The VET was kind, experienced, professional, took the time to talk to me and explain it how I need it with patience, great kindness and knowledge. His aids, and technicians were loving to my puppies and it was all around a great experience as well as great pricing. Clean place, smell great, and you can see everything very well organized.

I chose this vet off of the reviews. My 13 year old chihuahua was not acting herself. I was afraid she had suffered a stroke or seizure during the night. I called the Pet Doctor and asked if I could bring her in and they said yes but I would have to drop her off because the doctor sees them between surgeries. I really didn’t want to leave her but they assured me they would make her comfortable and that the doctor would call me as soon as he evaluated her. He called me within 20 minutes and he was very nice and comforting on the phone and explained to me what he found and what he would like to do to treat her and he told me I could head back to get her whenever but she will be fine untimely I get there and he would have her ready with her medication. I was already on my way as he was explaining everything to me. Once I got there he went over everything again, went over her medication again and sent us on our way. 3 hours later my Maggie was barking again and giving me kisses like before and moving around the house showing she definitely felt better. I’m so thankful for this place and it is the new Vet home for her and our Yorker who I will be making a annual wellness appointment for and Maggie a follow up and wellness.

Brought 10 week pup in because of vomiting and diarrhea. Had her weight and was lively and drinking plenty of water. Turns out she had parvo and we caught it in the first 2 days of her showing symptoms. Pet doctor takes her for 3 days and sends her back because they would rather have thanksgiving than help my dog at the most critical time in her treatment. Got her back home and she was skin and bones, depressed excreting blood and severely dehydrated. She just died in my wife's arms. This is unacceptable and incredibly irresponsible of a "hospital" who holds high risk pets for days at a time. Who send home a patient at the most critical time so they can have a dinner? Then has the gall to charge 900 dollars for sending her home to die. You should be ashamed. Take the word hospital off of your profile.

My family has been using Pet Doctor for years and always have a great experience. Dr. Webb and his staff are very courteous and the staff greets me with a smile every appointment. It is a very clean environment where I never walk in smelling animals everywhere. The price is affordable every visit and I always know my fur babies are well taken care of! I would highly recommend Pet Doctor to anyone!

We have been with this Vet forever. No more. The worst problem for the last 3 or 4 years is trying to get seen for our dogs. & now I’m told that to have my dogs ears looked at requires an overnight stay. For a place that claims to have these hours & don’t require an appointment. This is what going to this place for about 15 years gets us.

We continued with this vet after we adopted our kittens from a rescue that uses this vet, and I am so glad we did. I switched all our animals over. They are very responsive, quick to schedule, thorough, and very reasonable. I love the low-cost vaccination clinics for the multitude of animals we have. Just overall a solid experience.

Not sure this place is so highly rated. We did the $1 first time patient thing because we need a prescription for nexgaurd. Went in was told my dog had a fever requiring blood work and a penicillin shot. Was told 2-3 hours on blood work and I vould come get my dog while we wait. Went and picked up my dog, paid and figured they would email the prescription to me and call with the results. I never heard from them again that day. The next morning I called asking about the blood work and prescription and was told it was a 24 hour turn around time. 15 minutes later they called with results and said everything was normal. So basically they forgot to call. I was also told I would have to come back to get the prescription. Why did they not give it to me when I picked up my dog?????? When I went to use the prescription I opted for the online pharmacy to contact the vet to verify the prescription rather than mailing it in. I got an email saying the pet doctor had not responded. So I called them and was told they do not work with outside pharmacies. Would have been nice to know before jumping through all their hoops. I will not be back and I'm still not convinced my dog had a fever.

The doctors and staff at pet doctor have been taking care of my dogs for over a year now. They are always super nice and helpful when I need information or advice. I don’t feel that they overcharge or add unnecessary costs. Happy with them.

I will definitely be recommending Pet Doctor to family and friends. They took excellent care of my baby. Thank you Pet Doctor for getting us in quickly and for being so kind!

i like dr webb he helped me out a couple times taking care of my puppy i sometimes feel like i'm being over charged paying 339.00 for a dr exam and 3 medications for vomiting. because i care for my dog i'll pay it but feel like it's a little high compared to other vets in the area

Pet Doctor has been a life saver each and every time for us. When my dog needed surgery, Pet Doctor was able to help us out and did not overcharge us. They are so reasonably priced with everything!! On top of them always being so accommodating when I need to get my pup in last minute for something urgent, the staff is amazing. They are friendly and willing to help. The doctors are thorough and explain everything and they even call you a few days later to check in on your pet!! I love them. Pet Doctor will not disappoint.

Earlier this month my dog Zoey was having some complications. Pet Doctor immediately got her in and seen. My husband and I have been contacting and working with the staff here for a a few weeks now b/c of Zoey’s health problems. I just really want to thank and show our appreciation to all of the staff at this facility. Any time I have called(which has been a lot) the front desk lady’s are so very sweet and helpful, every single time. Even the front desk lady’s showed empathy, kindness, very responsive and professional. Any time some one has came out to get our Zoey girl, they have been nice and kind. Any time I have talked to the doctor or vet techs, they all have been professional and kind as well. I really want to appreciate Dr.Webb for showing such genuine care to our Zoey. I really felt like Dr.Webb cared for her well being and was sympathetic and responsive to not only her needs, but our needs as well. I feel as though he went and will go above and beyond for his patients. I really want to appreciate Vet Tech, Alex (who no longer works there, but hope to see her come back) She really was so hands on with my Zoey and really did everything in her power to inform me and make Zoey and I feel comfortable. I really felt comfortable with Alex handling my girl and knew she was In great care with her as well. I highly recommend Pet Doctor and will forever be grateful for them.

We highly recommend Pet Doctor, they took such great care of our baby and went above and beyond with her! Even after I brought her home they called twice to check on her. I was very pleased with the level care and compassion from all their employees.

Have been taking all of our pets here for at least 7 years. Even moved to Plano and still brought our furry family here. Feels like seeing family. Very professional, follow up phone calls and always fits me in if needed. Could not ask for anthing better for the care and trust of our furry family.

Worked with my budget to help a kitten I found that was severely malnourished and dehydrated by recommending services that the kitten needed most at that moment. Kitten is much better (still has a long way to go). Vet assistant suggested the name "Molly" and I went with it.

Best veterinarian I’ve been to since I’ve moved to Texas. Everyone is so sweet, and treat your fur-babies like their own. Finally found a place I can trust with my pups. Never going any place else again. Thank you for taking such great care of our puppers!

Always very friendly and efficient. Even with the current restrictions they've got a great system for appointments. They have always treated our dogs well without under or over treating. The price is fair and the staff and vet are awesome.

I got an appointment the same day that I called. The techs had to do Heartworm tests and vaccines on my cantankerous dogs. Very caring and don’t mind if one of your dogs leaves a little of him self behind because he is scared. They are awesome, have continued to take care of pets even through this crazy year. Pet Doctor Rockwall- were wonderful from my first phone call phone call to picking my baby up from having several stitches. Everyone was very understanding, helpful and just nice! Customer service start to finish says a lot about a company and about those that work there and Pet Doctor of Rockwall did just that! They are and will be my Vet for my pets!
