Grooming By Azita RICHMOND, Texas

Was my go to for dig grooming. They mysteriously closed with out word. Phone says they are moving but that has been for 2 months. Real shame they always did it great job.

She knows my dog and transforms my messy pup into something fabulous - like she just walked out the most expensive pet salon.. She treats my Coco like she was her very own.

I dropped off my dog at 11 am and picked him up at about 3pm. This is how I picked him up. With his right eye swollen shut, and his left eye barely staying open. My fiance took him to the vet immediately after where we were told hair must have fallen in his eyes while he was being groomed. He also said it looked like they flushes his eye out with water, but when I picked him up no one said a thing to me about this. You'd think they would mention this when picking him up? We won't be coming back.

URGENT ALERT...Lady on Nextdoor app said she was there to pick up her dog from grooming and waited for several minutes before someone rudely asked what did she need. Customer says she's picking up her dog and the lady said she didn't even know the dog was there! She starts yelling at lady in back, not in english. Other lady responds by yelling and then customer hears someone hitting a dog, followed by a loud yelp and lady speaking angrily! Lady brings customer's dog to her and customer has some things to say about hitting a dog and the uncomfortable environment, stressing the animals out, etc. The groomer would not come talk to the customer and the other lady working told her to take her dog and go! Unbelievable! Good thing I was not there because I probably would have ended up in jail! I know I would not have left until charges were filed or something was done about the groomer hitting a dog! This was not the first time the groomer hit a dog! There are other reviews claiming their dog had been hit and mishandled! Charges need to be filed and the groomer should never be allowed around animals again!! One day a dog is going to bite her and she will press charges on the dog owner or maybe kill the dog claiming self-defense!! It's just a matter of time therefore she must be stopped! Share this story with others!!

Costumer service is very poor. Not pleased with the service. I honestly think they just wiped My dog down and called it a day. I know for a fact they didn’t brush her. Do not recommend.

The amount of dogs that have been bruised, hurt and staff yelling and hitting the dogs is unacceptable. Cameras should be mandatory so the customer can make sure their babies are being treated with dignity and respect.

Rude and I’m pretty sure they hit the animals, they never seem the same after they leave this place

The staff and store are not professional, mistreat dogs, a dog escaped the store and they did not notice. The client had to find the dog to turn it in, lastly their price is very expensive, my dog was in there from 11AM to 6PM and they did not call neither call us to update us. Very bad service. They dont even know how to cut hair. Overall they suck. Do not recommend at all.

Excellent service! We have a senior dog with mobility issues and they allowed to be there with the while bathing her and doing her pedicure.

**Update** I spoke with the owner Azita. She is a very nice lady. She apologized for the cut and promised to coach her groomers about the breed. She refunded our purchase and again was very courteous. Though I don't know if I will return I feel like our service today was a anomaly with this company. Drop in talk to Azita personally and make your decision. ** We decided to give this business a shot becuase it had good reviews, thier pricing was competitive and they were courteous on the phone and in person. On those fronts this company seems fine. However, thier site boast breed specific cuts as thier specialty. Our doggo is a Miniature Australian Shepherd, a two coat breed. My first red flag that I did not heed to was when the groomer asked how I wanted his haircut. I replied with the normal cut for this breed and she seemed to agree. The end result was terrible. They have basically shaved him down and into his base coat. You never do that with this breed! His coat is now choppy with missed spots around his feet and dangerously short. I cannot speak for anyone else but we will not be coming back to this establishment. It will take months for him to recover his coat and winter is coming! Be aware and ask a ton of questions before leaving your pup here.

I thought I loved my dog, but with his new haircut, I can barely look him in the eye. He looks like an old lady named Edith with a full-body perm that’s maintained biweekly. I haven’t broken the news to him yet, and I’ve been especially diligent about directing him away from mirrors and other reflective surfaces, with the hope that his shaved mustache will grow back to an appropriate length (and that i can find someone else to trim the rest of him) before he discovers what has been done to him. Before and After:

First time taking my puppy and shampoo got inside the eye and got it inflammated . Whatever shampoo they used was too strong and my puppy still has a rash. Dropped it and came back 2 hrs later and still did not start. Stay away

I never received a response after 2 weeks. Not sure if they're just too busy or what.

I took my shih tzu for a haircut and it was horrible she was cut every all uneven very disappointed ☹️

Today was my first time bringing in my fur baby and I can honestly say I loved it! Everything from my dog’s haircut to the friendly staff working there. I definitely recommend this grooming shop and will surely be back many more times. Thank you!!

Great job, they took care of our dog professionally. I should mention that we used their dog boarding service before and we’re happy with their clean and nicely build pet boarding, highly recommended.

Our new maltipoo was looking crazy so we scheduled an appointment, dropped him Off and oh my word he literally did not look like my dog! I said I think this is someone else’s dog!!! He looks so precious and fluffy and amazing thank y’all so much Update: we brought our dog in Christmas Eve he came back to us looking nothing like this after I specifically asked for the same cut as before and his neck has blood and a cut I am not saying that was intentional maybe he did it to himself if he was restrained I am not too sure but no one mentioned a word when I picked him up. Also he has hair still in his eyes. You tell me if that’s worth $70

I absolutely love this place and the entire staff! I have been bringing my dogs here for about 8 years and I couldn't imagine taking them anywhere else. My dogs always get so excited once we pull up and they smell so incredible when I pick them up. My neighbors and friends also bring their pups to Azita's and they agree that she is like the dog whisperer haha. We also use their boarding service when we go out of town and they take great care of our furry children each time. Sometimes they dont even want to leave because they've had so much fun! Thanks for always loving our pups as if they were your own.

Azita is the BEST! Reasonable rates and my dog is always well cared for when boarded there. The grooming is excellent. Have been going there for 7 years now.

My cat is along time client since he's been going there to get his "lion cut" for many years now. Azita is wonderful with my cat. Highly recommend!!

Took my cat here after a bad experience at PetSmart wherein which they grabbed him roughly and made him nervous to the point of hissing, and then told us he would need to be sedated. Coming to this place after that was like a breath of fresh air. They gently picked up my cat and made him comfortable before starting the process. He had tons of mats yet they treated him gently and constantly talked to him to put him at ease. We absolutely loved the service and the reasonable price it was at. DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING BACK!!!
