TERRIBLE SERVICE. You can tell when some place is in it for the money and others are in it for the right reasons. This company is operating in the same way a used car dealership would. I was being quoted over $2,000 in order to spay two cats with some shots. They were very condescending and repeatedly tried to push me towards doing a payment plan. Went to TCAP and got it all done + all shots/tests for $150

We love this place! The staff could not be any more sweeter to our three dogs! The vets are caring and compassionate! Always there to problem solve when we need it... love it!

The doctors are good and so is the service (generally). The reason for such a poor review is that I was quoted one price for medication and then charged a significantly higher one. I brought this to their attention and they did not fix the price, nor would their policy allow me to return the items in question. If I had known the medication's true price, I would not have purchased it. This was the result of poor communication on their part, and I believe it unfair that I need to pay over 50% extra for a product because of what is their mistake. Though they did not fix the issue, the management was professional, courteous, and responsive when discussing with me.

The best vet care we could ask for and then some. They have cared for my dog for 9 years now and they treat him like family. Dr Soileau personally checks on him everyday as he is going through some crazy issues recently. Very quick in responding, best quality care and great staff. They make it easy for us.

We have three pets that we take to VCA and each of them has presented pretty unique challenges. The staff at VCA has never shied away from these challenges, no matter how complicated. We’ve seen Dr. Soileau more than the other vets, but all have been phenomenal. The office staff is also spectacular. Amy is an absolute gem. Everyone is communicative, friendly, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile for you and your pet every single time.

I've used this vet clinic for over 20 years. My cats have received good care from knowledgeable vets, but I'm so disappointed Dr. Wages' patients were not notified he was moving. My 18 year old cat had a sudden severe neurological event, from which there was no hope of recovery. I called to find out Dr. Wages (who had seen my cat just 2 months prior) had moved, and all their vets were booked. I had to take him to another clinic, and they kindly handled his euthanasia. Made a sad day even worse.

About a month ago, my 18 year old cat was choking on a piece of food and foaming at the mouth, unable to breathe. Scared to death, we brought her to VCA’s emergency department not knowing what to expect, as we just moved to the area and we had never used a VCA clinic before. ALL of the employees present were incredible to us, and the doctor that helped us went above and beyond to make sure our Nova girl was okay. The price for the ER visit and full testing was on the slightly higher end of visits I’ve had to other clinics in other cities, but it was reasonable, and with vet care I truly believe you get what you pay for. I’d gladly spend my dollars here over and over again. The staff was accommodating, caring, patient (even when I was in hysterics), and above all, kind. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the work you do, VCA!

This place knows greyhounds like almost no other vet in the area.

Have a greyhound and they did great with her. Everyone there seems great.

They are always able to get me in on short notice when I don't have an appointment. They take great care of my fur baby. The vets seem to be knowledgeable and they take time to answer all of my questions.

I took my dog to this vet for 2 years because it was close and they specialize in greyhounds. They were very kind and treated my dog well, but man did we pay for it! Every time we took her in we expected to pay anywhere from $200-$800. My husband and I felt extremely taken advantage of because of how expensive everything was. They also push you to buy meds directly from them even though I get my dog's meds for 50% of the price elsewhere. I just took my dog to her new vet and spent $135 for her shots, an exam, a nail trim, and a fecal test. If you're like me and this is your first pet, you likely have no context for pricing. Believe me, there are cheaper places to take your animals that provide the same quality of care as VCA. I left 3 stars because the doctors and staff are knowledgeable and care about their patients.

First time visit was an emergency, our regular vet was not in office and they got me right in. Unfortunately I had to put my 11 year old English Bulldog down but could not have asked for a better experience. EVERY single employee in this office is compassionate and went above and beyond my expectations. When I’m ready for another pup I’ll be coming here!

Our family has taken our 3 rescue fur babies to VCA for the past 10 years, beginning our relationship with Dr. Ellis, an excellent vet now practicing part time. In that amount of time, you experience the good, (new furry member of your family, bad (two car chasing accidents), and sad (two pet euthanasia experiences). I write this review in pain having just lost our beloved Lab of 10 years, Bethany. There aren’t enough stars in the universe to give Dr. Soileau, Bridgette, Amy and VCA staff, for the love and compassion they showed us in the months leading up to this. They are beyond 5 stars in every way: bedside manner, listening to us and our pups. Two thumbs WAY up!

Great veterinarians and supporting staff that provide ongoing information about care of cats and dogs.

Dropped the dog off at 7am for grooming - first come first served. They don't take dogs before 7. It's been almost 3 hours so I call to see the status, we should be close to pick up. NOPE. It'll be more than 5 hours my dog waits for grooming. No, they aren't short staffed. This doesn't seem like quality pet care to me.

We've taken two generations of dogs there. Their prices have always been on the high side. But their prices now are just plain outrageous. We will be choosing a new vet.

I'm a bit disappointed with the previous visits for my dog's grooming. The grooming seemed rushed and his fur was not cut low as requested. It also seemed that the groomers were not the most friendly upon my entry or exit. I am usually not one to complain but we pay for services for our sweet baby and he is not that big. We also noticed that he did not receive the shot that they stated was mandatory prior to his grooming.

Absolutely love the staff that works there very welcoming and friendly atmosphere for both pet owner and pet! They actually show a true love and passion for what they do can't beat that!
