First time having our Miniature Schnauzers groomed here after being with another groomer for almost 8 years. Classy Cuts did an amazing job. We are very picky about our dogs and our cuts, and they did an amazing job. We will be back for sure!! 10 ???? review! ~Ellie Roo & Winston

Fantastic! This was my first time coming to Classy Cuts and I was scheduled for an appointment within a timely manner (availability within 4 days of calling) even though most groomers right now aren't accepting new clients. My dog has major anxiety getting groomed but she was so happy afterwards. They even added purple bows in her hair which I thought was the CUTEST THING! I am so pleased with how precise and clean her groom job is compared to other groomers in the past. The staff is super friendly and understanding and I'm definitely taking my dog here for the next groom♥️

We went in for a simple bath, brush, and trim. I was very impressed with how Luna looked when they brought her out.

First time using this groomer and was very pleased. They were very friendly and called when he was ready for pickup. They did a great job, I had asked for a short cut for the summer and that’s what they provided all at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

I have been going to Classy Cuts for over 5 years now. You can't beat their prices, they just now increased prices slightly, but it's nothing compared to Petsmart, or Petco. Their prices are ridiculous. I paid over $100.00 for a groom at Petsmart (with a coupon) for my 25lb eskimo/collie mix to get a bath,trim, normal stuff. Where as recieving extras at Classy Cuts I paid under $50, since the increase it's more like $55 now, but still they've always done a great job, with great prices.

Was able to get a quick appointment. Everyone was nice. First time using this salon. Apt was at 1030 called at 330 said my pup was ready just curious if they were working with him that long. Didn't have that pleasant fresh groomed smell. Overall nice job though on his grooming.

We take our golden doodle puppy here for his haircuts. He always leaves cut to our specifications and smelling great. Very pleased with Classy Cuts’ service!

We have 3 Shih Tzu. They have been going to Classy Cuts since 2011. Friendly staff that cares and loves on your pets. Always a great hair cut and they come back smelling-brand new.

I have requested over and over for their help and the owner refused to call me back and the lady at the front desk is anything but.

They can make my schnack russell look like a schnauzer or a jack russell, whichever I choose. The last schnauzer cut they gave him was adorable. His last visit though, we had to go all out jack russell because he had burrs and stickers in his face that he wouldn't let me get out. They did a great job cleaning him up!

I had an appointment for 12:00 noon and I showed up 25 minutes early. The staff told me it would be 3 hours for them to be ready, I called the groomers at 3:30pm and was told they had not even made it back to the groomer and they told me that they could not even promise me they would be ready by 5:00. I have not picked my dogs up yet so I will write another review. Before I finished this review they called me and told me they should be ready be 4:00, which means that 20 minutes for both dogs to be done???? that might even be worse that they do a bad job or they idi not do the services requested.

We followed the owner from another store when he opened classy cuts. The staff is SO amazing. They truly care for our pets. My dog actually gets excited when we pull up.

I have been taking my golden retrievers to Classy Cuts for many years. The last couple times I have been very disappointed. I wanted to give them the benefit to improve, so I let them know last time that I was unhappy & things were better. This visit was it, lousy again, seven & a half hours the had my dogs & they were not even able to go to the restroom. One dog smells good & the other does not. I am looking for a new groomer after probably 8 or more years!

I have been taking my dog here for 3 years now to be groomed and I love them! They always do a wonderful job. My dog also has IVDD (a bad back essentially) and they always are mindful to be extra careful with her. Recently, I moved to Denton and I still drive all the way to Keller so they can groom her.
