The staff is like family. They treat my pet as though it was their own.

Our family continues to trust Lancers Square with our dogs. The staff is caring and the vets are professional. They spend time getting to know our canine family members and give us ample opportunity to ask questions.

I took my baby in today to get set up as a new patient. We saw Dr. Willis and she was absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable, very nice and was loving on my doggie. The staff here is very nice and professional and the prices are very reasonable. I will be recommending her and this clinic to everyone I know

We've been going to Lancers Square since 1990. Dr. Reeves and Dr. Fraser have taken great care of our pups throughout! We highly recommend the practice.

I had a great experience with my recent visit here. Called for an appointment and they managed to get my cat in within an hour. I brought in my newly adopted cat for wellness exam and flea treatment. The staff is very friendly and helpful, Dr. Mac is awesome, she’s informative and answered all my questions patiently. To my surprise, they offered me adoption promotion which is free on the exam, plus free revolution medicine, so I ended up only paying the revolution for my other cat. I’ll be taking my cats here from now on!

We took our new kitten, Enzo, there for her free exam (from Plano animal shelter). Dr. Mac was great and was eager to answer all of our questions. We were happy with the clinic so we took our older cat, Porsche, there to see Dr. Mac too. Very happy with the treatment.

I was very impressed with every facet of the effort put forth during my visit. Dr Fraser was professional in every way and takes a serious interest in the well being and overall health of the animal she is examining. She is backed up by a knowledgeable team with a spirit of teamwork and high morale. They like their work and they are good at it. Make the trip to see this operation and you'll never go anywhere else!

Dr. Fennell had to put our Doberman to sleep. She was so caring & gentle. It was very stressful for us, but Dr. Fennell & her staff made the best of a bad situation. Lancers Square is NOT the same without Dr. Fennell

For my first visit I like that the doctor told me all the issues needing to be addressed and also an estimate of that work. Love the location the entire staff was so kind. I had 2 cats that needed to come in and they were well taken care of.

The staff at Lancer’s Square take the time to listen, ask good questions and provide thorough explanations as well as giving gentle care to my animal companions. It’s obvious to me that they truly care about my cats. They are reasonably priced and you never have to sit in a crowded waiting room; they are always on time with their appointments. It’s been a great experience working with them to care for my sweet kitties.

This is the best veterinarian (and groomer Ariel) I’ve encountered in 15 yrs! I have a champion bloodline black miniature schnauzer, Brutus, whose endures a lot in his lifetime. Dr. fennel has done a surgical procedure and Ariel has groomed him sedated and he always comes home like new! They’ve given him his life back! While going through a divorce my ex had Brutus for 9 months, and abuse him the entire time, then abandoned him on a walk. A neighbor in my previous subdivision found him and called me. I’m so grateful for this Clinlc and their entire caring staff.

Due to the snowy weather this week, a lot of veterinary clinics were closed. Lancers happened to be open and our doggy needed medical attention as soon as possible. Katherine was the sweetest and took care of our dog so well. We will be going to Lancers from now on.

I was very thankful that the team at Lancers Square Animal Clinic was able to get my cat in for an appointment ASAP since she suddenly started limping on her left rear leg. Dr. Reeves took X-rays which showed that she had a torn ligament in her left knee. She is an indoor almost 16 yr. old cat so we think she just jumped down from the sofa or her cat tree just right and tore one of the ligaments. She will have to be watched carefully to make sure she doesn't have access to jumping on or off anything for awhile. Dr. Reeves is a real pro and his team was very nice!

Dr. Fennell has always taken, no matter how last minute (I'm sorry), the time to help with all our issues. I will only take my dog here.

I’ve been taking my maltipoo Henry here for years and now that I moved back from LA, this is the best vet in town. With the covid precautions in place, the wait time is nonexistent before an appointment and an annual exam and vaccines was done quickly. The vet techs and Dr Reeves are always super sweet and easy to work with. Highly recommend Lancers Square!

I specifically appreciated their COVID policies! I was not allowed to be in the building, but a worker came and got my cat from my car and took her inside the building, and Doctor Fennell called me on the phone to discuss my cat's treatment plan. The solution was easy and professional, and speaking on the phone to the doctor gave me peace of mind since I couldn't be in the room with my cat!

I was referred to Dr Fennel by my daughter who switched vets after an after hour emergency call for her fur baby and was eagerly accepted by Lancers square, when others said no. Her pups have been. Well cared for and a fraction of the cost she was paying with her previous vet. So, I brought my baby here today, knowing for my daughter to rave, it must be a special place and vet. Sure enough, she was dead on. Dr Fennell and everyone in the office truly care about the animals, they health, comfort and your pocket book. How refreshing!!! Its been many years since I've experienced a vet or clinic who CARES about the animal and the owners, not just money. So impressed. Highly recommended!! My Jeebz will be coming here from now on, he can get scared and tend to nip, he did amazing with them due to the way they handled and were calming.
