We bring our 2 year old Husky here for daycare twice a week, and it's a godsend. She actually leaves tired, which is incredible, and she loves going so much she gets tippy taps when I take her out to the car. The staff is great and helpful, and they have taken good care of our girl every time we've brought her in for daycare or boarding!

Sparta is the best! A great caring staff who understand dogs. They treat your dog like family and you can feel confident that they are taking care of your dog in both day care and boarding. The grooming staff is excellent. My Doodle is very comfortable and looks great when they are done.

I absolutely love Sparta. They know Miles and treat him like family from the moment he walks in. Michelle is his groomer and she is awesome. I would recommend Sparta 100%.

This is one of the happiest places. ???? My little white Maltese named: Mr. Jackson who is seven years old and Due to the pandemic started having separation anxiety and cannot be alone. When I got called back to the office I needed help. Everyone that works at Sparta are so good and kind to both Mr. Jackson and myself. He loves to go to day care and he loves to come home (he just loves life). I have also boarded him on several occasions and he gets groomed there as well. It gives me peace of mind that I know he is so well cared for while he is there. I would highly recommend SPARTAPETPALOOZA’s. ????

First time boarding my old lady cat, Lennox. She was boarded for a week. I was so afraid she'd be super anxious and not do well (given how she is at the vet). The staff did an excellent job of giving her her meds, sending regular photos (a small cost, but well worth it!), giving her roaming time. Seemed like she warmed up to staff super fast! I just picked her up this morning, and I could tell she was super happy with her stay. Definitely coming back for future boarding needs. Thank you so much from both myself and Lennox!

I am a crazy dog mom and was so pleased with my Yorkie puppy's first day at Sparta! I was nervous because Dixie Jo is young, small, and not super confident with other dogs yet. The team at Sparta was very communicative with me and on top of everything. They seem to be organized and to treat all the dogs as individuals and pay great attention to them. I checked on her on the cameras several times when I could during the day, and each time, there was someone there with the dogs monitoring interactions. It made me so happy to see the caregivers there paying attention to the dogs and loving on them, petting them, and talking to them. Dixie Jo was happy and tired when I picked her up! It honestly means so much to have someone care for your dog and know they are safe and having fun when they can't be with you. Thank you so much, Sparta team! We'll be back in the future!

We just moved to Texas. My pup enjoys going to daycare so I googled dog day cares and read reviews. Decided to go with this doggie day care and I’m so happy that I did. The staff is friendly warm and inviting. When I called to get information she walked me through the process of what I needed to do. Drop off was smooth and seamless despite the very large group that came in right before me. When I picked up my pup he was so happy and extremely tired that evening. Played his little heart out. I would recommend this day care. I had a good experience.

My puppy Rogue was only 4 months old when she started going here. She enjoyed it so much. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Rogue is now 11 months old and we are moving to another state. I just want to say I really appreciate the care given to her, and we will both miss coming here.

We loved the way our dog was treated at Sparta Pet Palazzo, but unfortunately have had to find a new boarding facility because of the lack of pickup hours after 12 pm on Sundays. They have previously worked with us and still let us pick our dog up on Sunday evening but this last time I was informed when we dropped our dog off that there was no flexibility and we had to pay for her to stay an extra night, even though we were home by Sunday afternoon. It was very frustrating (and costly) and extremely inconvenient if you are boarding your dog for a weekend trip. If they ever change that I would happily come back.

The website said we could pick our dog on Sunday. The confirmation even reflected our pick up time. Not the case! Even called that day. Nobody bothered to follow up then or later. Never going back there.

we left our cat zoe in their care for about 5 days. they took great care of her and were kind when we called to check in on her. she wasn’t eating very much, but that’s probably because she thought we left her behind. would definitely use their services again and recommend!

This place is amazing. The staff is so sweet and knowledgeable. They also do a wonderful job on my dog's nails! Other places leave her nails rough and very scratchy, even when I ask for a dremel, but at Sparta they are very smooth! I highly recommend this place!

First time boarding for my two cats. I was impressed with all the folks I spoke to when checking out the place. After the boarding was over, I’m still very impressed. The cat room here is very quiet compared to other boarding places for cats which made the experience less stressful for our finicky fur babies.

My dog absolutely loves Sparta!

I love this pet boarding in Plano. Everytime when I travel to Texas to visit my sister I board my 3 dogs at Sparta. I have been boarding with them for 4 years now. The staff and specially the manager, Heath, is super! He always responds to my calls when I have questions. The most important is that my 3 dogs are always in great spirits when I pick them up from boarding. The grooming is also awesome! My Pomeranian receives great compliments when she is groomed at Sparta. Thank you guys! Until next time...

Great dog day care. My dog comes home super tired and happy. The back yard is huge and Tyler has tons of space to run.

My puppy loves the daycare. They also do great cuts and boarding.

I have been using Sparta for over three years now. They were previously great and kept my pup happy, and I even convinced my boyfriend, who was completely against boarding his dog, to use their facilities. Over the last year or so service has gone downhill. About 6 months ago, we both boarded our dogs and his dog returned home with an extremely upset stomach (which he eventually gave to my dog) resulting in about $600 worth of vet bills between us both. A month ago, he boarded his dog and he came home sick again. Thinking they were just one off instances, this past week we boarded them both for about 6 days and they both returned home with a serious case of kennel cough. That will be the last time I use their services, as I can’t continue to torture my dogs in this manner.

Very rude and uninviting when I stopped by to ask about questions. Forget the corona and it's sensitivities - there are still ways to be polite and professional.

Professional & courteous employees and owners! My pets were happy and felt so good after their grooming! Thank God this business has been allowed to reopen, and let’s all pray CV-19 goes away for good!!!!

We moved to Plano a month ago and we are so happy we found Sparta for our little Nina. The grooming service has been amazing and love the online scheduling system. The dog daycare service is great and they have a very big outdoor area which Nina enjoys a lot. We are now looking forward to trying their boarding services for the upcoming holidays.

Not good for grooming. Scheduling is tough and they only did half the job but charged the full price. Unfortunately, we wont be going back here. The worst part was that they did not let my dog out to pee and he was there for ~6 hours. He was whining when they brought him to the door to leave, and he barely made it 1 ft without peeing all over the sidewalk and his own foot for about 2 minutes straight. He was about to pop! Poor guy :( Scheduling is tough as they don't really have slots you can select, you just pick the time that works for you and hope that you can get something close if not, the back and forth starts. As well the confirmation process is odd and caused lots of confusion both times I have taken my dogs here for grooming. Poor quality - just paid $100+ for a bath and deshedding treatment , ear cleaning, and nail trim for one dog. Deshedding does not seem to be done and ears were not cleaned (this happened last time too). Weird after being there for so long... As well I had to talk to 3 different people to confirm what I wanted and they still did it incorrectly. Not letting the dogs out to pee... What the heck?!

My fur baby PB absolutely loves Sparta and all their incredible staff! I am a bit of a helicopter mom, constantly watching the cameras which are always working and in great quality! Pb is a stage 5 clinger and demands attention at all times. They are very patient. I can see them constantly making sure he gets his million pets a day! He wakes up and immediately is ready to go to daycare with all his friends! Thank you Sparta for being so great! PB is looking forward to boarding with y’all tomorrow!

Our dog Bruce Wayne is a very picky dog. He loves people more than dogs. We would take him to several daycares and it would get to the point we would have to drag him in. Every time we drop Bruce off for Daycare here, he runs in and is excited. It’s nice knowing he’s taken care while we’re working. The staff is amazing. They are so nice. They have webcams you can log in and watch him. I highly recommend them to everyone we meet!

My husband and I were in Dallas for the day and left Stella, a JRT, with the team at Sparta Palazzo. She's dead tired....HAD SOOO MUCH FUN! I would take her back in a second...if we didn't live so far (France) :). Cool place with lots of cool spaces for the furbabies! Thank you!
