They are very kind and have I taken my dog for a few years and will continue to take her to them!!

I called them to treat my outside cat that is neutered and the lady I talked to was so concerned about being scratched apparently they don't know how to handle cats that live outside. They left me a message that they wouldn't be able to treat him for a facial infection from fighting with another cat. If they can't handle outside cats some what feral then how do you stay open? I have an excellent vet in town and was only going to go there because of the hours they were open. Don't recommend them for outside cats sad.

Vet and support staff were friendly. Easy to make an appointment. Caring attitude for pets and their owners.

I've been taking my cats to Dr. Thompson for near 20 years. They are friendly and kind.

They are very nice and very professional. My pet had a great experience.

Have a sick dog who needs care and even though I waited in the parking lot for an hour before they opened, they sent me away because they don't have time for her. The nearest emergency vet is about an hour and a half away, so I have to take an already nauseous puppy on a car ride by myself. They offered no advice on how to check if she is already dehydrated or what over the counter meds could be given to keep her from becoming more sick on the way. They didn't have a single person there yet for an appointment and they couldn't even do a brief exam. Just didn't seem to care at all.

Amazing! They really care about your fur babies. Am so happy to have found such a great group!

My 13 yr old golden retriever was sick and took her in for exam. Dr T did blood test and said her kidneys were not filtering out toxins in her blood I got a lecture about what she should b eating and then purchased canned kidney food She hated it and collapsed the next day I had to.put her to sleep. at a different clinic WENT back to clinic to return all the dig food I boug ht and Dr. T couldn't have cared less. The receptionist is very nice but he was very incompassionate

I tried to make an appointment, but got turned down. I moved here over a month ago and was told I could not make an appointment for two weeks and not showing any symptoms for Covid. I asked if they had curbside or that if I wear a mask like we are required, they said no as the lady chuckled. I asked if could set an appointment for two weeks out and she said no. Seems like a member’s only Animal Clinic. I do not recommend this place!!

Staff very helpful. Dr. Thompson very willing to answer all my questions. He was not in a hurry and answers were quite thorough.

They treat us very rude. I have been taking my dog with heart worms to this vet for years and there has not been one visit where they talked to me politely. AND They tested my dog for heart worms 6 months ago and said the test came back negative, but now they are saying that it was postive and that I refused to put him on medication which is a bunch of bull.

Good place to take animals for veterinary care. Dr. Thompson has a caring attitude for all animals and I have utilized his services for 16 years without any problems. Overall, a good experience.

Dr. Thomas and his entire staff are so helpful. They understand animals and how the owners feel and are compassionate. They have spayed and neutered my cats, treated them for ringworm, flatworms, mange, fur-loss and even gas. I feel very comfortable taking my cats to this clinic.
