trimmed up even when he’s squirmy

Walked into the store Sunday June 13th Not a car parked in front of the store. Walked in family was looking at small fish aquariums and accessories. I was interested in buying two silver dollars and two bala sharks. Walk past the cashier She was standing there Did not say a word to me There was also another employee standing near the dog food. I looked determined To see if they had the fish I was interested in and waited. Nobody asked me if I needed help came over to me or even acknowledge I was within the store. After a while I got really irritated walked out past the same cashier once again She was doing nothing did not acknowledge the fact I was there or leaving. Whoever was the manager in the store this day should be fired There's no excuse for not being on the sales floor if your employees cannot take care of business alone by themselves. If one of the two people I did see in the store was the manager then even worse.
