As a market we known, but I had bad experience s with some workers, I went twice to this location, and in both visits they was ignorant, unhelpful, and even when I ask them, they just go and ignore you, for me I will not visit this location anymore, I go to Allen Branch, where are very helpful and welcome staff

A HORRIFIC JOB!!! My poor dog was disfigured by someone named Cici, when I asked what happened, they pointed it to me, apparently it was MY FAULT, this is what I asked for. Then they said it was his first time there, it is NOT, and what would that have anything to do with the mutilation he received? My dog did not even want me to look at him, he’s left feeling shamed. The hair does not grow back fast enough.

I meet your is a manager Crystal. Talking about a certain merchandise. If your hands are full with a big box and a small merchandise. She should offer to carry it to the check out. Very unexceptable,poorly valued and unprofessional..

You need to do more frequent water changes on your betta cups. It only takes about 20 minutes…

The girl helped me dropped the fish on the ground. The cashier double charged one of my item. When I asked him, he told me my TREATS reward only takes off part of the price. He lied. I had to come back for a refund. This store is just terrible!

Good selection of specialty dog & cat food. There are a lot of senior care dog foods out there but the Science Diet 11 year + is hard to find and some (not all) of the PetSmarts have it.

When my German Shepherd Shelby was still alive, we would come here for her check ups, food, and toys. She used to love it. Please go there. I sure you could find some near friends or make your pet love you more!

We have been taking our dog Charlie to get groomed for 5 years at this Pet Smart. He always looks great when I pick him up. Always punctual. Highly recommend.

Love this store so much better than the one on the west side of Plano. The staff is very friendly! My grandson son and I love looking at all the animals. Our favorite are the cats up for adoption.

I took my dog today and they didn’t do the grooming right I payed and didn’t do nothing they didn’t shower,cut nails, and didn’t clean ears at all bad service
