Amazing veterinarians & staff. My pups actually love seeing them.

Great people here, we wouldn't trust any others to keep our dogs and cat healthy and happy.

They were to busy to see her she died the next morning???????? never grieved so hard as I am about loosing my baby.

Banfield Is great for shots & spaying or neutering. If you are in need of a Vet for an emergency or sudden illness you can forget it. They are not going to help you. You must have a secondary Vet to go. I have several pets enrolled in their program and 3 times have been told they are to busy to help. Had to go to an outside vet.

Just got the dogs nails trimmed. Did a great job.

SO expensive, does not tell you any charges up front. Free office visit and then $600 worth of testing. Horrible.

Think twice before you go to the Rockwall location. They give a price over the phone for service and it increases three times before you pay. They take no responsibility for the prices quoted. They do not perform all the services asked and the do not explain the aftercare of your animal. We have been with Banfield for years at another location and we will not be going back to the rockwall location.

I added a new puppy to my family and bring all 4 dogs here. The staff is always great and they try to work around your schedule. The plans are pricey but definitely worth it for my fur babies

Banfield Pet Hospital in Addison came to the rescue, they were able to diagnose Juniors injury. Hairline small crack on his left Foot, Rest for two weeks. No Dog park playing for my Baby. Thanks for seeing my Buddy Monday, I was worried !!Mesquite wanted to schedule the injury a week later after his incident. I almost lost confidence BPH, but you came through.

Do not take your pets here. Do not have any idea on taking care of animals. Prescribed my older dog medicine and found out it was too much for her and she passed away due to the medicine

The eating area appears clean the floor was not. The one front counter employee was polite and helpful. The food was awful. Will not eat there again.

Had my kitten seen on a Thursday she died on a Saturday. No one ever mentioned how seriously sick she was and just sent me home with a bunch of medications with no worries. On that Saturday they had to put her down. They got over $600 knowing full well they were just milking me for what they could.

Dr. Mahoney is wonderful and caring. My shepherd loves her!

I have had my 12 yo pup on their wellness plan since he was a tiny fur ball. They have been amazing with him until my last visit (comprehensive check up). They knew of a liver issue, forget the term, he has had since 2019. I was never made aware of this.. ever. I only found out while asking about his age and his upcoming anesthesia for an annual teeth cleaning. Apparently he should have been on meds this entire time and I just find out about it. Like I said, they have been amazing with him for 12 years and I hate even writing this review. He's older now so I believe this should have been something that was mentioned.

My first visit to bring my puppy. I found the staff to be helpful, curious and willing to answer all question. Looking forward to next visit. Wish I had name of young lady who helped me. She was the best and Star loved her!

They are always so sweet and helpful. Store is always clean. They could use some reorganization (ex not all reptile stuff is together) but its still my fav petstore.

I Will never Go back to Pet Smart I loved how Petco treatef me PetSmart Stood me up( LIERS)

They charged us 50 dollars to basically give us a recommendation to see a dog dermatologist. They said they didn’t know what was wrong with my dog, and then said “50 dollars please.” Stay as far away as possible from this “vet.”

Dr. Robinson and Avery were super nice and answered all questions we had about our baby. Pricing was very reasonable especially with the health plan. Looking forward to returning whenever my baby needs her shots in a few months!

I love this place well the one in Rockwall Dr. Mahoney is the best vet in the world to me and my dog loves her. She is a true animal lover. She takes the time with your pet and she listens as well you will not regret taking your pets to her.

Dr. Mahoney is a one of a kind provider. Even though the practice was rather busy and pet owners were not allowed back with the patients she came out and personally spoke with every single owner and answered all questions. Both of my dogs are intact and fed a specific diet and she, nor her staff were pushy towards any kind of product or procedure and I appreciated that very much. She will also speak with you on the phone directly instead of farming it out to her techs. Great doc!

I brought my cat here because my vet clinic was closed and came out with almost a $600 bill. The vet gave me clavomox and charged $40 when i can get it at anyother clinic for $20. They definitely price gouge and do unnecessary medical procedures. My cat was diagnosed with mastitis and had a high fever is the only reason I didn't go elsewhere. I gave 2 stars because they fit us in same day.
