I had to board my cats for a prolonged period of time because of the housing shortage. They took the time to know their personalities. I received updates from the staff. It was an amazing experience. And, they are less expensive than other locations. I've already recommended a friend that is using them this week while she is on vacation.

My dog actually enjoys going here. They are so kind and patient with her as she's a figity coonhound. They were able to clip her nails and clean her ears, unlike Pet Smart that turned me away within a few minutes saying "she was in distress".

Very friendly staff. The doctor was very thorough and explained the next step in taking care of my dog.

Had a very negative experience. Showed up for an appointment. They had lost it in their system, still got us in but took an hour. This isnt to mention how we had blood work done and other tests. They said they would call back the next day. It ended up being a week later after we called multiple times.

They took great care of my baby.... Their boarding is probably the most affordable around.

I was considering on scheduling a new puppy visit since we moved back into town but I was on the phone with An employee and in the back ground there is another employee yelling and cussing. How unprofessional. Don’t recommend at all. Terrible.

Dr Shurtz was very caring and observing of my dog. She was sick to her stomach and not moving alot. She watched her and noticed her actions to determine what was wrong. I really appreciate her and her help for my baby.

We had our first visit here today with an ailing older cat. They are amazing! This was the first vet we’ve been to that 1) really, truly, seemed to care about us and our boy, 2) did not try to up sell things that have nothing to do with why we were there, 3) did not encourage more invasive tests before ruling out other possible causes, and 4)have doctors and assistants that relate their stories in a way that calms and encourages. It is an added bonus that there are such beautiful cats that greet you, and a gorgeous German Shepherd that can open doors! Highly recommend!

Dr Shurtz is wonderful! We have taken our 'dog-ters' to Dr Shurtz their whole lives; one for fourteen years, the other for five, so far. She and her staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Shurtz is very knowledgeable and compassionate. We trust her completely and you can too.

The Vet Dr is awesome! Always soo loving to my cat as well as the humans. Not the cheapest place, but great quality comes at a price..

The Doctor is slow, the wait is forever, it’s expensive, her treatment approach almost killed my dog. I tried to resolve the issue within the office, but was not successful. Too many to choose from to end up in a clinic like that.

The people are very nice, but I went in because my dog seemed to have an upset stomach. I left with "general antibiotics" because they didn't see too much wrong with her, but the tab was still $500. I wish someone would have discussed pricing, it was made worse that after charging me, they realized they forgot to add some thing so asked for my card back. I don't think I will be returning there.

They have been understanding and very accommodating with me and my aging cat who not only requires medication, but must be shaved regularly because he can't groom himself good enough anymore. They always get us in promptly and don't make me feel silly for checking on my cat though the day. The staff is knowledgeable and able to convey information so I can provide the care for my cat.

Dr Shurtz is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor!! I have been bring my animals to her for 10 plus years.
