They have gone from 4 drs to 2 drs and are booked out 2 months for pets to get a simple bordetella & distemper vaccine. Jessica at the front said “well we are operating with half of the drs we used to have but with the same client base we had with 4 so it’s doubled our time to see pets.” Wow. Let me make it easier and help reduce your same client base so you can operate properly. Unacceptable. Said office manager was too busy to talk to me but would call me “when she gets time”. Call Banfield or Windmill…they can see you within 3 days.

Listen... If you're looking for a Vet, this has to be your spot. My experience was the best that I've had in a long time. The staff is exceptional. From the receptionist to the Docs. Their attitudes are far beyond a scale. It's like everyone at that place is on some different level of 'Happiness'. It's quite incredible to experience. My big dog is quite protective and can seem aggressive. He did fantastic with them! Guess all that happiness from the staff put him at ease. Wow.

We have a sweet kitty who is a MONSTER at the vets. Our last vet fired us. Lol! When our sweet Tabby started acting out I put a post on our neighborhood FB page. A neighbor had replied and highly recommended Prosper Trail Animal Hospital. I am so glad she did. Our cat was suffering from a UTI and stones. Not only did she (and I) get the care she/we needed, they managed to get us in on the same day. Thank you Dr Dennis and staff! You guys are AWESOME!!! I am so glad we found our forever vet.

What happened? We used to love how sweet and caring this place was for our little fur baby Bailee. She has been going since she was a baby puppy. Today I called about a cut she has on her neck just to make sure we were doing the right things for her. After being on hold for a suuuuper long time, the person on the other end could not have been more uninteresting in answering my questions. Super annoyed that she even had to talk to me was more what I felt. Sad because we love the doctors. But who wants to put up with rudeness before you get to the doctor when it comes to your fur baby who is hurting? No one. It's really too bad.

I have had some experiences with vets in the past where I felt like they were trying to upcharge you for every single procedure possible. That is not the case at Prosper Trail Animal Hospital. They do not put a one size fits all Band-Aid on pet care, and they take the time to discuss the best options for your furbaby possible.

Absolutely the nicest staff! My dog actually loves going to the vet now, they inform you of everything down to the last little detail.

Our dog had an injury falling down the stairs while we were staying with our daughter. They quickly squeezed us in during an ice storm. The staff and the Dr. were very friendly and showed they cared about Indy. They even called a few days later to check and see how he was doing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and caring animal hospital.

These folks are the best in care for our pets. They take a very nuanced approach to care and treatment if your dog isn’t feeling well. Very kind and compassionate and everyone on the team is wonderful. We wouldn’t take our little guys anywhere else.

These people treat our fur babies like they are their own. Not only are they caring and compassionate people, the doctors are spot on with their diagnoses. Facilities are clean. Front desk staff are courteous and helpful. We are so glad we found this place. Dr. Willingham is our vet, but we’ve seen other vets here on an emergency basis and they are just as competent and wonderful as Dr. Willingham.

I called today as I’m new in town said not til august for new patients?? Hope that’s because they’re so busy cause they’re that good. Think they need to expand if a month out. Never in my 30 years of owning pets have I been told a month out. Wish I could wait but my guy needs to see someone sooner than a month. Disappointed.

First visit was prompt professional and all concerned were great. Highly recommended

The doctors and staff here are fantastic. We moved from Michigan only a few months ago and have been so happy to find this practice for our Golden Retriever Finnegan. Thanks to everyone at this practice for taking such great care of Finnegan and always taking the time to explain everything to us.

We needed a new vet for our GoldenDoodle Luna and Dr. Dennis was amazing. From start to finish they are a class act and were very professional and sweet to our girl. Highly recommend! Too bad we can't give 10 stars...

Dr. Willingham and Staff are the greatest. Going there is a pleasant experience and when my Chihuahua Vinny goes there, they know I'm as stressed leaving him as he is staying but they keep me informed about his progress throughout the day which I totally appreciate..Excellent place to take your pet if you haven't been there.

All of the staff are so nice and good with our babies. They have taken such good care of them.

We took our new puppy in for his first check up and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Both the vet and assistant were extremely friendly and did a great job of informing us of their findings and recommendations. We are thankful to have found this great team for our new dog!

We were very pleased with the care Tucker received with his yearly exam. We have just moved to this area and are pleased that Rover Resort recommended Prosper Trail Animal Hospital. It would have been more pleasant for Tucker if he could have met the staff without masks, etc. He doesn't do well with strangers. But, such is life with COVID 19. Thank you.

I don't even know where to start! We are new to the area, and had not been able to find a new vet for our furry family members yet. We had the misfortune of getting to a turning point in our senior Dane's life suddenly and needed to send him home over the rainbow bridge. All of the at home services were booked out and I knew my sweet boy couldn't wait any longer. I can't express how thankful I am that Prosper Trail Animal Hospital made the decision to fit us into their booked morning to help me make sure Atticus left this world with as much dignity as possible. I am humbled by the sincere kindness and sympathy that we were given that morning by every team member we encountered, even though we were strangers. I plan to bring my other pets here as they've for sure earned my trust and respect.
