Rosehill Pet Resort Cypress, Texas

We have a 10 month old Mini Aussie. First time we had ever boarded any dog we have ever owned so we’re very nervous. We came to tour first and were greeted and welcomed . We were led through all the different kennel quarters. Very clean. We witnessed the tender loving care given by caretakers inside the quarters with sweet snuggling. Lots of pasture land for running and playing. We immediately made a reservation for 3 nights. Loved the kennel with doggy door so she could see outside during the day . She did great . We added 1 playtime a day. On pickup, she was clean and ready to come home. We did call twice during her stay to check on her and they responded graciously with notes they had been taking. Very good decision leaving Jovie in such loving hands.

The staff and supervisors went above and beyond for my Dog Regina. They really showed compassion and cared for her 100%. They communicated great with me and she seemed to love her stay. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Owner is very nice and engaging. Every member of the staff always smiling and pleasant to talk to.

This is the first time we used this facility and I can say this will be our place for future boarding!! -Flexibility schedule they offer -Wonderful/ very friendly service - my dog smell so good! And a gift they sent us from little chat we had at check out….Me and my wife were shocked (in good way) we’ve been to several boarding places but Rosehill is just another level ;) Definitely recommend!

We boarded our cat for two days. The staff are friendly and interested in the pets. The cat seemed reasonably happy when we picked her up.

Rosie absolutely loves Rosehill Pet Resort. We were looking for a place close to our house in Cypress to board Rosie for our 2 week vacation. The first time I walked in I knew we would feel comfortable leaving Rosie here to board. Everyone here is so friendly. Claire gave me a tour of the facility and grounds and I got to see where the pets stay. Extremely clean and smelled fresh. Plenty of land for the pets to run around, including a pond to swim in and cool off. The owner, Ms. Glenda, is very kind and took the time to visit with me. I could tell she is very passionate of her pets. Very homey atmosphere, unlike some of the other pet resorts that are corporate. I highly recommend Rosehill Pet Resort. ???? ????

EXCELLENT customer service. I have 15 lb Yorkie with silky hair, and he probably moves a lot when he's getting his hair cut because he's only 2, and he's full of energy. I feel it's fair to mention this because not everyone has a Yorkie and not all dogs have the same personality. When I went to pick my pup up after his appointment, the ladies had him up front with them instead of in a kennel. Very nice to see as a first time customer! Unfortunately, I had to come back on a different day so they could fix my pup's cut because it wasn't to my liking. His nails were still too long, and his cut was pretty uneven. The employee was very apologetic and courteous though, and I appreciate that! My pup was in a kennel when I picked him up that time, but it was a very roomy and spacious kennel! They fixed his nails but his cut was still uneven, so I didn't bother going back a 3rd time. But I will say that they're customer service is one of the best!

It's expensive but worth it. They took time to ask about our dogs and made sure they were safe and comfortable. We will be back.

Rosehill Pet Resort is an amazing facility. I have boarded all three of my dogs for about 6 years. My oldest started off very shy and due to Rosehill’s patience and consistencies, he now loves coming for play day on a regular basis. He is a high strung baby, and even when he gets groomed they work with him and he always comes home happy. Would highly recommend bringing your fur babies here.????

We have been longtime customers for boarding, but recently decided to try out their grooming services and were terribly disappointed. Upon picking our dog up, we had an additional $15 charge because he was apparently being too unruly. We have him groomed very often and have never had a complaint about him causing any trouble. When I expressed my concern about this the receptionist seemed annoyed and acted like it was our fault. The cut: We have a standard golden doodle and had him cut down to about a half inch all over. This should not be a difficult task. Our Moose had nicks on his private parts, his bottom was cut so close that it formed large scabs, and there were long tufts of hair all over his body that had been missed. Additionally, his eyes were not trimmed correctly and he had tear stains within a few days. His eyebrows are uneven. The areas between his toes and paw pads were also poorly done. He had hair over an inch long sticking out. Perhaps this groomer does better with small dogs, but we will probably move on to another groomer and boarder next time. Update: I was contacted by the owner and reimbursed the cost of the groom. She was very nice and apologetic. While this helps, I still would be hesitant to have our dog groomed here again.

We had our dogs groomed 2x at Rosehill Pet Resort. The first time our Bichon and Havanese were not blowed dried after their bath which caused their coats to dry curly, especially the Bichon. They also had very uneven cuts. We wanted to give Rosehill another try, but received the same uneven cut on both dogs for $75 each. As a prior dog groomer, I have knowledge of what curly and silky coated dogs are suppose to look like after grooming. I was very disappointed to see our dogs were given a “glorified bath” for $75 each. The cuts looked like they were done prior to the bath, but not trimmed up again after the bath to insure an even cut over the body (trimming and blowing drying the coat after the bath is the correct method of grooming a dog). My Bichon and Havanese had very uneven tuffs of fur all over their body when we picked them up. My husband who has no eye for these type of things, also noticed how bad the cuts were. I had to “fix” the uneven cuts after returning home, further stressing out my dogs after a long day at Rosehill Pet. The most disappointing part was their customer service. You never speak to the groomer in person to relay your desires for your puppy’s cut. You drop off between 7:30 and 9 am and the groomer doesn’t show up until after this timeframe. Both times I’ve had my dogs groomed at Rosehill I never saw the groomer in person (not typical practice in the grooming world). The younger desk manager was very nice, but as I was asking about why they were charging more than $65 quoted over the phone (for a full groom), an older lady pops out of an office, without introducing herself and becomes very defensive, and in my opinion rude. I don’t know who this woman was, maybe general manager/owner, but if this is how they provide customer service I’ll take my business elsewhere. If you want a professional groom for your pup, I would also recommend looking elsewhere.

They take great care of all of their boarders and pay close attention to their medical needs if anything arises during their stay.

After multiple different groomers we finally found a place for our labradoodle! I showed the groomer a picture of what I wanted and she did just that! They also were very kind and sweet to our pup! We love this place!

This place is awesome! The staff are so friendly and you can tell they truly love animals! They even sent me pics of my babies because I was curious if they would play in the pond! Jordyn is very professional and patient. She took time to answer all my questions and alleviate all anxieties I had about leaving my fur babies. I will definitely use this facility for all future trips!

A new customer and these guys really came through for me with my foster pups when I needed backup. My fosters were well taken care of and shown love which helped build their trust. They have a caring staff and I would recommend them to anyone who needs boarding in a great environment.

The receptionists are kind, attentive, and responsive to calls. The kennel technicians are kind and your pet's well being and happiness are their number 1 priority. They are professional, and caring, and enjoy giving your dog/cat love. Management is extremely organized, and on top of all inner workings of the business, so nothing is over looked or forgotten, and no pet is left wanting for anything. The owner is a sweet lady that has made her business feel like a home away from home. They have a groomer and a dog trainer, who (from my experience watching them work) are not only competent, but are also compassionate, and professional.

The only place we take our pet for grooming and boarding. The owner, groomer and staff feel like family and they treat our pet that way too...

Excellent place. Owner and employee's have a real passion for pets. Place was nice and clean. Huge 4 or 5 acres fenced in area for the pets.The pricing is right on par with other boarding locations . Actually they are probably a little cheaper when you take into account the staff and over all facilities. .The grooming was excellent Make sure you book in advance because a place this good books up fast.
