WOOF...cool stuff for dogs Plano, Texas

This is such a cute store, the pricing was reasonable and my puppies loved the bakery. The lady who was working there was so sweet and fun to talk to. I'm so going back.

Amazing place, amazing people! They really care; they take the time to get to know you and your animal's! I highly recommend it! They helped me out so much with my first puppy. I got her at 8 weeks and was covered in fleas. ???? they helped me not only by finding something we could use to help her flea situation but also explained all the different foods, toys, and treats. I came in in desperate need of help and left feeling confident and with a happy puppy. And as you can see from Cedars (puppy) picture she has no more fleas and loves her puppy teething ring we got here! ❤️

We have a large dog and they quickly cleaned a wash area for him and supplied all the things we needed! There was a combo shampoo + conditioner, a single shampoo and separate conditioner, a zoom groom brush to get hair out while washing and a face only wash and a squeegee type towel to get a lot of moisture out (so you can spend less time air drying the dog). This is nice bc my dog hates hair dryer noise worse than he hates baths. They have everything you need and we’re very friendly to our young son, I spoke with the owner also who was very nice and had her own dogs in the store. It was a great price to not have the mess at your own house, we will be returning!

I LOVE WOOF! I can’t say anything but nice things about this place. I am a new fur baby mom. So I was new to EVERYTHING! My sister & I love going here. The nice ladies there do care about our fur babies! I always get nothing but the best service. My teacup chihuahua didn’t want to eat anything other than boiled chicken :( and they took the time to test feed him different foods to see what he liked, he had a mini food testing, sniffing & nibbling session. When I have questions they always help! I always go in for one thing & leave with a thousand. I recommend Woof to everyone. Seriously love this store! Thank you so much!

Will NEVER go back to any other place for my dogs... WOOF Store was an answer to our prayers!! Cheryl spent time educating us on why our Corgi has gained so much weight this year and walked us through the ingredients in the dog foods until we found the perfect selection for our fur baby. THESE FOLKS CARE ABOUT FUR BABIES! They won our hearts and our confidence for future services. Great durable famtastic dog toys offered...even going to cancel my Bark box subscription so we can frequent this treasure trove for our dogs!! BLESS YOU EACH ONE!!

Friendly staff with a great selection of hard to find foods! If they don't have it, they can order for you. Nice selection of toys and treats as well They do have a dog washing facility, but I have not used this myself.

They carry From products and have other items that work well for our dogs. The service is great!

Really helpful person from the counter came and found me to help locate items (I was the only customer). Proceeded to offer tips and referrals when I talked about some of the challenges the dog was presenting. Had a corporate freebie of something I was looking for which the store didn't carry, so threw it in with my purchases. Helped get the training treats started with a handful of samples thrown in - they were a roaring success with the dog, so very smart call for future sales!

Our first time in here and definitely won't be our last. Quality products at great prices and really friendly staff. Found so many different flavors of products we had bought before and love giving our dogs choices. Loved their selection of items to help our older dog feel better.

Great place to take the dog and wash it so the excess wet fur doesn't get all over the bath tub. Instead, as it dries, it comes off in tufts in the car, then in entire sheets later on the couch. I take that as a ...pthut!....sign that it's more effective than my anemic attempts at home. The owners clearly prefer dogs to people, which is to say I think we're probably related. Because let's be clear, most people suck.

This cute shop had so many options for your dog or cat. I love the healthy options and the good quality food. Although it’s a little pricy, the pups deserve the benefits of good quality food.

Product is good. Over priced. But what kills it is the customer service.

This was my 2nd time in here and I really like all they have but was very disappointed with the worker there she was very quiet, stand offish and not helpful at all. Not friendly. Maybe it was an off day for her. I Don't know... they need way more variety when it comes to Bone Broths for Dogs and Goats milk. They only carry 1 brand! I probably won't go here again as it is out of the way but wanted to pop in as I was in the area. Customer Service is Key and I really hope the store owner takes a look at it!

Loved the dog wash, its so easy to wash your dog there and they already provide towels blow drying and fun scented spreays. The only thing was the customer service wasn't that good. I don't wanna sound like a Karen but the lady I payed wasn't nice, even though I thanked her and still remained chill. Other than that awesome place to wash ur dog!

First time in the store today. Took my “getting older” golden retriever for a bath. The place was clean, supplied well, and I had great help from the staff. When we were done with the bath, got my sweet girl a toy???????????? Thanks Sheryl and MJ????

Private owned business friendly staff. I'd like to see them carry more cat lovers supplies, that would be great.

Well, we really enjoyed this place until trying to wash our dog tonight. This place closes at 6, but apparently they already wiped down their bath and told us we can just come back tomorrow. Obviously customer service is not something they care about, especially when you just picked your 70lb dog up to put them in the tub. We would have wiped the damn tub down ourselves when we were done. Needless to say, we won’t be there tomorrow, or ever again.

Amazing boutique shop for Dogs! They have great treats, food, toys, and even a self service dog wash with supplies!

I recently moved back to Plano and was looking for a place to bathe my dog. Woof was convenient and the staff was really nice. The only thing I did not like was that I still paid over $20 to bathe my dog myself with my own supplies. I did not use any of their towels, soaps, or brushes (the only had the flee removing brushes or the ones that will scratch your dogs skin.) I will probably just wash my dog at home and save the $20 since I use all of my own products.

We love Woof! Great selection of raw dog food and kibble, treats, toys, holistic supplements and more. Employees and owner are always friendly and helpful.
