Breckinridge Park Animal Hospital Richardson, Texas

This was my first visit, went for burn treatment on my dogs foot. Dr Scott was very nice and incredibly thorough. Not only did he look at the sound he went a step further to look at the allergies I told him about and he said it may not be allergies at all. Going his treatment provides relief for my dog so I can stop daily medications that may be unnecessary.

I interviewed several veterinarian clinics before choosing to bring my 10-week-old puppy here. You can learn a lot just dropping by unannounced to a clinic and asking questions BEFORE you bring a pet there. These guys really stood out ahead of the pack because they answered a ton of questions, were super friendly about it, and their responses gave me confidence that they could solve problems. I took my puppy there and they gave him a thorough exam, plus answered more questions from me and helped me figure out strategies for specific concerns I had. Also, they helped my husband and I with ideas on how to catch a stray cat we are feeding so we can bring him in for his care package. They are accessible, skilled and friendly. I LOVE this place. You will too.

I cannot say enough great things about this clinic. Like most pet parents, I'm very particular about my dogs' care. This vet instills trust very quickly. I've used so many vets in the DFW area trying to find the right one, with most only seeming to care about the bill and how much they can upcharge, rather than the pet care. Breckinridge is completely opposite and I never doubt the care for my two golden retrievers. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My pack of 4 are seen at Breckinridge. The front office is very responsive and quick with communication. Always very welcoming. The techs are always so freaking sweet!!! You can tell they love their jobs. The way they treat my pups always makes me more comfortable. The vets are all super knowledgeable, thorough and explain things in a way "normal people" can understand. Lol Someone in the office always follows up after appts. I love that! I recommend them to anyone that asks.

Dr. Scott and his staff are amazing. He has been taking care of my dogs and my families dog for atleast 20 years. They really care about the dogs and their owners! It's a wonderful family local family business and highly recommend going there!

AMAZING! They accommodated my ill pet within a few hours of my call. My Labrador is very anxious and filled with anxiety; not the best patient. They were perfect with her! They are definitely My Choice from now on!

We have used Breckenridge Park Animal Hospital for at least 17 years. They have always treated our pets very well. They are always nice, happy to help and full of information. Their customers service is why I give the 5 stars.

I was glad ya could see Tiny she was sick and ya did see her. I have always been with her and she alway acted perfect and so sweet .I just pray her ears will get well not just better. And for as buy a new carrier before we come back. I don’t think we will. Mine works great I have no trouble with the carrier. Louis Vuitton

When we adopted our dogs, they had already been patients of BPAH and we just continued their care here. We will probably never change vets. We moved and now live about 45 mins from BPAH and it’s definitely worth the drive!!! The care they provide is truly amazing!

Did not get to go inside bc covid, but my quarantine kitty Suga is a Scottish fold, and they took care of her perfectly. If you want your kitty to get great treatment you pay for it tho. I will be going back!

Breckenridge Animal Hospital. Very professional, responsible, polite, informed, caring, skilled, engaging, human, sweet, cheerful, adoring of your loved one, invested, technically savvy, just the kind of service you expect in 2020 and thankfull to have. Colby and Callie just love it and are healthy, strong, and playful. Thankful to have the Nurses and Dr. Ericksons team.

Dr. Peeples and Dr. Erica and all the BPAH staff cared so well for our cockapoo Hank from his first puppy visit until he left us on Wednesday. He wouldn't have had such a long full life of 16 1/2 years without their care and professionalism. We never felt rushed and all my questions were answered. If you care about your pet like family, there's no better place to go.

The doctors and staff at Breckinridge Park Animal Hospital always take great care of our four legged children. This has not changed, even with the new proceedures to prevent spreading Covid. Dr. Erica came out personally to update us on their conditions.

Great communication compared to other places, and they have more/better equipment. The place looks clean and impressive from the outside (we were not able to go in due to the pandemic) and everything, overall they did a good job.

Do i have to rate it even 1 star? Appointment time 10:30 am, Arrival time 10:11 am. Called staff and was told a nurse would be out directly. I thought if nothing else they would bring out the standard paperwork. Nope, we waited and waited. I had told them my cat would have to be knocked out because she stresses. Still waitng, called back at 10:35 am, we were asked again what car we were in we told them a gold car, she asks indigo. Guess they dont use Q tips. During the 24 minutes we were waiting we saw several nurses helping other owners that pulled up just minutes ago. They assured us someone would be right out. Three nurses came out and went to three other cars and picked up pets. This is now 30 minutes waiting and watching others being helped ahead of me. I guess the others who were driving Lexus, mercedes, and a BMW were more important than my Chevy. I will never go back and do not recomend them at all unless you drive a fancy car. Then your pet will get helped. Or at least charged.

I love this place! I haven't found anything that compares to their level of service. Yes, they may be a bit higher priced than others, but you get what you pay for. My dog loves going here
