I have used Ardy's service a few times when I head to board King to go out of town. He is most definitely a lap dog and doesn't socialize with other pets. He loves it there and enjoys his grooming sessions with then as well. I highly recommend this business.

They discriminate dogs. I called in to check how much they would charge for a puppy and they didn't wanna take her because she will be a big dog some day, like c'mon shes just a puppy right now. They have terrible customer service and the man who answered was very rude to me, seems like he dosent wanna work there. They are super rude and disrespectful towards other dog breeds. I'll take my business somewhere else where me and my dog can be treated with respect. Dont go here , they are super rude.

So disappointed. I totally researched a good groomer. I have a beautiful Shih Ziu. I met with Ronnie, and explained in detail that I wanted my dog's face kept long. Even showed him pictures. First cut was good. Ronnie did it. He said he would make a note to be the only groomer for my dog. Second visit, he obviously passed him off to some one else who totally chopped three inches off his face making him look like an alien. My dog threw up and peed on the floor the minute he got home, which makes me very concerned.

They always do a great job with my cat! The only reason I gave it a 4 is because of the wait. I drop her off when they open and don't get a call that she's ready for 7-8 hours. Other than that they are amazing and very reasonably priced!

Never again! clearly asked for ONLY a hygienic shave for my long haired cat on the phone and in the shop. At pick up was charged $70 and informed they're a "full-service" groomer, providing services NEVER requested. this lack of communication is not an honest business practice.

Ronnie was recommended by the breeder as the best groomer in Dallas for the breed. I've been taking my dog here several times. We've tried different haircut styles for my Lhasa and I love all of them. I can tell that the owner love dogs and are very experienced with what he does. Thumbs up!

I wish I could give less than one star!!! I went into the place excited to have my dog receive a nice cut because they claim to be a professional grooming service. He has a thick coat and is older dog, so I wanted careful attention to be paid. I was not only disappointed by their service, but horrified. They never even asked for my dogs name and instead asked my mother what my dad did for work. So incredibly rude, and disrespectful! They spent 3 hours with him, not even caring to know or call him by his name. I ended up paying $80 for my dog to be groomed, and they did a terrible job. Not only was the service bad, but they cut my poor golden retriever in multiple places. Iv'e never seen him bleeding like that and so miserable after a shave. Never will I ever return here or recommend anyone bring their dog here. It is absolutely dreadful!
