Dr Brown is the best veterinarian we have ever worked with. She takes her time with each patient, and helped us through a very difficult day when we had to put our beloved black lab down because she could no longer walk.

After calling a dozen vets in the Houston looking for a place to get my dogs ears cropped I was given the names of two vets/clinics that actually did them. Apparently it's a dying art. And friends with similar dogs or in need of ear cropping all told me they have "a guy". Didn't want to go with some off the books person so I decided to go with grand park animal clinic. And I can say with full satisfaction that I couldn't be happier with the results. My dogs ears came out beautiful. This is not my normal vet as I don't live in the Katy area. So I can't comment on regular vet care. But for ear cropping I am definitely a satisfied customer. Not sure if it's cause my Bella is just a gorgeous dog and everyone loves her. But it was nice that after the initial intro any follow up visits the techs ran outside to greet us. Commenting in how sweet of a puppy she is and they were looking forward to seeing her again. Which let's me know the staff is invested in their patients. I took away a star only because I was not allowed inside to drop off my dog. It's kind of hard to think of all the questions one might have when you're passing your dog through the window of a car. Granted I know they were on covid restrictions however my usual vet allows one person in with their pet. And it would have been nice as a first time visitor to be able to see inside the facility. Fortunately everything worked out but we've all been to places where once you get inside the vibe is off and you turn around and leave. Nothing bad happend and my dogs ears are great. But would have been nice to be able to do the pass off and information exchange inside the facility. 10/10 would recommend for ear cropping.

I got my doberman's ears cropped here and the staff was very sweet. I did not meet the doctor but heard that she did a good job on the surgery itself. I work at a vet clinic that did my first doberman's ears and the job was PHENOMENAL. Surgery and aftercare was splendid. Our surgeon unfortunately retired so I had to research elsewhere and grand park is what popped up with the "best reviews". I explained multiple times to the staff that I work at a vet that performed the surgery for 60 years and had experience with it, so a nice lady from the office who I handed my baby off to asked me what our version was like for the wrapping after surgery. I explained that it was wrapped with PORUS tape with the incision area still exposed so it can breathe, and a mesh "sock" over those. She asked me if we do a wrap over the head and I said no and that I did not expect that to be the case with my baby that I handed her. She said ok and it seemed like she made a mental note of what I stated and that everything would be fine. I picked up my baby with her ears taped with DUCT TAPE. Yes, DUCT TAPE. I had to drive 3 hours back home with her in discomfort because of the bandage that was wrapped around her entire head pinning her ears down with duct tape on them. Luckily, my manager from my clinic met me at work as soon as I got into town so she could remove the bandaging and wrap them up the way we do it here. She was feeling so much better immediately after that. Then, it took us over a week to take that duct tape off from the inside of her ear. I do not know what these people's reasoning is for having the ears stand up with duct tape when there are MANY other better and safer ways to do that. I called a lady to ask why it was so hard to take the duct tape off my baby's ears and she said it was because there was cement glue underneath. Why the HECK do you need to put cement glue underneath DUCT TAPE?!? According to her, she says the tape should "pop right off" was her exact words. I am so glad I do not live in Katy and work at a vet clinic and carefully and slowly removed the tape over a course of a few days with ointments because I cannot imagine the pain my baby would have been through having that tape ripped off by the staff at grand park. My little one was screaming while gently pealing the tape off with ointment. The work itself is amazing and I'm sure there is no malintent with all this but I felt the need to share so that this gets to people who are considering this procedure, and maybe even the staff so you guys can change your wrapping technique. Our surgeon who performed the surgery was 82 when he retired and performed the surgery for 60 years and had AMAZING results with alllll his clients WITHOUT the use of duct tape or bandaging an entire head. I will attach photos of my black dobie the day of her surgery when I picked her up, and photos of my recent baby the day I picked her up from grand park as well as photos once we REPOSTED her here at our clinic.

I love this Vet office and I'd love to rate it higher but they have a employee named Michael and he is extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time we get seen and he's the technicians he's condescending and rude. The rest of the staff is great, they're very nice, patient, accommodating and understanding but above all helpful. Thet are affordable but sometimes they do things without informing you but I boil it down to them loving the animals and thet do it for their good. I still recommend them to my friends and family but I really wish Michael wasn't so unprofessional.

Absolutely love this vet! We’ve used them for our Doberman from puppy to his passing 11 1/2 years later. Great service, great staff, and very informative. They cropped our Doberman’s and my brother’s pitbull’s ears and did a fantastic job. Also did several surgeries on our Doberman for cysts/lumps. Can’t recommend them enough!!!!

They gave my dog vaccinations that were not needed, they also didn't ask me if I would like the puppy to receive it, they just did it and charged me for it. However, they don't keep their books accurately, which led to "outstanding charges" added to my new bill, turned out the charges were not outstanding at all, I paid in my previous transaction, they basically just double charged me. When I tried to question about the charges, instead of giving me a very good explanation or trying to check on their own books, they gave me attitude. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone.

At Grand Park Animal Clinic we recieved great customer service. Jeff clearly explained what our Cane Corso's ears would look like and what they had to offer. He seemed to be more concerned about helping us make the right decision in choosing what was right for our pet. At Grand Park they cared about our satisfaction rather than our business, which set them apart from other competitors that just care about the business regardless if your happy with the results. They were patient, polite, and respectful and took the time to thoroughly explain the way the procedure would be and explain the aftercare instructions. The pictures posted were taken 14 days after his procedure and his ears were almost completely healed. We didn't have no complications with infections or the sutures because Jeff took them off. I was impressed on how quick our Cane Corso's ears healed because they healed real well. Since we're from San Antonio, a little over 2 hrs away Jeff also worked with us on allowing us to walk in to help with posting his ears. The drive and every cent spent was well worth it, I highly recommend this place to anybody that cares about their pet. It's hard to find somebody that crops Cane Corso's ears and offers what Grand Park provided to our family. So if your looking for someone to professionally crop your Cane Corso's ears that has experience Dr. Crouch is the one!

So far great. Came to get doberman ears cropped and the procedure and services are great. I am thinking of moving to use them as my vet of choice. Office visit is $55 Poop stools are $25 But they see lots of Dobermans and the vet works with animal shelter -i think. (She gives back - a plus for me)

So I got my dogs ears cropped here and I can honestly say they are the best vet I have been to down here in Houston. They care for the pet more than they do for your wallet! They remember me and my dog by name, it really gives you that small town feeling you don’t get anymore. Jeff gave me his personal phone number because he was going on vacation and wanted to make sure if anything happened to his ears he wanted to know. I Highly recommend this great team of animal lovers!
