TLC Pet Grooming RICHMOND, Texas

Mistakenly called thinking this was a mobile pet groomer. The groomer and I laughed about and She persuaded me to drop off my boy Waldo. I told her I had an accident and was injured with four broken ribs, broken shoulder blade and a punctured lung. She offered to pick Waldo up for me and then drop him off once done. This was the most nicest gesture ever considering that she was not a mobile groomer. I usually take Waldo to petco but now she’s won me over. I will stick with this company. They did a damn good job on Waldo. Thanks guys! You all rock!

Our dog came home traumatized with razor burns on his privates and they have been infected and red for over two weeks requiring antibiotics. His hair cut was ridiculously bad and left uneven everywhere (we had to buy a trimmer to fix it). The bill came to 50 dollars with tip. When I called the new manager about it (Renee -The one with tattoos). She insulted me, told me you get what you pay for and you can go somewhere else if you don't like it and hung up on me! Extremely unprofessional and reckless. The Place was never that great but was much better under Terry's management and whenever there was a problem , she took care of it, not this bad attitude arrogant kook!

Local to home, not a chain store groomer, very friendly and listened to exact dog grooming request. Results were perfect.

My puppy gave come with the same knots he went with. The other one came home with a small snag that I was not told about and a Matt that was very noticeable not sure what they did for my money except make him smell good. You couldnt have brushed him and missed that Matt.

Have gone to TLC for years and will continue to go. Staff are really good with my dogs and I am always pleased with the job they do. The price is right and my dogs get more attention than they would at the big company stores. They love your pets as if they were their own. Highly recommended.

The owner was very friendly and got Maddie to feel relaxed which in turn helped me to relax. The price was very reasonable and they did an awesome job!

She is amazing and super gentle with the pickiest of 4 legged babies. Dolce hates going to other groomers but when we arrive here she is really happy and excited to get groomed. Def reccomend! Oh did I mention Dolce loves her bows!!!

Great place to go and great service

We had at TLC 3 Times. The first time as very good. The second time average. The third time they butchered my Yorkie. Will not go back. I don't trust TLC anymore.

Took my dog in a few days ago. She's never had a haircut before and she's 7 years old. I didn't know what cut would look best, but I just wanted her to have a fresh cut especially now that heat is coming. Love their work and the pricing is very reasonable! Here is a before an after. My Candie looks the cutest! And she even looks younger! ????

Great place! They are compassionate, love animals, and care about their customers.

Terrible, dirty place. Took my dog there asked for them to shave her,cut her nails and (to file her nails). She was not shave her, nails were not filed. Will never take my dog there again. Plus they are in dirty cages most of the day because you have the drop them off between 7--9.
