It's clean, but they don't have live feed for reptiles. Just about 20 containers of dead crickets. The associate said "come back tuesday" my reptiles can't wait 2 days to eat, what an ignorant thing to say. Super inconvenient.

They have so many cute items there. They have really cute leashes, harnesses, beds, bowls, and ect. My dog has loved all of the treats we've gotten her so far. They also have a day care so when you leave town, they can stay there. I really enjoy PetSmart and I 100% recommend to people with pets.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Krista in grooming. She was so kind, attentive, professional and did an amazing job grooming my dog. She truly has a a gift for customer service and kindness !!! If you need grooming ask for Krista

Barbara the groomer was rude and refused me service because I did not feel she needled to completely shave my dogs hair She called her manager over and I was told to take my dog home. She was young and lazy and obviously did not want to do her job

Excellent service ????‍???? We had our dogs groomed there and they did excellent work! This location is not the closest location but we will go out of our way to just to get them groomed there.

Be aware, the employees are incompetent and don't know there own store polices

This place is fantastic! The had in stock everything I needed including Scoop Away litter and 36 count Fancy Feast Seafood Pate.

Shoutout to Krista and China for always making my senior girl look gorgeous!! I have taken my pups to many Petmarts in the past and have been truly let down. These two girls have restored my faith and it’s a pleasure to bring Peaches because they do such a fantastic job and care for her so much! Highly recommend!!!

Took my 2 golden retriever dogs there for a bath, brush, and nail trim. Service was awful and felt like nothing was done to them. They smelled pretty much the same as when I dropped them off. Called later to complaint and speak to a manager, they took my information and no one called. We usually go to the Frisco location and service there is MUCH better. Never going back to this location

I'm literally there at least twice a week. Always greeted when I walk in. And there's always someone to answer any questions.

Cashiers up front have been very attentive my last few trips in. That has not always been the case.

I went in to purchase Superworms for my lizard. They offer a 25ct and a 50ct and unfortunately they were out of the 50ct. As I got up to purchase 4 tubs of the 25ct I pointed out there is a 4 dollars in difference in purchasing 4 tubs of 25ct as to 2 tubs of 50ct equalling out to more than the price of a 5th tub of 25ct. The cashier simply shrugged and stated they had been out of the large tubs for some time and that was it. If I did not need to purchase the worms today and had time to go to another store I would. PETSMART made an extra 4 dollars profit today and the cashier knowing the issue made no attempt to fix the problem.

I have three King Charles Cavaliers that get groomed regularly by Brandi. She knows my dogs names and takes awesome car of my fur babies!! She always goes above and beyond and my pets haircuts always looks great. I highly recommend her for your pets grooming needs!

Friends never take your loved pet to pet-smart. Incomplete service. These places should not be allowed to operate. Manger rude and does not treat customers with any respect.

I always find the best brands for my pet. Service is amazing, and always clean.

My new favorite PetSmart for Fish needs. There tanks are immaculate, and fish seams generally healthier and happier then often seen in other petsmarts'.

Always a little pricy but they have just about everything.

Took my dog to get a haircut and she came back fine but I could tell something went wrong!!!! When I got her back her whole personality changed and she became very clingy. Now she is afraid of car rides and stores(which she used to love both) my dog came back traumatized from who knows what but I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT

We were able to purchase a large one door crate at a reasonable price $59.99. It is a sturdy crate solid crate that held up with a one year old Great Pyrenees for several hours . Recommend putting zip code in for curbside pickup to verify crate is im stock.

I am only giving 1 star because it won't let me give 0. I would avoid taking your pets to this location to be groomed. I took in my miniature schnauzer in to get a haircut now that it is starting to get warm and this is what I received (photo attached). I specifically asked for the standard schnauzer cut. We let his hair grow out because of the cold. But this haircut was NOT what we were expecting. I understand having to cut his coat on his body shorter but to shave his ENTIRE face including eyebrows is unacceptable. When I called to speak to the Manager (Brandy) she was VERY RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She spoke over me, wouldn't let me get a word in and kept repeating the same thing over and over. When asked if I could speak to a different manager I was told she was the highest one there. I asked for corporates number and she told me she didn't have it. This "haircut" if you can call it that was $105.00. Are you kidding me? Please do NOT take your pets here.

Grooming salon is very inflexible staff was rude. We were asked to be flexible and was told the dogs would take longer due to staffing. The same flexibility wasn’t return when we arrived 34 minutes late to the appointment. Disappointed there wasn’t a balance in flexibility.

Awesome! They're always super helpful and knowledgeable.
