Plano's 4 Paws Inn Plano, Texas

We have used Plano's 4 Paws Inn for about 12 years. We've always had a great experience. The last time they watched our 3 dogs, we had an emergency call from the supervisor saying our beagle was in distress. They asked us who our vet was, they took her to our vet, and kept us informed daily about her progress. Even our vet thought that was impressive. Plano's 4 Paws Inn treats our dogs like family. We never worry while they are there.

Great place to leave your dog. I have never had any problems with this place concerning my dog.

Drove by and was going to stop just to say hi. I was the groomer there for over 4 years. Sadly the place is empty! I hope everything works out for them. I miss all the wonderful customers that used to bring me their pups for spa day.

Full disclosure I did NOT board my fur baby here and would NEVER but did have an unpleasant interaction. My family decide to visit the noodle place next door and on our way out, my 8 and 5 year old decided to look in at the puppies. They were separated via gates and sadly the poor Doberman that was there didn’t even have enough room to lie down. As we stood there a lady - assuming she works there- walks out and in a huffy tone states “you know it really upsets the dogs when you stand there.” And then the lady who was manning the front desk walks out and says the same. No lady my kids would not know that looking at the dogs would aggravate them. Not to mention if you are working at a pet boarding center I would expect you to understand the needs of those you are taking care of and not put them in the rooms with the floor to ceiling windows if it upsets them. Why not put up blinds or something so the poor babies wouldn’t suffer so much anxiety as I am sure we weren’t the only ones tempted to take a look. I would never subject my pet to that kind of boarding....

The folks at 4 Paws Inn in Plano are just the best. They love our dogs and our dogs love them. They are so good to them! In stormy weather, they have even come to the kennel at night to be sure all of their canine charges are okay and that nobody is too scared by the loud thunder. We have three little dachshunds and they are not fans of loud noises. The team at 4 Paws provides consistent excellent care that allows us to feel comfortable when we have to leave our fur babies with someone else. Thanks, 4 Paws!

It was my dogs first time grooming and they made him feel safe and welcomed him. He’s not very sociable and I made sure to tell them that. But they told me that they worked slowly with him for his first time and the cut looked amazing. Very friendly people there.

We have been using Plano's 4 Paws Inn for several years. Use them for both boarding and grooming. Always friendly service and they really care about your pet.

Awesome doggie daycare and boarding

Great people who care about your pets, fair pricing, great facilities, easy to get to, & easy to work with. I have used them for Doggie Day Care & Boarding since I moved to Plano in Sept. 2013. They have always done a great job but I found a whole new level of appreciation and respect for 4 Paws Inn & it's employees when I had to board my 3 dachshunds for a little over a month (part of Feb. & March 2019) as my home was being remodeled/repaired from flooding from our Hot Water Heater. As hard as it was to be away from my 4 legged babies I knew that they were in good hands, & that they were being well taken care of. On top of all this 4 Paws Inn worked extremely well with my Homeowners Insurance as they were covering most of the boarding cost. Thanks 4 Paws Inn for all that you do. I give them 2 Thumbs up in addition to a 5 Star rating.

I travel from south of Dallas to have Candy groom my dogs. She is caring and gentle, and always remembers my name and the names of my dogs.

I have been using Plano's 4 Paws Inn for over 15 years. I used to travel quite a bit for work and have boarded three different dogs with them over the years. I have also used their grooming services. The staff all seem to really care for pets and are knowledgeable about them as individuals... their likes, dislikes and the specifics about their personalities. I have always been very satisfied with their services and have never hesitated to recommend them.

Great people and service. I was very impressed with a follow up phone call on a Sunday making sure that I was satisfied with my pup’s grooming. For that, I give them five stars!

Great place to leave your fur babies. They get lots of play time without the added cost. Friendly staff that will let you know if your pet is acting crazy. Highly recommended.

We absolutely love Plano's 4 Paws Inn! My dog attends day care weekly. The staff always know her by name, and I feel good knowing she is getting healthy, safe interaction with other dogs as there is always a staff member in day care. When we pull up to day care, she happily walks through the door for her play date. We also do boarding with them, and they take time to know my puppy, and make sure any special needs are met. Bubbles the Beagle is ALWAYS a happy camper whether it is just for the day or an overnight!

We have been bringing our doggies here for 10 years! We love the staff they always make sure my furry babies are comfortable! They go out of their way to make sure they have all the play time they want! Love this place and the new remodel is beautiful!

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!! In our dogs ten-day stay he only got out to socialize a few times. They assured us he would be out most of the time which is why we took him there. He came home with a bite/sore on his neck and three molars on one side chewed off. He is only a two-year old dog and we feel sick. We believe he was so stressed out from being caged/penned most of the time that he chewed the bars which have no mesh. The vet said it would take hours and hours and hours of constant chewing to do this kind of damage. He went in with no sore on his neck and all of his teeth. He is our family and we are outraged he was treated like this. We called and texted and emailed repeatedly to see how he was and if he was getting into the park. They said he was fine and was getting out. If there was a problem we would have gladly had someone pick him up. He is not an aggressive dog. He was thin as well. They have not reimbursed us for his stay nor offered to pay for x-rays and possible surgery. We were lied to and are so very upset by this. If you value your dog - DON'T!! I give this place no stars, but had to give one to post.

We love bringing our dogs here a few times per week. They are always happy and exhausted when we pick them up because they've had so much fun. The staff is wonderful - they love the animals and it shows.

I've been taking my dogs here for 8 years for boarding and grooming. The most caring and trusting place and staff anywhere! Love them and highly recommend them always!

Everyone has always been very friendly and helpful. We have never had a problem when we have left our dog. We drive from Dallas to board her because we trust them.

Love this place. Staff is very kind to my dogs, especially one who is a problem child. The location really isn't convenient to where I live, but keep going back because I trust them.
