Drugged my dog up as requested, didn't feed her in the morning because of blood work on time for appointment, then they tell me she won't be seen by the vet, aren't vets suppose to take care of animals ? What are they supposed to do. Check Out Gold Fish. REALLY!!!

I would never trust anyone else with my dogs. Everyone there, from the front desk to the kennel staff, is amazing. Dr. Grunewald is so detailed and thorough, the absolute best!

I'd been bringing my pets here for over a decade. Recent change of ownership/Vet. Today I called with a concern about my dog who was seen there just 2 weeks ago. Their advice? Take him to an emergency Vet. It's 1:30 in the afternoon, they won't see him. My advice (and I'm following it), find a new place to take them.

From the doctors and technicians to the front desk staff, I have NEVER had a more consistently incredible experience. Not only are they patient and knowledgeable, they do truly care about you and your pets. I can't imagine taking my cats anywhere else ever again.

Very rude employees. Over heard other some older employees yelling at a younger one, my dog came back with scratches. not coming back.

Main Vet lady retired. Service has gone down hill a bit. You may want to shop around now.

We've taken our dogs here for many years and they have seen us through all stages of our dogs' lives. The staff is always responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend this animal hospital!

Excellent! Dr. Richard Watson was so thorough with my babies and staff so nice. It was a nice surprise and I feel confident in their treatments for my furbabies.

Many things I can say here but I will stick with the main concern... Over the weekend my dog was attacked by another dog. She had an emergency surgery on Saturday and we were told by that Dr. to contact our primary vet to have the drainage tubs removed Monday. We call VCA at 8:15AM Monday morning and are told they do not have any availability today but we can book an appointment for Tuesday. They offer for us to drop her off and potentially leave her there all day but right now she can't be left unattended in a cage with the wounds/stitches she has. I get it, they are booked. But where is the support, flexibility and contingency plan for urgent issues? It's ok, I'll find another vet who cares.

Today I got my puppy to VCA north plano animal hospital for his first checkup, Dr Watson is so nice and patient to our puppy, he also explained all the info regarding our puppy and lined out a vaccination plan for him. Also the nurse Valentina is so considerate in explaining all the details and teaching us how to deal with this small guy. We really appreciate their help and consideration!

Great staff and affordable services

They are incredibly expensive. If you ask why the price is so high they will tell you they are now corporate owned. There was another lady there complaining about the prices and they told her the same thing. They seem to be competent otherwise. If they would let me know what had made my cat so sick before they put down I would consider revising this review. A letter would be acceptable.

VCA was exceptional with working us in, being patient with my anxious dog, and explaining everything to me in detail. Vet bills are expensive so it’s nice having a vet that’s willing to really talk you through it all and make sure you’re doing only what’s needed for your pet. Love this vet! Dr.Kit is ours and she’s been nothing short of amazing!
