They have taken good care of our 2 dogs each time we have used them. Owner is a really good guy who loves dogs. They post lots of pictures each day on Facebook, so you can see your dogs enjoying themselves

The reaction of my dog says it all. He's excited when we pull in and enter their awesome facility. Customer service is amazing and its important to point out that my dog is handicapped. They learned how to put him in his wheelchair and love to see him. I drive across town and its worth the drive. Your best friend will be treated awesome.

I started boarding my dogs with Underdog Kennels almost six months ago when I relocated to Dallas. During this time, I've made 10+ reservations. Consistently, it has been a great experience. The owner (Rob) and his staff are always friendly, patient with my pups and genuinely interested about me & my frequent travels (smile). When we arrive, my dogs anxiously await their turn to go inside - excitedly walking away without looking back. I have a friendly, energetic pup who loves to play with his "friends" in the "Littles" class. And a shy, timid, older rescue who attends "VIP" class and enjoys 1:1 time in a quieter, smaller group. There's something for everyone. Behind the scenes...I love the online reservation site, most of my travel plans are made on evenings and weekends. The valet service makes dropping off and picking up a breeeze; viewing pics of my pooches on Facebook makes my heart happy; and, the ease of checkout/paying for service is hassle-free b/c they use the CC saved to my profile. Could not have found a better place to provide care for my fur-babies while I'm away!! And it's user friendly for their Mom too.

Jessi loves her people at Underdog Kennels and her dog friends are fun too. I love how they separate the dogs into groups based on personalities. The customer service, professionalism, and caring of you and your pet is outstanding. I highly recommend for daycare as well as boarding! It is apparent the underdog kennel’s team really love dogs.

My dog loves this place! We've tried other doggy daycares and this place is the best. They are attentive and caring with the animals. My dog always leaves relaxed and happy :)

This review is partially on behalf of Pancho and Ramona, two golden retrievers, and partially on my behalf, a pet owner who values peace of mind regarding my pets and ease of use with pet services. All three of us are very pleased with Underdog Kennels who we have used several times for boarding and will continue to use. Pancho and Ramona run towards the door when I drop them off and seem happy and at ease when I pick them up, both strong endorsements for their experience at Underdog. They are able to stay in the same kennel/room, which must be a comforting thing when away from home. My experience with the staff has always been positive and it is simple to communicate with them online. There is an easy to use reservation system through their website, and the staff return emails within a reasonable amount of time. They are not the cheapest in town, but the value delivered exceeds the price. Six out of five stars.

Chance always gets excited when get to the parking lot. He comes back tired, so well worth it. Only thing I wish they had was a camera or picture updates to see him playing.

The Underdog team can be trusted to care for your dog with love. My dog eagerly runs into the door to see her friends there.

My dog, Samson, means everything to me, so at times I can be a nervous pet owner. I feel very confident leaving my dog with Underdog Kennels. I love that they post so many photos and updates, and the little report card is so cute. Samson loves his time there. Can’t wait to go back again!

We have a 80+lb pandemic puppy we like to call a Shark/Dinosaur breed. Wiyh her size and energy level, she can definitely be a handful. Gabby had a blast at her Meet/Greet day and she was a tirrred girl afterwards. We boarded her that same weekend and she had another good experience. Whew! Glad we know Underdog is there for us when we need them!

First time taking my dog to a doggy daycare and I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING!! Underdog was very easy to reserve a spot and very easy to pay. Dropped my dog off first thing in the AM and felt comfortable from the get go. I received photos and updates all day via their page on Facebook. It was great seeing my dog playing with other dogs. Picked up my dog at the end of the day and got her report card. It was hard enough to make her want to leave! She slept like a log that night. If you are looking for a reliable place to board/daycare your dog, this is the place!!

Underdog Kennels has been wonderful with my GSP puppy! We got her during the Covid quarantine days and when it was time to go back to the office, we didn’t want to leave her alone all day as she is high energy and needs the daily activity and also has pretty high separation anxiety. After reading reviews and speaking with Rob, we entrusted Underdog and their team to take care of our little fur baby. She goes about 3-4 times a week for doggy daycare and gets excited every time she sees any of the team members, which is a wonderful sign! They have seen her grow from a 4 month old puppy to celebrating her 1st birthday. They even threw her a little party, which my husband and I really appreciated! We have also boarded her overnight when we travel and love that they offer the option of the standard and VIP rooms and the room service. Being able to offer our pup a treat like chicken or salmon for dinner is a nice touch. They definitely go above and beyond and their team seems to truly enjoy being around dogs. The only request I would have is to make the photos and updates available on their website or other places other than Facebook, as I personally stopped using Facebook a while back so I miss out on all of the fun pics they share.

Kudos to Underdog Kennels for taking care of my fur babies, I received Excellent Customer Service and I was able to leave them and know they were in good hands. I received pics of them while I was away and they responded to my phone calls/emails. You can sense the Staff love what they do and trust me that matters… Keep up the Great Work, the Military community appreciates you.

Honestly, it was one of the worst experiences of my life. We paid $56 for a “test” day and had a sloppy check in and check out. Luckily, our dogs came back fine. Bring them for the boarding and am greeted with yet again, a 15min check in, where the owner/operator repeatedly told a customer (us) we were wrong, regardless of the email confirmations. Pick up our dogs, 24 hours later than expected due to inadequate information on the website, and after paying an additional $130, to *sick* dogs (yes, kennel cough) and yet again a ROUGH check out. Glad others have had a positive experience, but this is a time where passionate people do not make good business owners.

I absolutely love Underdog Kennels! My puppy is my baby and I truly feel like Rob and his staff treat my LuLu like she's one of their own. She comes home happy but still able to play with me. Every time I take her to doggie daycare she can't wait to get in and play with her friends! I definitely recommend Underdog Kennels to anyone looking to take their fur baby to a place that will take care of your pup the same way you would.

My girl Sophie had a great time at Underground Kennels on her meet and greet! She has not boarded in over one year due to COVID and she loved getting into the play atmosphere again! So happy with the card and attention this first-timer got there! Thanks Underdog!????????❤️

Wonderful staff and facilities! They regulate the play sessions so dogs are matched well and get breaks. Also a great option for boarding!

Rob and his staff were great introducing my 9 mo old pups to their social world at UnderDog. I appreciate how knowledgeable they are about how much play, how much rest, and how to introduce them to other dogs based on their temperament not just their size. These are true, caring professionals! Highly recommend them....

Underdog Kennels was awesome. I was greeted by the owner at drop off. He welcomed me as a new customer, introduced himself and asked about my pups! I was a nervous fur parent as this was the first time in day care for either pup! They assured me the pups were in good hands, and they were!! At pick up, I was greeted with report cards and a cold bottle of water for me!! The pups were happy, tired and we'll socialized. Underdog Kennels took great care of my fur babies and had fantastic customer service!! I will be utilizing day care and boarding here again!!!!! Great job and thank you ????????❤️

Our dog Riley really loves Underdog kennels! The owners were so kind and gave him a lot of attention. And when we picked him up the manager was super kind. The kennels are super clean, he came home with no yucky kennel smell. It’s spotless! They have gourmet meals and spend a lot of time walking and playing with Riley individually since he is not neutered. I highly recommend Underdog, such amazing and caring people.

Sophi came home less yappy and clingy. This makes her even more precious.

Our dogs LOVE Underdog Kennels! Our dogs have so much fun romping and socializing at Underdog Kennels. We live watching their grinning faces and zooming bodies appear on social media and can see they always have a great time.

LOVE Underdog Kennels! Such an easy process to book and drop off my dog. I take my 1yr old lab once a week and she loves going to daycare and is always tired from playing all day when we get home. Highly recommend this place for doggie daycare!

WOW WOW WOW!!! I have two poodles that are more than just pets they are family!!! So making sure that they are always well kept for and safe is extremely important to me!! Bentley and Domino absolutely love Underdog Kennels!!! I've used other Kennels before but none have even come close to the level of service from Underdog!!! It brings my heart joy to view the photos throughout the day of them playing and enjoying new friends!! Underdog even gave my boy Bentley a mini birthday party/gift!!! My chi weenie did great there, but unfortunately my boxer mix didn’t quite fit in, so I won’t be taking her there. She is a bit weird around other female dogs, thanks for trying! And the staff is friendly as well!

Underdog Kennels has provided such personalized service that I feel very confident that my dog is receiving the best care while I'm at work. Seeing the daily photos they post is the highlight of my day and lets me know my dog is happy!
