We've had our dogs with Banfield for years. We have always really appreciated Dr. Rodgers love for our furry friends. We used to have to drive into Central Frisco to Petsmart with Banfield inside. Now this newer stand-alone location is so much easier. They're friendly whenever I call our go in. The best part is they're not always ridiculously and out of control busy like the other aforementioned Banfield. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because their waiting / lobby area is quite small for patrons and their pets.

Very very nice. They asked all the right questions and made me to feel comfortable enough to leave my pet there. I was impressed about how clean the front was and their customer service. Thank you so much for that!!

My dog was sick and they saw her within 24 hrs of my call. I had to leave her and pick her up about 5 hours later. My dog did not seem overly stressed. I think they do "recommend not really necessary tests and medicine" to make bill pricey But it's your choice. I hope they open up to actually be seen in person. I did like the concern and friendliness of the staff. I will go back and be more aware of costs.

If you love your pet, please choose another location. Dropped my dog off for a routine teeth cleaning and they literally neglected my dog & FAILED TO LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS when I picked him up. I ended up taking him to Frisco Emergency Vet Care within 24hrs. The staff there was able to “fix” what Banfield did and provide proper post care!!

Horrible management. Massive lack of compassion, and a disgrace to pet care. Was also falsely told they close at 1:30pm on a Saturday......Will be driving to the Banfield on Forest and Preston in Dallas because they have vets/vet techs that actually know and care about what they’re doing.

Covid restrictions made visit rather odd but other than that very attentive service from the receptionist as well as the veterinarian

I’ve gone to different Banfields and have not had issues with any except this one. Twice already, I’ve been notified last minute that they have overbooked and canceled my appointments. I was hesitant to book the second time thinking it would happen again, but I did it anyway to give them another chance. Unfortunately I was right about it happening again. I’m sure they do a great job in handling the pets and making sure they’re well taken care of but the scheduling and “overbooking” thing should probably be addressed. This was the closest Banfield to me but I will not be going here as it has proven to be unreliable.

The staff is nice and the doctor is wonderful. My family got a rescue dog. We took him for his first visit and everything went great. His doctor address every question we had. Explain to us what the issue could be and what options we had. He also gave us information on it and different pricing on the difference options.

We have been members of Banfield for several years and when we moved to Little Elm we were excited that there would be a new location so close. We took our dog in last week for general surgery and had a great experience. The doctor was very informing and called us in a timely manner to update us so we did not have to worry. We had a few concerns about post op complications and although it was not a good experience initially we have since then have had good communication and help to be able to get our pet the care he needs.

Just moved to little elm and found this place. From the minute we got there it felt off. Dr had very poor bedside manner and prices did not make sense. Will not return.
