I rarely give reviews, although I would highly recommend taking your kitty to Urban Aristocats. Khloe has been going to UA for several years and she always comes home a happy kitty, well groomed, nails clipped, & smelling great! .

I am so happy a friend recommended this. I thought I was going to have to take my cat to the vet and haver anesthetized to get groomed. My kitty can be difficult to deal with and I felt horrible about using a tranquilizer. She was groomed with no need to give her any meds. She was so clean and calm when I got her back. They seem to care about the kitties. I’m going to be a customer for life. If you want to have peace of mind that your babies are in good hands, this is the place to go.

If you have a cat that needs grooming… THIS IS THE PLACE. Debby is incredible and I could not be happier with how Bentley looks. 10/10

OK, let's start with convenience. 1. Call and make appointment 2. Call on arrival and they come to car to pick up kitty 3. When finished they call. Just a little over an hour. 4. You notify them of your arrival and they bring kitty and portable credit card machine to car Voila, you are back home in no time Quality Absolutely the best my extra long hair orange tabby has ever looked. And believe me my kitty is a shedding machine. She now looks so neat and sleek. Back end clean as a whistle. I could not believe they gave me the right kitty back. Instead of running under the bed when we got home (like after most vet visits) she ran straight to her food bowl like nothing had happened. Great experience, friendly people.

Very happy with my experience here! My cat has a lot of fine fur and was shedding like crazy. It was very difficult to brush him because although he is very sweet, he kept trying to play with the brush and would nick me with his nails. I had him groomed and also deshedded. Debby got so much fur off and was great with him! You can tell she knows cats well because he was so calm while there. Since getting him home he has just been relaxing and purring and does not seem at all stressed. She also gave me great advice on how to deal with the shedding. So glad to find a good cat groomer because they are very rare!

I recently adopted a kitten from the Richardson Animal Shelter and wanted to get him used to being handled by a variety of people. The groomers at Urban Aristocats are so professional and their customer service is exceptional. The groomer took the time to explain basic grooming I can do at home as this is my first cat. She also went above and beyond to let me know that she noticed a potential health problem. Thanks to her, I've switched my cat to a cat-only vet and he is getting treatment. Without her suggestion, he could have gotten terribly sick before I would've known.

I have a very special keety. I'm very nervous about taking him anywhere, but Debby is always so nice and great. Humphrey is a solid white doll faced Persian who hates to be brushed and requires some special care. He is always well taken care of here. I don't trust anyone but Debby with him.

I took both of my cats there and it seemed pretty nice place to go to, but after i got home I noticed that they cut my Maine Coon’s nails on her back paws way too much that she was bleeding.. they didn’t even mention anything to me about it when i went to pick them up.. I definitely don’t recommend going there.

We've taken our double-coated long-hair'd mutt cat (she beautiful though) to UA for years, and they continue to impress every time. Calm and kind at the drop off, calm and kind at pickup, with chill chats hanging out constantly. Great vibes, great price, great service. Thanks UA.

Wonderful customer service and excellent grooming! After trying another cat grooming place in the metroplex and being incredibly disappointed in their surly attitude, I googled to see what else was out there. Urban Aristocats came up and though it's not close I figured it was worth the drive. What I thought was really great is that you get to make an appointment...unheard of! Other cat owners will understand that at other groomers you typically drop your cat off first thing in the morning and wait and wait and wait to hear when they're ready to pick up. Not here! You get an appointment and you get your furry monster back in an hour or two. My kitty received a standard groom with a sani shave, not a lion cut or anything like that, so your time may vary. I just loved that the appointment meant less stress for the cat. As great as all of the above is, the customer service was really what sold me on this place. I left feeling very reassured that my cat was in good hands and that they truly cared about her.
