I love the doctors here and the staff they are always so friendly and give great information and great prices I take all my dogs here, they also offer boarding. I recently took my dog back I absolutely love the expansion it looks amazing. They have reduced check out time. Visits are quick and I love that I am always getting the best service whenever I go. If you are looking for a new vet look no further!

Will never return. I tried scheduling a simple appointment to get my cat spayed. I already had both of them seen a few months ago (nightmare). They only listed one cat in their computer and insisted we needed to schedule an appointment first. First I tried calling 3 times, no one ever answered. So I drive there thinking they might be busy. No one was there. The front desk gal argued that they don't do appointments, etc. We haven't seen your cat, etc., etc. She acted as if she was high on something, couldn't even hardly talk. I finally left, I wont trust my animal to a place that has this kind of incompetency. FYI, my first "appointment" we wait almost 2 hours and they "did" see both my pets. I recommend looking elsewhere. (BTW, no one was masked up Chuck)

Dr. Mandola feels empathy with the animals and the owner

I've been bringing my babies here for 12 years. If you live in Houston, don't waste your time with a city vet unless you have tons of money to throw away. Dr. Mandola and Dr. Johnson are the best. The staff are all very friendly and courteous.

I like what they do for my dog, and on top of that, they have drop-off services that helps me keep going in my busy life.

The reasons why I’m giving a 2 star is because they have bad customer service the lady in the front she is blonde and had a green sweater was very rude to me she gave me a whole aditude! But then a cute guy came to pick my dog up for his shots and he was very polite if anyone knows his name comment back please he has like brown blondish hair and his eyes are like a yellow brown color and of course he is SUPER cute????

This vet butchered my cats declaw. He was declawed almost 8 years ago and now, for the THIRD time, I have to redo my cats declaw because his nails are growing back through his paw pad. I highly do not recommend this vet.

I have been going to this vet for a long time, I really love the doctors but lately the customer service has been going downhill. The receptionists in the afternoons have been consistently rude on the phone and in person. Yesterday when I went in one of them was actually wearing basketball shorts and a grey sweatshirt with no bra, it literally looked like she rolled out of bed and came to work. Very unprofessional, very disappointed.

I had be n going to that hospital for years now and never someone had attended me so nicely before I went there around 2:00 p.m and a very nice young lady in the front was very helpful she is the sweetest girl, she was very polite and very helpful, she explained so many things and was very patient with my husband lol. She has long black hair and and blue nails I think she said her name was gaby if not I’m sorry if I got your name wrong but dr Mandola is so lucky to have you working there I hope to see you next time!

Richmond Animal Hospital is a true jewel in Richmond. The vets and vet techs are simply the BEST of the BEST, they treat every animal and pet parent with respect and care! I could not recommend them more highly.
