So pleased with the support I received from Kelly. I had an urgent situation, and even though they were fully booked, she was willing to find the time to let me bring my pet to see the doctor. The other clinics I called just brushed me off with the 'sorry, we are fully booked'. Thanks Kelly!

We have entrusted the care of our kitties to Dr. Greenwell and his staff for over 20 years. Dr. Greenwell truly cares about the health and care of his patients. He takes the time to explain what is going on with the health of our kitties to make sure we understand. May 15, 2020 We are so thankful that Russell Creek Pet Clinic is open and doing "curbside" service during this COVID -19 social distancing time. January, 2021 we continue to be thankful for Dr Greenwell and his staff for following safety protocols and providing excellent, loving care for our kitty boy, Jockamo.

Doesnt matter what time of the day you call them, they will put you on hold and refuse to speak to anyone. Have to go into the building to actually get help. Absolutely annoying and unprofessional.

We took our pet to Russell Creek Pet Clinic for the first time yesterday. Our previous vet no longer has a groomer and is not being replaced. "Emma" is a rescue and blind in one eye so needs special care. We made an appointment and within days she was being groomed here. The staff was very attentive to our concerns about Emma. We received a call when grooming was completed and were very pleased that she did not have to stay half a day to be groomed as previous. Finding Russell Creek on the website was great since they also provide boarding in addition to grooming and a vet.

Gave our cat a thorough check up and answered our questions.

Love this clinic, the vet is rabbit savvy and the staff are friendly and remember us every time. I always feel like my babies are in good hands and receiving the best treatment possible.

Russell Creek is an exceptional place to leave your fur-babiies! Sadie and the rest of the team are WONDERFUL! Bailey had a great stay and they send you text messages showing.you how your dog/cat are doing! I felt like Bailey was very well taken care of and I know they cared!

We just moved to Plano, and were painstakingly searching for a veterinarian for our animal crew. We believe our search is over - Dr. Greenwell and staff are amazing. We have been treated like family from the moment we walked in the door. Everyone was courteous, professional, and took very good care of our cat. Dr. Greenwell was very welcoming; detailed in his explanations during our cat’s exam and personally followed up with us once the surgical procedure was done. I am so happy we found them!

The team at Russell Creek made our puppy’s first visit so easy! She was nervous, but they quickly put her at ease with lots of pets and cuddles. The knowledgeable team answered all my questions. We love that they do heart worm, flea, and tick prevention all at once. In the span of about 5 minutes, they microchipped my puppy and did her preventative treatments and cut her toenails, too. This is comprehensive vet care at its best! We can’t wait to try their doggy daycare once our little one has had all her shots.

The staff is VERY friendly and accommodating. They offer full veterinary services, grooming, and boarding. They offer competitive pricing and is conveniently located to serve north Plano and west Allen. They provided awesome care to my little guy!

We moved here a few months ago and my dog, Pookie was due for her shots. I chose Russell Creek for their ratings and super easy registration process. During my first visit, I loved that everyone was super welcoming and friendly. Front staff was amazing, and took me back quickly. I’m always nervous because Pookie is loud, extra vocal and overprotective. However, I was very surprised by how she was less protective and more curious about the environment. Honestly, I think we were both pretty impressed with how many (office pets)dogs and cat roamed freely in the hallway. It was heaven! The doctor was knowledgeable, took the time to explain the details and gave good tips. What made our experience unforgettable and wonderful was Kelly, office manager - Pookie and I love Kelly! She’s super sweet, talked to my dog like it was hers, she was not afraid of Pookie (lol I would be), her energy is inviting and calming. Thank you for loving my dog and making our first visit a wonderful one. We love Russell Creek!!

Last time was our first and groom was very close. This time it’s not as close and shaggy on face and body.

First let me say I’ve never written a bad review before but Russell Creek pet hospital has me this upset. I have taken my 3 dogs here for years. The prices are high and they test, culture and charge excessively but I never questioned it I just did it for my dogs. They won’t treat reoccurring ear or eye infections without redoing the same tests and cultures before you can get medication. The last straw is I moved out of the state and had full physicals, bloodwork, shots and EKG’s 3 months ago before I left. Now I am trying to order heartworm and flea preventative from 1-800-petmeds and Russell Creek will not ok the Rx. You have to buy it from them at an inflated rate or too bad your pets don’t get the medication. How do they care about your pets care when they hold a Rx hostage unless you buy it from them? Could you imagine going to your doctor and being told here’s the treatment but I won’t give you the Rx you have to fill it with us. It’s preventive care flea and tick medication! So disappointed that after thousands of dollars I have spent there this is how we are treated.

I can't imagine a better place to take my 10 year old pup for all her care and boarding. Every experience I have had has been fantastic and the staff obviously cares for all animals very deeply.

Excellent care and concern for pets.

My normal vet was out of the office and so I was referred to the Russell Creek Pet Clinic & Hospital. My puppy had developed an ear infection withing a day after having been groomed and was shaking his head like crazy. Dr. Greenwell diagnosed the issue very quickly and was quite thorough, explaining the situation and what he was going to do to help my dog. His assistant Peyton was also very informative and they both made me feel much better about the situation. I am pleased to say that after less than 24hrs, my puppy was feeling so much better, he was being playful and acting like his normal self.
