Keeping fish in a tiny cup is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!! They can’t even swim in a circle and there’s no oxygen. Several of them are desperately swimming upside down barely alive!!! Do not support this store! I went in there to buy dog food and can’t stop crying. I’m traumatized!!!

When I drop my dog off for grooming the people were agitated that they were shorthanded and rude against my judgment I left my dog there and be groomed after I picked her up she was so scared and shaken for days I don’t know what happened but I won’t be back she is 7 pounds and defenseless

Their prices are way cheaper than Petco.

Friendly employees, very clean and fully stocked on hard-to-find items for exotic pets!

I come here sometimes when I need something real quick (if for whatever reason I can’t order it online). However I do have a problem with the some of the cashiers. They gossip about other costumers very loudly which is inappropriate.

Was told they no longer price match chewy.com, spoke to "manager" who boldly lied saying they stopped doing it last year even though I buy my dog her food every 2 weeks and price match with no issues at other petsmart stores. Called the location closest to me who told me they still price match. Will be reporting this horrible customer service to corporate.

No employees to be found. And if you find one, they have an attitude.

Good store and usually good assortment, but I think the supply chain problems have hurt all stores. People are helpful. You can get what you want, just be willing to switch brands.

Simply outstanding pet store. I can get my dogs monthly prescription, take him for his yearly check up and reload on his snacks.

The Walmart of pet stuff. We needed a cat door and found what we were looking for straightaway.

It's a decent pet store with a large selection. Probably the biggest perk is there are groomers and a vet in store, so it's a one stop pet stop for us.

Completely unprofessional workers 10+ people in line and the girls are just chatting not opening up more registers and then proceeds to answer phone calls instead of helping people on the ONLY register! Unnecessary attitudes and a complete lack of care of their customers... Not ever coming back there again...

I always shop at Petsmart since both my dogs are on prescription dog food. I can always find what I need and since I have the treats reward program I earn discounts and coupons.

I had a great experience shopping here. I just got a new puppy and needed help finding a few things that I would need for her. Victoria was great and really helped me to find what I needed. Great customer service.

Absolutely love visiting this pet store! The only downfall is they always seem to be out of crickets. But other than that the employees are always great and everything is stocked up.

Wouldn't cut my pets nails due to I didn't have her rabies shot record with me

It was a complete inconvenience when I left my prescription card for dog food at home. They need a more automated way of managing this service.
