Bliss Pet Resort Prosper, Texas

Today was the first time we have used Bliss Pet Resort, and it was great. They were very helpful over the phone with getting our account set up. We just went in for a simple nail clip and the facilities were clean and professional. My dogs nail look great and we will definitely be going back for a full grooming session soon!

I will never use business for any of my dog needs. They run their business very poor. I think it’s wrong they require a credit card on file before your appointment. It takes an extremely long time to schedule any appointments with them. I have also never heard of a grooming salon for dogs charging a now show fee. If people keep canceling or no- showing them maybe they need to change their business strategy. It’s not the customers fault. I highly recommend Woof City if you need dog grooming.

My pup, Skipper, Loves Bliss. I have used them for daycare, boarding, grooming and training ( Eric is fantastic)...and I could not be happier. Bliss is far out of my way, and it is worth the extra drive for the peace of mind knowing my pup is happy and safe. I also love that I can log into the cameras and see Skipper playing with all of his friends..makes me smile every time :) The entire Bliss family is dedicated to these pups, they love what they do and it shows !

Amazing place to take your pets to!

Lyric had her first visit today and she had a blast! She wasn’t overstimulated or exhausted after attending daycare for 6 hours. It was a perfect balance of activity. I’m excited to book her next visit! ????

We have used Bliss for boarding and now grooming. They are always great. Their prices are reasonable and the staff is so professional and kind. We highly recommend Bliss.

I got my dog groomed, and he looks great!! I got the spa package and the deshedding and they did a great job and the staff was very friendly. The reason for my 4 stars is I made sure of the pricing on the phone when I booked the appointment and it changed once my dog was done and it was about a $35 price difference from what I was originally told.

This doesn’t pertain to their services…we never got that far. We booked an appointment online as new customers for 4 days in the future. All was well except we thought it was weird they asked for credit card information so early in the sign up process…though we entered it anyway. 8:30am Monday morning, 2 days prior to the appointment they texted requesting a credit card to put on file. Less than 8 hours later they canceled the appointment…by text. I called them after work (same day and still 2 days before the scheduled appointment) and they stated, “we didn’t hear from you so we canceled your appointment.” At some point the rep stated, “well that slot wasn’t available anyway.” What??? First, I can’t imagine a business not allowing someone more than standard workday hours to respond. Second, I have never encountered a business that is so in your face with credit card requests, and for a simple puppy grooming, and then cancels the scheduled service because they apparently don’t have my credit card info 48 hours in advance (we entered it online when registering for the service initially). We will go literally anywhere else to avoid this strange and overly hassled experience.

Ultimate place to board your dogs

We have been using Bliss Pet Resort for several months, my dog goes to doggie day care about once a week. He enjoys his day there and I love that I can watch him on camera to see him play outside. I would recommend them.

Tanner loves Bliss Pet Resort! He gets all wiggly, noisy and excited on the way there, then sleeps quietly on the way home after wearing himself out playing. Last time, he also got groomed and came home looking and smelling wonderful. Bliss Pet Resort is a fabulous place for your pets!

Had last minute boarding availability for our cat so we could show/sell our house. They were super flexible with our kinda chaotic needs, and our shy housecat returned healthy, happy and fed. Thankful for these guys.

Changing my review due to the harsh and inflexible booking policy they have for changing or having to cancel a reservation. The facility and care level is good enough, however I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Brought Ash for the first time for daycare and everyone was very nice and Ash definitely needed some friends to work out his puppy wiggles!! He came back from a fun day and ready to relax for the evening ????

My 16 year old dog, as he has aged, has become very stressed by staying at kennels to the point that he will begin vomiting by the end of his stay. He also usually comes home very hoarse from barking so much. Neither happened with his stay at Bliss. He was obviously more comfortable there than at other facilities. We will definitely use Bliss in the future.

Our fuzzy buddy is always welcome and the staff love him! Bliss does a great job in loving over him while we are away. Very comforting for us.

Our dog has been Bliss dog since we rescued him! They remember him, take excellent care of him when we are out of town, give fantastic spa services, and promote a loving and social environment for pups!

My 4 year old Great Pyrenees loves coming here! She gets attention and great care. It’s a win/win!

I needed a place for my fur babies last minute and they worked them in and provided excellent care. I would absolutely use them again!

Bella Boo got another much needed pampering today ... whitening shampoo, nail care, teeth brushing, blueberry facial (a favorite, for sure!!), and she looks so gorgeous, now!! Thanks, y’all ... we always love “spa day!!”

Friendly staff that seem to really love animals. We haven't used them for boarding yet, but plan to in the near future. So far, we have only used them for grooming and bathing of our dogs. Our little dog has a big case of "little big dog syndrome", but has no issues and loves being groomed at Bliss Pet Resort.

My pups love bliss! Great friendly staff who truly love dogs! the dogs get a wonderful amount of play and rest! They also do great grooming there too! We highly recommend Bliss

We used Bliss Pet Resort’s training to help with a couple bad habits our German Shepherd had developed, mainly related to leash walking. Eric, the trainer was really great. Before the training, he talked with me to determine the area(s) I wanted him to work on with Pepper. He also followed up with me throughout the training to see how Pepper was doing at home...and my dog is crazy about him, she gets so excited when she sees him ????. He was so good with her and she is so much better on walks...I would definitely recommend Bliss for training or any of your dog needs. We also use them for daycare, grooming and boarding. When my dog sees the resort, she gets so excited and can’t wait to get there. She loves it there!
