What a fantastic experience. One Friday night our dog had an allergic reaction (large welts all over her stomach). We called her vet first thing Sat morning and the first they could see us was Monday at 3pm. We called 4 vets before calling Plano Animal Clinic and they all told us they could not help us. Plano Animal Clinic was super friendly on the phone and scheduled us immediately. The doctor was very professional, gave a diagnosis and recommendations for keeping her ears healthy that no other vet had previously. All for a very fair/reasonable price for their expertise. Very happy to have found someone to take such great care of our dog. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

My cat was spayed By another vet… the other vet sent me on a wild ride trying to find a location open on Saturday. After driving to towns I was assured would be open, we’re not open when I got there, I found these guys!!! I’m so very grateful I did!!! My cats wound from surgery was infected! She wasn’t eating. She was hardly drinking water. Thanks so much for figuring out what was wrong, calming me down, and helping to fix my baby!!! The care and attention given was the best vet visit I have ever had!!! We have found our new vet!! Thank you so much!! Oh… and pricing was so reasonable!! Hands down recommend them for your fur baby’s needs!!! ????

By far the best vet I've been to. Dr. Pattabhi is compassionate and communicates everything you need to know about your pet's issue as well as discusses options. In addition, they're also the most affordable clinic I've used. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. A great experience and I'll be brining all my pets here from now on.

I took my little Maltipoo for neutering and dental extraction. I was so nervous before taking him in as it was my first time at this clinic. The staff and Dr. Pattabi took me to surprise with their knowledge, pet handling and post surgical care. Would definitely recommend this clinic for your pet!

My cat was very sick and at the end of her life. They helped me with my questions and concerns about when and how to put her down. They are very professional and sympathetic.

Dr. Pattabhi and staffed squeezed my cat in when he was having UTI issues. After a bad (and expensive) experience with an ER vet in the area (Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County) we left the Plano Animal Clinic much happier with new medications and a specially formulated food. We even got x-rays to ensure that my cat was not blocked. Prices were fair and my cat is already improving a lot. This will now be our vet for as long as we live in TX. Thank you for squeezing my baby in! I’m so grateful.

I am a new cat owner and my spouse and I have come to see Dr. Pattabhi and his team a few times now. They're very nice and caring and the service fees are affordable! For a dental cleaning for my cat, I was able to get a 10% discount, which I wasn't expecting at the time! Definitely recommend this clinic.

Absolutely would recommend this vet. I had to get my dog seen quickly because of a skin condition, and they were able to see her same day on a SATURDAY! The doctor made my fur baby feel comfortable and immediately took care of her. They explained everything before doing any procedure. She’s doing great now. Thank you so much!

Dr. Ward saved my cat! Months ago our cat was very ill. We had received an incorrect diagnosis from our other veterinarian, as well as an astronomically high bill. I thankfully found Dr. Ward through a friend. He properly diagnosed my cat. My cat has a serious illness, an extreme case of inflammatory bowel disease. Our cat could have died had we continued going to our previous vet. Dr. Ward and his lovely staff did everything in their power to save our cat. They also worked with us budget-wise, after learning about our experience at the other vet. We are very happy with the results, and highly recommend this animal clinic!

I just took my 4 month old kitten Ebby in for her first set of shots and checkup and Dr. Ward and his staff went out of their way to make sure she was healthy and they educated me on all the proper ways to care for her. They treat you like you're becoming a member of their family. I highly recommend them.

I've been going to Dr Ward for 7 years. He's not pushy about selling things I don't want for my animals, and his staff is always friendly and caring.

To whomever was answering phones on the afternoon of 8/20/2019, thank you SO much for your professionalism and going above and beyond while being super polite :-). From one animal hospital employee to another, I appreciate you more than you know. We had one of your families move up here to Colorado, I called to ask for records and was met with the sweetest person and received records at lightning speed. Thank you again!!

I can not fully express how awesome Dr. Alan and his team are! Simply fantastic!

If there was a zero rating I would of chosen that. Dr. Ward scammed 89$ for an assessment for and adjustment that would of been an extra 129$ for something that my dog did not need. If you need a VOM save yourself the disappointment and money loss and go to a different VOM in the area!!

Dr. Ward and his staff are 5 Star. They are caring, attentive, and give excellent to my dog, Duke. He came to Dr. Ward with paralyzed back legs, having previously had surgery. I was to the point of planning to put him down, when a friend suggested I give Dr. Ward a try. I live 70 miles from Dr. Ward's clinic, but made the drive 3 days a week for several weeks and then periodically after Duke showed a miraculous recovery from his injury after Dr. Ward administered the cold laser therapy and began supplements to support Duke's joints, muscles and overall health issues. I am sold on this clinic. They certainly saved my baby's life, and I will always be grateful. Thank you Dr. Ward and Staff.
