Great service at this shop. It is easy to tell that dogs are a passion here....and my babies came out looking great!!!

Small shop but the best care my dog has ever gotten. Used the big store ones like Petco but my dog was terrified! All fees are up front & you get exactly what you asked for.

Take your dog here if you want them to get abused. The owner likes to punch dogs in the face to "show them who's boss"

It was great, but need number that can help me get my dog a Rabe shot cheap so he can come back to you again. Ya'll did a great job

Love the gentleman who trim the toenails on my 2 chihuahuas. Very nice guy.

Seemed very rough with my dogs, and when I brought my dog home he’s been anxious and not very happy, he’s been groomed before at other places and been fine.

Even with long lines in the drive through they get you through quickly. Orders are usually right and the staff is friendly.

It’s devastating to lose a member of our family due to their possible neglect UPDATED: 3 months later and still refuse to pay a penny for what they did!

Paws Up does a fantastic job and takes great care of my labradoodles.

Prices are decent. Unfortunately, the staff is not the friendliest and my dogs haircut wasn't that good.

After working at this place for a year I chose to quit because of poor management and abuse of customers dogs. Witnessed too much at this place. Steer clear if you love your pets.

My wife just quit her job there today after working there a year. My daughter quit working there 2 weeks ago. They just couldn't take the owners attitudes and unprofessionalism. But there were many other reasons people will want to know before they take their pet there. Ken always does an excellent job on my 4 crazy pups. He teaches obedience classes too.

I've been using them for over 10 years now. The staff is knowledgeable and they do great work in grooming your dog. I've been getting my dog food from them as well.

We have 2 boxers and so I have to get their nails trimmed. I walk in and get them done right away the owner is very sweet to my pups also.

I love the people at Paws Up. But this time I think there was a communication breakdown. I have 2 yorkies a Male an Female. The Male gets a short haircut and the female keeps long hair so she only gets "cleaned up" around her eyes and tummy and bottom with a nail an foot hair trim. It cost 40$ each. However when I got them back and didnt notice her "clean up" was not done. Although her nails were trimmed, The hair on her feet was untouched. Her hair bangs were not trimmed but was unnoticed because of the Bow they had in it with her hair pulled back. Her tear areas were also untouched. The Boy looked FABULOUS his hair cut is Awsome!!

I took my dog in for a simple wash and nail trim. I dropped him off at 1 and picked him up at 4, I was quite impressed with how fast they finished since all the kennels were full in the back (which looked to be very nasty, I did not see this until I picked my fur baby up) when I walked in to pick Shane up I was looking at the dog clothes for sale I was grossed out by how they were covered in fur and dust, as well as the counters, chairs etc. (I had plenty of time it seemed since none wanted to speak or acknowledge I was even there) Not to mention all the fur covering the floor from the dogs groomed through out the day. This place needless to say needs a deep cleaning, it is very nasty! I was not spoken too (as mentioned above) for about 8 mins while the guy finished up with the poeple already there which is fine but a simple "we'll be with you in a moment" or something would have been nice. (Not to mention there where 2 other people working, completely rude to not acknowledge your customers). I was quite shocked to see how the guy walked away so carelessly from a beautiful cockerel spaniel why the poor dog was on the grooming table, with a restraint around its neck. To see that poor baby shaking out of fear or anxiety was simply heart breaking!!! Shane and I got in the car (flat coat retriever, he has beautiful fur) I was rubbing his head on the way home because he didn't seem to be acting like his normal self. He seems very exhausted and tired. I noticed his fur was very gritty and dirty, I also had dirt under my nails. This guy mentioned to me he has been in business for 12 years, how in the world!!! Based off the unfriendly attitudes as well as the grumpy look on everyone's face, the nastiness of the shop and most shocking is that poor fur baby left unattended I can only imagine what goes on when all the customers have left and the groomers are left to do their job. We went to paws up only because I couldn't get Shane into our groomer here, she was booked and it was a last min trip totally unexpected. I definitely will NOT be allowing these people to groom my fur baby again. I would however highly recommend Becky Sue's Grooming in Terrell, our groomer is so amazing! She loves our fur babies as her own, Shane and Rascoe are always so excited to see her! Which lets me know she is treating them right! Becky Sue is no longer open. I use MRS. JENNY in Elmo, I drive 45 mins to get to her from Rockwall!

They do a good job and its pretty easy to get your dog in there, but it's getting too expensive. For what they did it was almost 75.00 my dog is 55lbs and has medium length hair

They do a great job and my dog is not afraid going there as she was at another place in town.

Staff is So nice! I love the grooming they did on my Shih Tzu Ritchie! Will definitely return.
