Owner’s dog attacked my dog and they isolated and punished my dog for it. response: stop lying, Tracey. my dad saw the footage. There are many other 1-star reviews with similar experiences.

We love this place. Staff are very friendly. The initial interview was very smooth. We got to witness the whole interview process via the screen placed in the lobby. They are accommodating for last minute request and even if they don't have a spot they add you to waitlist and promptly call when a slot opens up.

We took our amazing dog Oreo to Camp Bow Wow last week. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Oreo's haircut was great. My wife said he pranced. So he must of loved the hair cut also. Actually, the Small Dog grooming package is an amazing deal. To include a Pawdacure, nice.

Great staff. The employee remembered my dog from a year ago and was so sweet to her when we arrived for drop off. She was extremely helpful when I forgot to bring my dogs food for her stay! We have used this location twice over the holidays and we will be back. I love seeing my dog everyday on the cameras! ❤️

Andrew did a great job grooming our Wheaten Terrier. He is very exacting and our dog really liked him.

We absolutely love this place they takes very good care of your family pet and they are so professional it's just amazing we have used their service so many times and they are just the most friendliest people and I have seen on video that they are very attentive to the dogs. We take copper about 3 to 4 times a month and they have a great grooming service.. copper is always so happy when he goes there . And for the price for your puppy to go and play with other dogs and gets the greatest care it is so amazing.

Highly recommend Camp Bow Wow. They took very good care of Heidi. She loves going and playing with the new friends she meets. I love the Camper Cams and that I can take a peak at her playing. We used Camp Bow Wow for our pups for a few months, and have been having small issues with them that we didn’t address at the time or weren’t addressed at the time so we’ve decided to take our pups elsewhere. Here are some of the issues from all different visits that we had. When picking up our pups one of them had a laceration on his nose, it was unaddressed so when I asked what happened they said that they saw him hit himself, I understand that happens but why wasn’t it addressed? Upon almost all visits it seems as though the dogs are extremely parched and once they get home they demolish the water bowl, are they not given proper amounts of hydration? When they come from overnight stays you can tell from the dark urine this is the case. After a weekend stay the dogs came home with kennel cough, this wasn’t addressed in any emails or anything for anybody taking their pups. We left then for a few days while we were at the hospital and for each day there were 2 bags of food for breakfast and dinner totaling 8 bags, when I picked them up they still had 4 bags…why wasn’t I told they were not eating or if they were feeding them other food. Yesteday my lab was picked in by another dog and I was called and told everything was ok, my dog was allowed back in the play yard while the other wasn’t and that there weren’t any issues, I wasn’t upset they are dogs and it happens. However when I went and picked him up I immediately spotted a puncture wound that wasn’t addressed, there was dried up blood an everything that was very easily visible Needless to say that was the last straw with using them I wouldn’t recommend I figured we have given them enough opportunities to convince us we were over reacting. In addition I always did feel as though they had way to many dogs for their small play yards.

Excellent customer service - often being flexible with our family's every-changing schedule. Our pup loves it here. People are great and the owner gives back to the community!

Requires spay/neuter after 7 months. It is not recommended to spay/neuter large breed dogs until at least 2 years of age. This place promotes unsafe practices that can lead to an increased risk of hip dysplasia in larger dogs.

The staff are so wonderful and truly show how much they care for my dog and they are always able to accommodate me! I absolutely LOVE the additional enrichment activities and so does my fur baby. The icing on the cake is being able to see him on camera through the app.

! Very clean and organized. When I go to pickup or drop off my dog, anyone I come in contact with that works there is friendly and accommodating. Will be returning again and again. I DO recommend that the staff stay outside with the dogs for longer periods of time so they can get more sunshine and fresh air

Our puppy lives to go to Camp Bow Wow! He is so exhausted when he gets home and is a happy pup. He cries on the mornings we leave the house without him because he knows it isn’t a camp day. They have some great deals, especially for puppies and dogs that are adopted from rescues. I highly recommend them (and so does Cooper)!

Not very nice to the dogs, I heard one person screaming at one of the dogs. Not a place to bring your pet.

Awesome place to take your pups for socializing and play time. I have taken my rescue puppy there twice. The fact that I could see him on their cams the whole time is a huge bonus point. A big shout out to the staff...very nice and professional in their interactions with the client. Will be back.

Camp Bow Wow is a home away from home for our fur baby. We began with the puppy play dates to help him with socialization and now that he is older, he happily goes there for doggie day care and extended care when we travel. I know he will be safe and well taken care of when he is there.

We love Camp Bow Wow! I know my dog is always loved and well taken care of every time he goes to Camp or Boarding!
