Dr. Benjamin and his staff are the best vet crew I've been to in my entire life. He's helped me through the hardships of being a diabetic pet owner with my cat Nala and more recently helped us get our old lady TJ back healthy again. These people are compassionate and caring and it shows in their quality of work. I will always bring my pets here as long as they're in business.

We’ve been with Dr. B for almost 13 years and our dogs are so loved by him and his team. It’s amazing to have one vet who’s cared for our pets their whole lives.

First time using a vet in the area and the experience was awesome. They were friendly, fast and very detailed with their communication. We have a 7 week old puppy and more than one member of the staff jumped in to help out. Very efficient and reasonable.

We've been seeing Ohio Drive Animal Hospital for many, many years with all of our rescued Labs. Dr. Benjamin and his entire team are extraordinary. They're extremely friendly, warm and welcoming -- and have helped us through many tough times with their professionalism, care and compassion. Throughout the current COVID crisis, they've continued their stellar customer service: from bringing our dog (Chester) in for teeth cleaning and well-visits -- to picking up prescriptions. We also use Ohio Drive for boarding and feel peace-of-mind knowing Chester is getting the best care and attention possible. We stopped going to a larger, more corporate vet clinic years ago and switched to Ohio Drive. It's the best decision we ever made! Thank you, Dr. B., Jessica, Jil, Sarah, Anne, Savanna, Taylor, Jenna, and Morgan (sorry if I missed anyone). Oh, I should add that Chester loves going to the vet. That's the best testimonial of all.

I'm giving them this review for wasting my time and the unnecessary inconvenience they've cause me today. I called Monday to make an appointment for my new rescue dog, I told them I need her vaccinations updated, and get on a HW and flea preventative medication. Also a free health check due to promotion for newly adopted pet from the Plano shelter. I told Jil specifically that I can only do either after work or weekends as I work from 8 to 5. I'm only 12 minutes away. She suggested to make an appointment for today drop off right at 730 a.m. so they can have all day to take care of her needs and I can pick her up after work. I made it clear that I don't have extra time to do anything else but to drop her off, I told her my concerns about paper work. She sent me the new client form to fill up. Which I provided the same day along with my dog's paperwork. She told me. That's all I need to fill up and to get there right at 730 to drop and I can leave in time before work. If she would have said otherwise I would have stick with the weekend appointment. I got there right at 730, the door was lock. By the time someone came out to very who I was. It was already 740, then she came back with the clipboard asking me to fill out forms. So I was very upset and had to leave because I had to leave for work. So I ended up leaving and taking my dog with me. Cuz she wouldn't take my dog before I fill out the form. The lady I spoke with name Jil. Failed to provide me accurate information and caused my time to be wasted and caused me a lot of stress this morning! I was hoping my dogther could be seen and taking care of. Again, I wouldn't have been there or made the appointment if Jill did not suggest and confirm that I'll have enough time and there's no other paperwork. My inconvenience could have been prevented if she was just realistic and gave accurate information. Now I am choosing another clinic to go to. As this place gave me a bad taste and bad first impression. I even emailed them to let them know what happened. No one bothered to call me, apologize. Nothing!

Dr Benjamin and his team are amazing! I was introduced to them through Cody's Friends Rescue and they've been an amazing help and resource with our foster dog. They are extremely thoughtful, kind and thorough -- everything you want for your pup. I highly recommend them!

Prepare for a long review. I brought my old man in (12yo kitty) because he was not acting like himself at all. Mind you I had never been to this clinic before, and the day I called they agreed to have me bring them in immediately. They ran some test and x-rays, really took care of him. come to find out there was some thing foreign stuck inside of his little body. So Dr. Benjamin showed me the x-rays said we needed to do surgery, or I could take him to see a specialist. I agreed to surgery as I just wanted him to feel better. Due to covid, I unfortunately couldn’t go inside. That made me super emotional, but the staff made it SO much easier. So my old man had the surgery, and as much as I wanted to bring him home early, the vets watched over him to make sure he could eat first. They called and checked on him days after surgery, and were so patient and kind to answer all of my questions. My old man is now happier than he’s ever been. He’s purring, he’s happy, and all the pain is gone. No more snacking on hair ties. ????

I'm very impressed with this vet office. It's clean and the exam rooms are spacious I've been going here since 2014 and have had nothing but a positive experience when I come in. They are very patient and accommodating and of your pet. Doctor Benjamin is very kind and great at explaining things. Will definitely keep coming back.

I’ve taken my Shiba Ainu here for 5 years and everyone is always nice and professional. I board my dog here and they do a great job keeping her happy!!

Great experience! My first thought when we walked in was, "this place smells clean." It did not smell like bleach. It smelled clean. We were warmly greeted by the receptionist and engaged by one of the friendly vet assistants. She made quick friends with our puppy and had little trouble getting him through a few quick procedures. Dr. Benjamin was very personable and handled our pup gently through the exam and vaccinations. Everything was explained to me clearly, and the checkout process was equally smooth. We are happy to be new clients!

Dr. Benjamin and his staff are wonderful. We took a recently adopted kitten to him several years ago with fever and obvious signs of illness. They were wonderful. Very compassionate and caring and were able to save "Rookie" after several weeks of treatment.
