Very quick service, Doctor knows his stuff, very nice staff and vet doctor.

We are glad to found this clinic and hidden gem. Low cost compared to other clinics in the area, Preventions are also cheap comparable to other clinics in the area. Dr. Sai Kancharla explained everything and has really good bed side manner, my pet never felt anxious. Misti the tech did really well. Thank you pet check at grand mission for your service for the community

I have been bringing my pets to this location for several years, for their annual shots & found the service affordable. However, the last couple times I was there, I brought my pet there, signed in & went back outside & waited to be called. In the meantime, they let in three people ahead of me that never signed in. Ok, I let that go, but after doing this two different times, I finally said something & was told these people were on a different list......huh? Yesterday, I took my pet there for annual vaccinations. Walked in with mask on (which they demand), went to sign in & Sai Kancharla came out & proceeded to tell me he was unable to assist. He stated his technician to provide vaccinations, etc, had died. This surprised & shocked me that he died plus, I didn't even know he had another technician, Sai Kancharla has been the only that's ever worked on my pets. I apologized & asked if I should have called & scheduled an appointment, he didn't answer, copped an attitude (not sure why) & told me there was no one to help me. I stated all I needed was a rabies vaccine, he advised he possibly could help me, but he was sorry I had such a bad outlook about the place. I told him why regarding appointments & other customers. He then continued to tell me he would not help me & that I need to go find another clinic. I told him how he could help himself & left. I will never go back to this clinic again, even though I've been going here for years. Sai Kancharla has a bad attitude, doesn't call back when he said he would (for bloodwork taken). He doesn't keep his word & needs to find another career outside of veterinary medicine. I would not recommend this vet clinic & if I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Pet Check has all the vaccinations, and is a walk-in . I like this place, it's very convenient.

Dr. Kancharla was great with my German Shepherd puppy and explained to me a lot of things that I did not know. Prices are very affordable too! I highly recommend.

Staff is so friendly ! I came in for rabies shots for both of my dogs and it under 20 mins and only cost $25 per dog. They’re awesome !

Horrible bed side manner by the guy giving my pup shots. He literally told me to "leave right now" after he poked my pup with me holding him not telling me what to do with the dog. He didn't say anything else just that only one person at a time. I was the only one there. They were horrible! I needed to wait in my car for my paperwork but there was no explanation. I felt terrible and angry.

Good place for a quick urgent sick dog visit. Small vet office, no appointments required. My dog had a bad ear infection and we couldn't get an appointment at the regular vet, this place was helpful.

Response: You not only made your "recommendation" but rudely stated that "big dogs eat cats like mine". Like I said, extremely unprofessional and rude. This type of job fits you because your personality is terrible. Cheers! Front desk lady is super rude. Extremely rude vet as well. I only take them here because it's cheap.

Easy in and out. I needed a vx for my dog so I could board him (we were leaving easy the next day). They got us in and out was so fast!

I recently chose this clinic as my new clinic and everything is way over my expectations. The staff and Dr.Sai is super friendly and helpful. The clinic is very clean and they are very good on social distancing and sanitation. Definitely affordable and recommendable!

Very good pricing, the veterinarian was very nice and explained everything. Only thing missing was imaging but I felt much better about the visit here then I do going to an emergency vet clinic. I hope I never need it, but I would definitely go back if I need veterinarian services.

They saw me on short notice, accepted the paperwork from the ER visit I had to do (everyone was closed Bc of holiday) and gave me great prices for the meds I needed for my dog.

The Vet saw my cat and I quickly. He is very kind and informative. He Ended up just having to do a consultation to recommend I take my cat to the full service cat hospital and he therefore did not charge me an office visit. I will be going back for maintenance care and full service when the full clinic is up and running!!!

As a new customer and my puppy Sheriff as a new patient I am extremely pleased. On our first visit I was greeted with such friendliness at the front desk. The vet Dr. Kancharla is an amazing vet super gentle with my pup. My puppy didn’t cry when he got the shots and didn’t felt nervous. On our second visit the vet gave my puppy some medication, and he pointed the problem right away. I am beyond thankful and happy that I found this clinic. Thank you vet Dr. Kancharla

Affordable puppy shots. Misti was very friendly and answered all our puppy questions and gave great advice. Because of Covid we didn’t get to meet the Vet and weren’t allowed in the back....which is totally understandable. I would definitely recommend them if you want affordable pet checkups and vaccines.
