My puppy’s first doctor visit and it was very pleasant. Dr Martin and staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They care and listen and give lots of useful information how to care my puppy. The technician showed me how to trim nails. Update: we just had a recent visit that my puppy got X ray here. It’s very pleasant experience. The doctor and technician were super friendly and care very much about my puppy and made sure to follow up with me to check on her. I really appreciate it!

Dr. Marble is competent, caring, compassionate, and a good communicator. I totally trust her with Willow, my current canine companion. The staff are friendly and dependable. Wait times are reasonable and appointments are not rushed.

We just moved from out of state last fall and the last vet we visited in the colony was a major disappointment. Windhaven was amazing! Friendly staff (front desk, assistants and vets), clean facility, patient with my anxious dog and very loving to my other overly friendly dog. Great price for 2 checkups and 3 shots. I'm so happy i found this place!

Saw Sr Martin today and she is delightful. Very professional as well as friendly. Saw little Maddie and made some adjustments on her feeding. Maddie loved her.

This place was amazing. The ladies behind thr desk truly loved animals, the vet technicians took great care of my kitten, and the veterinarian, Dr. Martin, knew her stuff. Asked questions, gave good diagnosis, and genuinely loved and wanted to help my little one. I felt welcome and can say I completely trust them moving forward with the care of my kitten and any other pets I may get in the future.

My pet golden has been a patient of Dr Martin for the past year and she is by far the most responsive caring vet we have ever used! I’ve had three golden retrievers and changed to their practice with new puppy and could not be happier!!! The front desk is always overly kind and truly cares about your pet as well. I’ve been bringing my cat, Simba here for over 11 years and Dr. Martin and the entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable and really care about his health. I can’t say enough about how great this clinic is and refer as many people as I can.

My new puppy was having stomach issues, and I called local vets to see if I could get a same-day appointment. Windhaven Vet was the ONLY clinic that worked with me to find their earliest available appointment, and also placed me on a waitlist should any sooner appts become available - and when they were able to change my appointment to the same day they were so communicative and helpful. Every single person I interacted with at the clinic was so friendly and efficient. Dr Ducote and Bella both worked with us, and wow, they were amazing. They identified the issues with my pup and had a clear course of action and were kind and comforting (to me and my dog!) I will be referring anyone who needs a vet here, and I’ll be a return customer!!

I have been a client for the last year and a half. They always take great care of my dog and take the time to give me guidance when I have questions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet clinic in the area.

Love Windhaven Vet. They always take great care of our Brownie. Staff is friendly and Dr. Marble is the best. I moved but still don't mind driving 30 min to take our dog to Windhaven because I can't find any other vet I can trust.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming at my first visit. Dr. Ducote was gentle with my dog and gave great advice for helping my dog’s separation anxiety. You can tell they really care!!!

Windhaven is the best veterinary clinic in DFW. Dr. Martin and Dr. Marble are very sincere and caring when it comes to animals. They treat your pet like one of the family with love, respect and kindness. Very much like people. You won’t find this attention to detail and care anywhere else! I highly recommend them. The front desk can be a bit snippy; however, I think they are working on that bit!

We’ve been using this office for a few years. We just picked our dog up today and found out that the doctor we specifically said we DID NOT want for our dog to be seen by has been the doctor that has looked at our dog for the last three visits, yet we were then called by another doctor suggesting she had in fact seen our dog. If this doesn’t tell you about the integrity of this office then I don’t know what else will. There’s plenty of other vet offices so we’ll be going elsewhere, I suggest you do, too.

Before I got my puppy I reached out to get information on the clinic and their wellness packages and I received a response almost immediately. Fast forward to a few weeks later, I called and left a voice message because I had additional questions and wanted to schedule an appointment. I did not get a call back after few days so I decided to email them and schedule my appointment online but again, no response. I tried calling again a few days later but I was unable to reach a live person so I left another voice message but again, I never received a call back. I finally just gave up and decided just to cancel my appointment altogether and look for another vet. It would have been nice to to use their services because they are really close to where I live and I was looking for a new vet to care for my let but after contacting them several times with no response I decided to find another vet that could respond. This was 2 weeks ago and still no call back or email to this day. Just disappointed.

I take my pet in for check ups periodically and they are fast and reliable. My pet is very shy and timid around strangers and they are good with him. I highly recommend them because not once have they disappointed me.

I moved my foster fail over to Windhaven after adopting him and wanting a clinic that was closer to my home. Windhaven has been a wonderful hospital. They are very accommodating to my dog reactive pet, letting him in the side door and blocking dogs from the hallway while he is on the scale. The vets and techs are so sweet and just love animals. Rachel has been honest and clear with me about what my pet needs at every visit and has helped me get savings on some of the medications. I will definitely keep using them with Wallace and any future pets.

Whitehaven Veterinary Hospital has a friendly, professional staff and doctors. I was disappointed when I picked up my pet from boarding, and he looked like he wasn't cared for at the level I do at home. I am looking for another place to board, but they are good with keeping my dog up-to-date on his shots and things.

Windhaven Vet has taken care of all 3 of my dogs since 2006. They have provided excellent care for all of them. I've seen all of the doctors and most of the techs. All of them have been wonderful.

We were referred to Dr. Marble by a dear 'Dog-Mom' friend...Dr. Marble and the Windhaven team were amazing, and our new pup felt quite comfortable in their care for his first visit. The office is very clean, the staff is accommodating and Dr. M was proactive, and provided a thorough exam with sound care guidelines...our pup couldn't stop licking her face! We hope to build a long term relationship with the Windhaven Vet Hospital team in the coming years.

My 8 year old Maltipoo, Dakota, boarded at Windhaven Veterinary Hospital from 6/28/21 through 7/3/21. My flight to Vegas was moved up on 6/28/21 so I was very happy that the drop-off was efficient and quick. Windhaven emails you the boarding paperwork to fill out ahead of time so that you can basically drop-off your pet and go. I love that they are open on Saturday from 9:00am until noon for pet pick-up. I really appreciate not having to wait until Monday to retrieve my pet. I moved to Plano eight years ago from the Chicago area. I chose Windhaven Veterinary Hospital as my vet because they have experienced and kind vets that really bond with your pet and your family. It gives me piece of mind to use them as my boarder as well. I like that it is not just a boarder, but a home away from home for Dakota where a trained veterinarian can be consulted if there are any medical problems while my dog is boarding. Dakota doesn't like missing out on family vacations, but she was happy and healthy when I picked her up on Saturday. I highly recommend Windhaven Veterinary Hospital as they have been taking good care of Dakota for the last 8 years!

Dr. Marble, as always, spent time explaining my dog's condition and we decided to monitor him at home before prescribing medication. She listens to the owner!

What a positive experience we just had with Windhaven! We recently adopted a middle-aged cat and wanted to make sure she was healthy. Dr. Cummins was the greatest! She was gentle and thorough, and answered all our questions. Thanks for making the experience as positive as possible!

My dog has high anxiety going to the vet, and Dr. Cummins and the team were so wonderful to work with. They were patient and understanding with Iggy, caring more to make sure she felt comfortable and safe than to turn us in and out as quickly as possible. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic, everyone is kind and very professional and they all genuinely seem to care about the wellbeing of the pets brought in. I'd give them 10,000 stars if I could. Highly recommend.
