They did a great job on our old mutt. He's quite old and covered in large skin tags. Because of their experience they knew how to work through that and make him look wonderful. They did a terrific job on his nails, as well, and all for a very reasonable price.

They did a great job on my Pomeranian!! The groomer cares about animals and he was very patient and attentive about listening to how I wanted my dog cut as well as any touch -ups when I came to pick him up! Karen is also very nice and courteous. Update: i've been coming here for years and my only tip for people that have had bad experiences is to please clearly state what you want to be done. Pictures are also very very helpful in regards to grooming your dog in a specific way because they have listened to every tip I have ever given and have been the most understanding and willing to fix anything out of all of the groomers I've ever been to.

First of all, false advertising. This place is NOT located anywhere near the Park Cities. The woman who owns this doggie salon acts like she is doing YOU a favor by agreeing to groom your pup. Very impersonal, rude, and never returns phone …

This was my first visit to Park Cities. My Mini Pincher needed his nails clipped. The place had a pungent, unpleasant smell. I told the groomer that my dog's cuticles were long so needed extra attention not to cut too short or they would bleed. After they were finished, I left $15 (a $5 tip, which I thought was generous). When I got home, I realized my shirt was covered with bloody spots all over the front from carrying the dog out. I had to swab my pup's feet with peroxide to ward off infection and ruined an $85 shirt. I will not return.

I've been taking my maltese dogs to Park Cities for at least two years and have never had a single problem. My dogs are always happy to run in the door and seem happy when we pick them up. At our last place (Pet Smart) we had to carry them in because they trembled, barked, and tried to run out the door when we entered. They always look great when I pick them up and get lots of compliments.

Do NOT take your dog here. Yesterday my friend who took his leonberger here to be groomed was called because the pup, Duke, could not walk. BEFORE they would bring out his injured dog they made him pay and tip.... I AM LIVID. Wrong on every level. When asked what happened, the groomer replied nothing. Really?? NOTHING. A dog does not walk into the groomer and come out without the ability to WALK and nothing happened.... He deserves to be refunded ASAP and to be told exactly what happened to his dog. 24 hours later, after the vet, and he is still unable to walk. BEYOND RIDICULOUS. Unethical treatment to both dog and owner. Update: Owner was not called at all that Duke was unable to walk. Owner was never notified. After he paid they opened the door to let Duke walk out and he was collapsing. Duke had to be carried out. 185lb dog carried out by owner. With ZERO explanation from the groomer. Back to my original statement. A dog does not stop walking for no reason. And how long was this going on for?? Owner should have been called immediately, and fully informed of what happened that caused this injury. Do not take your dog here. They are not good nor trust worthy people.

I have a chow chow and they’re coat is very specific in nature as related to any cutting and grooming. They can’t be shaved and it’s diffucult to find someone to trust to do as you request. Shaving causes a regrowth problem that lasts a …

Groomers are not mean to the dogs, big or small, and they do a great job in a timely manner.

My dog’s cut wasn’t good and she was dying of thirst when we got her home. I felt terrible that she was so thirsty. We won’t be going back.

Good luck making an appointment. They don't answer the phone or call back in my experience. They also trimmed too close to my dog's eye. I noticed the cut and called, but no one ever called me back.

I arrived at Park City Pet Solon, parked in the reserved spot in front of the store. The Store owner Karen came out and asked me to move my car as it is ONLY for people who are doing business with her. The SAD part is she never noticed my dog in the back seat. I took my business to a company that would take better care of my dog.

These guys are awesome. Karen, the owner, is one of the few people I'm comfortable leaving my sweet girl with. The groomers here are REALLY good. I highly recommend them.
