I have two poodles which I have groomed once a month. They always come back perfect from the groomer. Dog gone pretty always does an excellent job.

Dogs always look great and they like the crew!

More than twice the price of other local groomers. Our dog has had much better haircuts at much lower prices. Staff is also very condescending to customers. I’d recommend going elsewhere. It’s interesting that the owners incorrectly assume I’m on a budget. I just refuse to pay a premium for a subpar service. The owner also sent me a very unprofessional text message saying “we have nicer customers that tip well”. Not a business I choose to be associated with anymore.

It is a privilege to give them money for a service. Just find somewhere else to go. Easier than no answer and a text response saying to do that anyway. Sure they do a good job but that is irrelevant if their is no job to do

I’m giving you 5 stars for your stellar responses to those ridiculous negative reviews and I’ll call you tomorrow for an appointment. An appointment that you can set in whatever slot you have available. I’ll even happily pay the $3.00 convenience fee to be able to use my card because I understand that’s the cost conveniently swiping a card.

We have been using. Monica before she started her own place. With Archie.15+ years Been very pleased. Prices are little high but she does good work. Now I’ve tried to get our pet in to be groomed for the last 2 months she can’t seem to be loyal to long term clients.and can’t work us in!! Sad to say we are looking for a new groomer.

We have used this place for quite some time but we are no longer using it. They are expensive it costed me $80 for my 8 pound dog, and they want the dogs up there at 8am and they sit in a kennel all day until they are ready for them.

Best groomer in town!! Our pomeranian always looks so fluffy and smells so good. He also seems to know how handsome he looks whenever we leave because he prances out like he's the hottest little man in town. I work at a Veterinary Hospital and anytime someone is looking for a groomer, I let them know that this is who I trust to groom our little guy. ????

The care and consideration of these skilled artists is nothing short of phenomenal. Every aspect of our dog's grooming was professional and pleasant. Happy pet owner and gorgeously pampered pet!!

They took two weeks to deposit my check at Christmas and it bounced. My fault no biggie I said I would bring the $. Never told me how much it was with their bank fee. Then she starts griping me out asking if she expected me to pay her bank fee. I told he that was all the cash I had she told me I was a low individual. Couldn't even ask me to pay the rest later, just started telling me I was a bad person. Will not come back. Misunderstandings happen. No reason to treat your customers poorly. I told her I had a sleeping baby in the car and I couldn't get more money right now, that was all I had. She could have very easily put the $15 balance on my acct so I could come back. Instead she chased me out of the building yellimg at me. Ha! She really must not want return business. Had been going for quite a while. Usually pay with my card but they charge $3 so I was trying to save a little. Really taking 2 weeks to deposit a check?!?! She should learn people skills. No wonder she works with dogs.
