I love this pet supplies plus, I always walk out exactly what I need and more as this store is always stocked. The staff are always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable; Pet supplies plus hires some amazing people! My dogs are loving their new toys ☺️

I can’t say enough nice things about this company or their employees. Stores like this are why I will never shop at the bigger stores.

Great staff! So very helpful and friendly, even if I’m not sure they have what I need I stop in and they direct you on where to find it if they don’t have it!

I'm not overly fond of the selection of products or the prices but the customer service we've received at this location has always been top notch. The employees have been great about going above and beyond. I shop here solely because the management has done a fantastic job of training employees on customer service skills. This is far more important to me than price or product selection.

I took my Boston Terrier for a bath and nail trim. Ashley was super nice and did a great job on my "jumpy" pup! Everyone at this location is very friendly and helpful.

I am writing this with anger for their dishonest in grooming for my dog. This is my first and maybe my last experience for grooming in this place. The minor part is that the groomer did everything the opposite as I told her. The worse part is that we found our dog’s neck seriously injured and we had to bring him to a vet for surgery afterwards. But before brought to the vet, we brought him back to the shop and they told us to leave it alone to let the wound heal, which is totally the opposite from the vet and thank god I still went to the vet. So I tried to understand what makes the wound in the neck, The groomer said she didn’t do that, and she didn’t see it during grooming - I am sorry, but this is a bad lie because the wound is too big to be ignored, you should either saw it during the grooming or you made it. This dishonest beats everything and I would rate this place the worst grooming place I have ever seen.

Love shopping here, store is always clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Prices are great as well, just wish they offered more feeder options for my chameleon.

I love Pet Supplies Plus. Every store i have been in is friendly and the employees are extremely helpful. Prices are fair and even in today's challenging environment, shelves are pretty full. I can honestly say i have never had a bad experience at a PSP store.

The store is great the employees are even better. We used to go to the one on Legacy but this location feels more homey. The employees all seem like they love the dogs who come in and are genuinely kind. We take our 2 beasts to pick out goodies and the lovely Leslie who works there remembers Chonkas name gets on the floor and just has a good snuggle session with her ????

Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff! Had our first grooming experience today and Ashley was amazing with our older, skittish dog. Will be back.

The team of associates were super awesome. They were helpful & found my phone I'd left on a shelf. Then they took my heavy items to my vehicle. Overall, they went out of their way. Great store to shop at for my furry babies.

Nice folks, helpful staff. Nice selection. However this visit the store seemed to be out og F stock on more items than usual. I'm a regular and that is a little out of character. Convenient location for those in Southeast or East Plano, Richardson and North Dallas.

Always a great experience when I go here, they always offer to help carry the large bag of dog food to the front and will even take it to my car! My spine is basically metal these days so that goes a long way with me!!

Usually have no issues…price matching for our kitten and cat brand pate food (Wellness Core) saves us a lot of money. Save a bit on litter too. There have been intermittent issues with their stock supply/shipping issues (of course given 2020), but a lot of the time (not most or all of the time, but a lot of the time) they have what we need in stock. Leaving a 3 star review today in particular because we switched the kibble brand for our kittens (we feed 1/2 and 1/2) because we have one picky one and I just discovered that it was expired. The day we bought it it was already 10 days past expiration. Our kittens are fine and it’s not really a big deal as far as their health but I don’t think anyone wants to buy some thing that’s almost 2 weeks past its shelf life, knowing it will be around for a bit until the kittens finish it… Hoping they will make this right.

This place appears to be a Mom & Pop store, so I decided to check the place out. Came here looking for a few specific items; small Cat Tree/Scratching Post, Cat Sand, and some sort of steps or ramp for a senior chihuahua so he can get up on to our bed. Found the Cat Tree. Found the Cat Sand. Whilst looking for the Steps for the Dog I ran into a store employee (1 of 3). I told him what I was looking for and asked me to follow him. He took me to the Dog Food area and grabbed a small bag of Senoir Dog Treats. I then reiterated that I was looking for something completely different, he then went on a diatribe about shipments being held back since the Covid outbreak began and suggested I look elsewhere for the Doggy Steps (I definitely will). Side note; there was a lady hollering for assistance in finding Cat Sand, she was being ignored so I pointed out to her where to find it. When it came to purchase the items I was going to buy, the cashier she asked if I had a phone number in their system. I informed her I did not, this is my first visit (and definitely my last). She did not elaborate anymore, but I assumed this place has some sort of club. On my way out I ran into the gentleman that attempted to assist me earlier in my visit. I then asked him him about the store club membership, in which he replied they had one but I didnt purchase anything that would get me a discount. I then looked at him and said "Well if it wasn't offered I dont want it". I then left the store. I know these times are tough, especially for the smaller independent shops. Maybe, if the employees were a bit friendlier and actually listened to the customer this would be a more prosperous business. But I think I'll stick to the Big Name stores after this visit. I shall not return here.

This is our go to store for our Fur Babies needs. I love the staff, they go above and beyond, Especially Bill, one of the nicest people I've met. If you need assistance, there is Always someone to assist. My Willie Nelson, Santa and our Rabbit Sugar are all Happy.

They always have my brand of dog food in stock and the cashers are great! I just wish they were closer to me.

Love their self serve pet wash. You can’t beat it for the price especially if you pre-pay! The employees are also incredibly kind and love on our golden every time we visit.

Great store with very good selections and customer service. Somehow an item wasn't in my bag and called and they found it. I am going today to pick it up and get some snacks for my fur baby.
